The food was very tasty I loved the cheese cake and chocolate chip service was very fast not a long wait at all for the amount of people , ambiance is very welcoming and clean. Friendly staff.

The space is small, but clean. The cookies were tasty and the service was pretty good. They're not too talkative and just hand you your order, but I guess all the basics components are covered.

Hostess cookie was the best out of the 4 in my opinion. The s'mores cookie was really hard. They forgot to put the animal cookie on top of the sugar cookie but my daughter enjoyed it either way.

Don't order on a Saturday, you get the old stale refrigerated leftovers. Somehow the boxes are always given sticky with icing.

Love the double chocolate chip soo good and my favorite is just the basic chocolate chip as well

This particular location seems a little off to me. My normal store (in Maryland) is larger, brighter, and just seems friendlier overall. Also, the quality of the cookies are different. These I San Antonio seem lumped together, smaller, but way too thick. I prefer the way the cookies are made back home.They're still good cookies and they stay fresh for days if you store them properly.

The first time I visited, I left frustrated and without my order. I had placed an order via app that wasn't ready when I arrived. The location was extremely well staffed, yet my presence was barely acknowledged. I had to ask for help multiple times, and stood around for about ten minutes watching person after person get their order as I waited for an order that was never provided. It was a wholly different experience than at any other Crumbl location I had visited. A few days later, I went back, and ordered on-site, where I was greeted warmly and received my order within a few moments. The cookies were delicious, as is the standard with Crumbl. Had the initial experience not been so off putting, my review would be higher. The franchise is easily five stars, but the negative experience was notable enough to remember.

Mid cookies but I'd still eat them when I hate myself enough. The customer service is really good but I doubt they wanna be there anymore than I do. Lol

First time I've ever had a bad experience at a crumbl cookie. Upon entering the store the music was extremely loud hip hop that had explicit lyrics. Fortunately I came in the store by myself and not with my daughters. I had ordered on the app so I could be in and out quickly. Order was handed to me which was wrong. I showed my order to the staff and they took it back to correct it. They then handed me a box that was sealed up with the black circle tape and assured me it was correct. I got to the car and opened it to only find it was still wrong. At this point I couldn't be bothered going back in to argue my case. So I left with the wrong cookies and I'll move on. Just an overall disappointing experience.

I feel like if I don't leave a tip when ordering I get a cold cookie. But if I leave a tip the cookie is warm and fresh
