The music playing was better than the food. This was are first time here and we were disappointed. Plates were not hot when they were delivered.

Amazing food. The ceviche's are out of control, I really recommend this place. I would even say they are just as good as Bucaneros. Support your local businesses you wont regret it....

I typically do not write reviews, I just take the good with the bad when it comes to food service. However tonight was a bit different. I will say I frequent this place because their food is good, but tonight, not only did I receive a poor dish, but also, poor Customer service. I placed an order of calamari and a tostada de Sinaloa for pick up. I sent my daughter to pick up the food and bring it back home. Upon Receiving the food, I could see that the tostada de Sinaloa was perfect as expected, however the calamari was cut very thin, breading looked non existent and also looked like the oil in the fryer had not been cleaned all day. My wife called the restaurant to issue a complaint and request a rain check for a later date, however the woman with whom she spoke with stated that we had to deliver the food back to them if we wanted a refund. I jumped on the call and told the employee that we are not requesting a refund, but a rain check for a later date. I also mentioned that we are frequent customers but she was not willing to budge and stated that the owner would have to approve and was not in at the time. I asked if she was willing to lose a loyal customer, she shared no response. End of conversation. It is shame to say that for the amount of $16 and some change they would be willing to lose any customer let alone a loyal one. Perhaps some customer service training is in order.

Food was excellent. Service was great! The food was so tasty and fresh! We went on a Friday at 5:00pm. It wasn't too busy. We will definitely visit again to try other dishes.

I love there Ostines Paparringos. I say that because I have tried Bucaneros and Pirata is way better than Bucaneros.
