Donut Palace

We have a new favorite donut and kolache place! Small hole in the wall being the best in class! I can completely recommend all their choices of kolaches, the croissants (especially the glazed ones), the pine cones, the tiger tails, the bear claw (huge) and the lemon- filled, and blueberry donuts. Truthfully, everything we purchased was spot on. The super-friendly clerk was amazing! He even offered a sample crossiant since we were newbies! Too busy with serious drooling and chewing to take photos!

Randomly found this spot. It's so gooooood! I love a good glazed and chocolate glazed donuts. They also sell kolaches, will need to get next time. I got some donut holes while I was here... they disappeared asap. Didn't get any of the donut cakes this time, will try next time. Can't wait to return! Must try if you haven't yet. Good parking and nice people.

This is a hidden gem of a donut place. Basic interior, designed (like most donut shops around here) to be more of a take-out place since it only has 2 tables. Doesn't matter, get it to go!They do an excellent old-fashioned donut, with the crispy-fried edges, but the standouts are the brisket kolache and the apple fritters. Get the kolache warmed if you're eating it shortly afterwards, and get TWO fritters, you'll thank yourself for it later!This place scores a 5 out of 5 on the 'CTJ Scale', as noted below.5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. OUTSTANDING! This place was a pleasant surprise. Kolaches were hot and fresh. Breakfast sandwich one of the best I've tried. And the service was fast and friendly. I was told the donuts were great too. I can confirm the Apple fritter was outstanding. Again, one of the best I've tried. Simple and basic do right.

This place had sooooo many options and everything looked delicious! I decided on a chicken sausage and cheese kolache and maple glazed donut. The donut was so soft and practically melted in my mouth. The kolache tasted amazing and came warm. Everything was affordable and fresh. I will definitely be back!

I ordered kolaches from here and they are the kind of kolaches that have a buttery sheen on the bun which is very tasty. The sausage itself has a cheese filling, which I enjoyed. I'm a jalapeño kolache fiend but they didn't sell it here but they have many more selections. If they offer to microwave ur kolache I highly recommend that you'd take them up on that offer as well.Overall tasty kolaches and donuts are okay

Donut you know about this place? This shop is tucked into a strip mall right off Babcock and UTSA boulevard. They have super fresh donuts, kolaches, breakfast sandwiches and more. The staff are friendly, efficient and quick to fill your order. I've picked up donuts here twice before work for the office and both experiences were great! Everyone loved their food!

The Boston cream donut is great! And the servers are so nice, Gael and Elena are always really kind and helpful. It's always clean and cozy.

This place is awesome! I wish we would have discovered it sooner. They're a small family owned place and the donuts are delicious with toppings and flavors I feel like you don't see as often. They also have croissant sandwiches and kolaches which are super good. I'm usually wary of croissant breakfast sandwiches because they tend to be too sweet but these aren't and are also so light and airy, also a good size for the price! Definitely filling. The young woman working the counter was very sweet and helpful. Definitely stop by!!
