wow! no words! everything I hoped for and more! customer service was phenomenal, and gave great recs!! really nice spotpictures do not do it justice1. Strawberry Matcha with Horchata Milk: 4.5/5- strawberry overtakes matcha taste but still really good (definitely sweet)2. Cinnamon Sugar Croissant: 5/5- best thing you can imagine3. Earl Grey Matcha w/ oat milk : 5/5- Really good earl grey flavor- Balances well with the matcha4. Everything Danish: 5.5/5- No notes, delicious 5. Iced Vanilla Latte: 4.5/5- Messed with it heavy- Vanilla syrup was well balanced with coffee flavor 6. Berry Danish: 4/5- Really good but needed more cream cheese and berries- Berry jam was a great addition 7. Brown Sugar Latte: 4/5- On the sweeter side-Flavors blended together nicely8. Almond Croissant: 4/5- Really good paired with coffee9. Iced Latte with oat milk (2.5 shots of espresso): 5/5- Extra shot of espresso made the difference- Oat milk enhanced the taste of the espresso- Really really really good

This is my second time I've been here and both experiences have been amazing. I've enjoyed the brown sugar latte and my husband enjoys the cappuccino with horchata. Plus I found out today that they offer lactose free milk ***chef's kiss***I highly recommend this place.

My friends and I were visiting this small cafe mid university day. Inside is very cute, and the drink menu is quite simple. The pastries looked SO delicious, but unfortunately I have to be cutting the carbs so I did not order one. I ordered the rosemary lavender matcha because the flavor combo sounds intriguing while my friend ordered the vanilla matcha. I was pleased to see that this cafe uses the traditional Japanese matcha whisk while making the matcha as other places unfortunately do not. Early Bird's matcha was very flavorful, and the rosemary and lavender flavors balanced the matcha's earthiness well. I also enjoy how the matcha is decorated with a cute flower. The only small con I'd say is that you have to pay an extra dollar for any non-dairy milk, as someone who grew up in a household with soy milk. However, I would definitely come back and visit again. I'd say one of the top matchas I've had in the states outside Asia. I'll be trying a pastry next time, too!

Honestly, the coffee scene in San Antonio is pretty great. Early bird was on my "coffee I need to try" list, while I was visiting and yes....just yes, go check it out. I had the brown sugar cinnamon latte with almond milk and it was delightful. Service was great and the space was super cute.I will be returning when I head back to Texas

Early Bird has a quiet, relaxing & upscale ambiance. Serving wonderful service! Their menu is fantastic catering to coffee enthusiasts & non coffee drinkers, with an assortment of delicious drink options.The pastries looked amazing, I wanted them all but ened up ordering a savor egg croissant & paired it with an Horchata Milk Matcha with strawberry cold foam & my sister ordered an Early Grey Matcha, both 10/10. I personally appreciate the suggestion from Jamal & enjoyed the energy from the delightful staff. They also sell coffee beans, which they source directly from the vendors. The beans I purchased were sourced from El Salvador, it was a smooth blonde roast 10/10. Its my new favorite spot. Can't wait to go again

I love all the windows and natural lighting. I came around 12 on a Friday (but it was Black Friday so everyone and their moms are off) and ordered a large brown sugar latte. The cashier let me know it was less sweet than others which I personally enjoy and it was simply beautiful and delicious when delivered. I don't live in the city any more but when I come home to visit will likely return and encourage any who is local or in the area to swing by. A variety of seating indoor and outdoor, high top and low top seating.

My daughter and I drove about 40 mins to see what all the hype was about regarding to really cute coffee shop and let's just say we agree with the hype. The vibes, the look and the service were freaking awesome! We plan to come back soon as this weather warms back up lol

Great ambiance for a coffee shop! Very family friendly also. Stopped in for a lemonade and to use the Wi-Fi. Lots of convenient plugs and tables inside and outside. Service was efficient and friendly. Lemonade was tart and tasty. So was located in a strip mall so plenty of convenience all around... One family member could shop while the others relax with coffee or works! Check it out!

Coffee and pastries are delicious and house made! And the service was amazing, they went above and beyond multiple times over during our visit and were so sweet. Highly highly recommend!

Pulled up for the first time here for a regular cold brew and was told they didn't have any at the moment and that I would have to wait. I said "I'm not in a rush it's fine". They then offered to make me a drink Similar but I declined. Then as I was sitting waiting even the manager (I assume) came up to me and offered me the same thing asking if I was in a rush. Again I said "no problem I'll wait" the coffee ended up coming out pretty quick and it was some of the best cold brew I've had. Nice quiet place and absolutely excellent customer service. Will be visiting again soon!
