My guisada tacos and the fajitas tacos,good flavor and tender. The enchiladas plates were deliciously presented and by the looks of this plate tells you how good it was. Service was promptly served. The place is a hole in a wall that really needs to be repaired having that in mind I'll give a 4 star on the food and service and a 2 stars for the place and a half star for the coffee.

Really good breakfast tacos and sweet tea. A total hole in the wall and its the type of place you look for when you want great food. Lots of locals come here. And yes... if your Super Guapo and your wife is a Gringona, the wait staff will treat you differently. Oh well such is San Antonio.

Crystal's Cafe was within walking distance of our vacation rental so we thought we'd give it a try. We had a wonderful breakfast experience. Good service and great food. Needed some good coffee after long travel and they did not disappoint.

WORK HARD, BRUNCH HARDER! We threw down at @crystals_cafe2420 this past Sunday So happy we ventured over here after not being able to wait over at @pancakejoes_sa (next time)Because this spot is so big, we were able to walk right in and grab a table. This is a no frills, lick your plate kind of spot. Always my favorite kind! The Steak & Huevos Rancheros plate wasMy was cooked just right and topped with a killer salsa. I got my over easy so the steak could take a swim in the married concoction of egg & salsa and then get all wrapped up nice and warm in a fresh tortilla! It was perfect, just perfect. Wifey loved her Tocino y Huevos Rancheros. The bacon used is what you hope to get with an order, substantial and delicious. She too ordered over easy so her bacon could take a dip in the sauce of deliciousness. My eldest was wow'd by his huge plate of pancakes They were super fluffy and sweet. Only item that needed a box. Truly a huge portion!My two youngest each had over easy eggs (so proud of them lol) with toast and...bacon! Had an issue with my son's plate, which they didn't really resolve, but it's cool.

Love this little spot near Woodlawn. Consistently good breakfast (all day) and lunch. Tacos are bomb and I adore their huevos rancheros!!! Homemade salsas, tortillas, and the best sweet tea in town. The prices are more than fair for the yumminess of the dishes.So happy we found this spot!

Wait staff was excellent! We had the Huevos Rancheros with a side of barbacoa, Asada & Carne Guisada Tacos which all were very good! Highly recommend!

Dont know why this place has so many good reviews??? Went in and zero acknowledgment. Waitress are indiferente and it took 3 minutes to get menues... should have left there... but i wanted to give them a chance,,,, orderd huevos rancheros the forgot the ranchero sauce..when they brough it out it had no real taste.My wife orderd 2 tacos only 1 came out, so we requested the second taco... it never came out. We asked for salsa for her single taco and it was not spicy and tasteless.

A mom and pop cafe of over twenty years.Recommended for breakfast.If the chilequilas are prepared the way I like them I know it is a good place to eat.Unfortunately the chips were soggy and the cheese that was on top not melted. Good flavor, but not my wayThe service was good and coffee delicious.I will give it a try another time.

I've been a customer for years and lately the service has been horrible . I'm guessing since it's a family owned business the kids who are waitressing the restaurant feel as if they do not need to attend tables. Food has no flavor and undercooked. Waitress only came to our table to take our order never once attended our table again. These kids are going to run your business to the ground .

wish I could put a 0 star I had the crispy taco lunch plate and it was horrible no flavor and tasted disgusting im not the type to bash a place but when i leave feeling sick ill make sure people know NOT to come here plz if your by here get away and find a better spot‼‼‼P.s I STRONGLY BELIEVE THEY BUY GOOD REVIEWS TO FOOL PEOPLE THAT ITS ACTUALLY GOOD WHEN ITS NOT!
