They're OK, just like all the others. Nothing special but a place to get a full belly. When we first moved to San Antonio they were very reasonably priced. Over the years they've gone up in price.

There were maybe three different tables that were filled everybody had already been waited on we walked in and the place started filling up 35 minutes later we had not gotten our food but all the tables around us we're getting their plates served so we got up and left went to a Mexican restaurant down the street and had our plates served within 10 minutes with the same type of meat .

I will start by saying that the older female server was obscene and disrespectful. Speaking Spanish to someone who doesn't speak Spanish, and while we talked to her in English, I thought it was inconsiderate of her even if we knew Spanish; our friend didn't. The server took my order incorrectly from the get-go. I told her tacos she heard torta; I told her tripa and brought me some pork rinds in a tortilla. Yes pork rinds from a a bag that you get in the gas station with a flour tortilla when I said corn tortillas not flour. Tripa/ chiccharron taco? I don't know what it was it tasted horrible and so gummy. Torta was ok.Menudo was good but barely had menudo lol. I thought I would never have to write one like this but here it is. I definitely don't recommend. No music and when I walked in it smelled a little like sewage.

Typical Mexican restaurant. Server we had seemed a bit bothered by the fact that his section picked up for dinner service. Big menu selection. Good prices. Typically when a place has a huge menu selection their food isn't that good.Big portions on the food. Gordita was SUPER dry and refried beans seemed as if they had been sitting a long time. Guess I was right Trying to find the right Mexican restaurant within a reasonable instance from my house for when I want Mexican food and this one may not be it. The search continues....

Ordered my meal through Uber Eats, so I can't say anything about the service or ambiance, but I have nothing to complain about. I absolutely annihilated my Mojarra Frita!!! It's so good. Definitely added this place to my favorites.

Ordered burritos from this restaurant they were so fat that I couldn't eat both of them. My wife is eating one now for her lunch very good. Very tasty and quick delivery. Thank you for a good lunch.

Delicious! Excellent bang for your buck here. After stopping for breakfast, I decided to order a few parilladas for an upcoming event. Everyone loved the food. I'm a corn girl-but their flour tortillas are really good. Staff was nice and they've got a hustle! Inside was clean. This wasn't the fastest restaurant I've ever ordered takeout from, but it's still worth a little wait.

This review of Dos Jalisco will be brief. In looking for a Mexican restaurant near me, I found through Google, Dos Jalisco on FM78 near Converse. Located on the East side of the street along a small strip mall, this restaurant appears to have once been a Chinese restaurant sometime in the past. There is ample seating with tables and booths. This is a family restaurant so, kids are welcome, one side note however, there are many hard surfaces such as Tile floors and walls, which amplify some noise especially from younger children. The menu is varied featuring of course Mexican food but, T-Bone Steaks, Chicken and some Breakfast options are also available. The staff is helpful and kind. Unfortunately, there is no alcohol served at this restaurant which is one reason I give an average rating. The other reason is while the food is okay, it's average as well. The Street Tacos I had were rather plain. The T-Bone Steak also ordered, was cooked well but, just not worth coming back for. The price point for this restaurant is $ low, mainly because only soft drinks, Tea and water are available. In general Dos Jalisco is nice but, I can not give it any better rating because there are so many other places I'd rather go.
