Delicious Indian Cusinie & Bar

This place is okay. The ambience is good but the food and service was not something they can boast of. I came here with a friend on Thanksgiving at noon when people were yet to trickle in. I tried to order a couple of appetizers but the waiter said they don't have those items. That is kind of disappointing. I then ordered samosa chaat and tandoori paneer for starters. The samosa chaat was standard but the paneer was dry and bland. Then came their special naan with Rogan Josh and both these items were very good. To finish off we ordered the chocolate mousse cake and that took about 20 min to be served. It seemed like they defrosted this cake and served it to us as I could see the ice crystals! Overall, the food was good but can be better. Don't have any expectations if you don't want to be disappointed!

I'd love to give this restaurant 4 stars - the food was super delicious and flavorful and tasted authentic and homemade. We ordered the hot and sweet soup, the samosa chaat, and the egg haaka noodles. We appreciated the kindness of the servers and bus staff and the promptness of the food. However, it was a busy night and we felt rushed out. We were asked if we were ready to pay without being asked if we wanted to order dessert. When we asked for dessert, we were told there were only 2 options which we ordered and waited over 20 minutes for. We asked the waiter about it and he said that they were too busy to make the dessert and instead asked us just to pay. We were disappointed because why even have dessert on the menu or let folks order it if you can't serve it and we felt rushed just to pay and leave.

Food was delicious! Service was good and the restaurant is modern and comfortable. Menu changes so some items aren't available as in the photos in yelp.

The best Indian in SA hands down! Authentic, flavorful and amazing customer service. Take a masala/tandoori/garlic naan. Scrumptious! Lassi hits the sweet spot! Chaat with spinach and chickpeas so good! Clean downtown Indian restaurant!

We got takeout twice from here while staying in a nearby hotel. The first night we had kadai paneer and a garlic naan. The meal was good but the naan seemed over-cooked, it was very crunchy. The second night we tried the mixed vegetable pakora, butter paneer and garlic cheese naan. Thr pakora was a little greasier than I've had in the past, and the cheese garlic naan was WAY heavier than I needed, even with just a few bites. The butter paneer was delicious, but the paneer chunks were pretty large. Overall, would eat again!

We were pleasantly surprised on how amazing this place is with no yelp reviews. Than we found out they just had a grand opening a few days prior. And the city limits on the building signage so right now it's a secret that we hope to shed some light on. We are well versed in Houston's Indian cuisine and this place was exemplary!They are still in the process of editing the menu so, there are things we ordered that aren't on the menu yet but, trust me they know how to cook and extremely well!We tried the ever popular Chicken Lollipops, Saag Paneer, we had a veggie biryani, mango lassi, Garlic Naan and a dessert with three types of ice cream unfortunately I don't recall the name. I'm attaching photos of the food. Also, everyone up to the Head Chef came out to see how we enjoyed the food. And they were very kind and courteous and made my Birthday/my Wife's Mother's Day very special!We plan on visiting anytime we return to San Antonio. We hope everyone in town gives them a chance cause these lovely people deserve it.

I had higher hopes for this location after reading some solid reviews, but tonight's delivery order made me realize how bad most Indian food in San Antonio really is. Food arrived incorrect. Chicken Korma was replaced with butter chicken. Lamb vindaloo was not lamb and frankly, not vindaloo base curry either. No tang of vinegar. No spice. Wrong color. Disappointing. Side salad was sliced tomato and carrots. No lettuce. No dressing. This wasn't a salad. Overall, the flavors weren't authentic, the order was wrong and I wouldn't go back to eat here.

Where do I start! This place is just what San Antonio needed. In a city that lacks decent Indian food, Delicious Indian Cuisine is here to pick up the slack!First of all, the interior decor and design is very well thought out. The plates were nice and the presentation was off the charts!Second, the staff were incredibly polite and professional. They made sure our experience was one worthwhile and enjoyable!Last but not least, the food was incredible. We started with the chicken manchurian and it was the best I've had. Perfect amount of spice and the texture was great. We then had the lamb chops which were incredibly juicy and perfectly seasoned. For our main we had the butter chicken and the special naan. I've had Indian food all around the world, and this is by far the best Naan I've had.All in all an incredible meal and experience. If you're craving Indian food, you must come here!

Truly named! Delicious food and fantastic cocktails, all exceptionally well priced. The staff was the most inviting we had while traveling for a conference this week. close to the Riverwalk but so much better than anything we tried there. As an excellent cherry on top, the absolute best naan!

Best Indian food I've ever had here in San Antonio. I will definitely be back. Great ambiance, great service, even better food. Highly recommend
