Crumbl - Quarry

So, I like many people, I enjoy cookies, but I couldn't understand the hype about another "cookie bakery" UNTIL I RANDOMLY STOPPED BY TO TRY IT!OMG! These things are nothing short of heavenly...literally cookie-nirvana. The cookie-butter ice cream flavor caused me to make an audible "MMMMMMMM..." sound, and I literally closed my eyes in hopes that I could further immerse myself in the experience, and simply shut out the rest of the world...if only for a few moments.Now, I'll have to add an extra 20 minutes of cardio a day thanks to this discovery! If you are a lover of joy, you need Crumbl in your life. What's a little more cardio?

This shop is conveniently located with a lot of other shopping around it. The venue is very clean, very well lit and the staff was friendly. My favorite cookie is the oatmeal raisin and this oatmeal raisin was one of the best I have ever had. This location is out of my way but I can see myself coming back.

Crumbl, I seriously hate loving you. You are like an irresistable booty call, but more like a cookie call. I know you are not good for me and yet I need you Crumbl, you nasty and very tasty bitch. Seriously, calories so worth it! The damn diet can wait Crumbl, shit.

My niece was visiting from out of town and mentioned that she has never tried crumbl cookies, so my husband and I decided to bring her here before her flight out so she could try it out. We ordered four cookies: milk chocolate chip cookies, Cinnamon Toast Crunch with vanilla glaze, sea salt Nutella (bomb), and the one with sprinkles -- I can't remember the name for the life of me. Overall, my niece liked her cookie, but said it was a bit of the sweet side. Service and ambiance was great.

I have come here once before for my staff. They love the cookies. Very friendly and helpful. I did notice we aren't changing gloves when coming to the register.

Please try crumbl cause once you do you will be hooked. I Have two faves right now, nille bean cupcake and peanut butter cookies and cream

I'm reposting my review here because I believe my review is being hidden on Google & I can't review in the app for whatever reason....Honestly my last two visits to this location has not been the best. Today I got the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake and it wasn't even finished. It wasn't solid & refrigerated long enough. I'm not sure how they make their cheesecakes. It was so bad that the cheesecake was runny & spilling all over in the box on my way home. I did call & got a refund but I'm not able to rate my experience in the app. Last week I got the eggnog tres leches cake & found I guess a pineapple filling purée or fruit in the cake?? I did voice this but the associate was acting & talking to me as if I was dumb. I was genuinely trying to be nice about it when I didn't have to be. Personally I don't think I'll come to this location or crumbl again. At least not crumbl for a long while. Both of these experiences were a turn off to be honest. Plus, my concern just felt brushed off. Side note: I even tried refrigerating the cheesecake when I got home & left it overnight and it's still the same runny consistency. I looked it up and I guess they bake their cheesecakes...so obviously mine wasn't baked.

First time at this location, and I'd must say the customer service here is excellent! The cookies taste the same no matter which location you go to, thats because the quality is equal. It was neat and tidy without any spills or dough on the floors. Which I will notice right away. Overall I'd come back.

While I come because it's a closer location to my home the customer service everytime I come has always been lack luster. I'm not sure if it's because I always come late or what but they NEVER greet you when you come in, take forever to acknowledge you, and act like your presence is bothering them. Today there was 1 employee who was attentive and helpful. I didn't catch his name but he was a younger Hispanic male with a short ponytail. Thank you to him for decorating my sons birthday box and being kind when no one else was
