Amazing chocolate chip cookie!! You gotta try this one out you won't be disappointed!

Cookies made with no love; that's what these are. Slapped together and artificially flavored sweets. We could taste freezer or maybe it was just old cookies in two of our cookies. Super disappointed and flavors were terrible. We got berries and cream that was way overly sweet it hurt my teeth, smores which the brownie portion tasted like freezer, birthday cake that didn't taste remotely close to birthday cake, and strawberry cheesecake that looked like vomit on top of a cookie and tasted too artificial. Maybe they'll have better flavors next time.

Love the cookie variety each week new rotation of flavors!Occasionally forgets to include milk ( they always reimburse)

Rude blonde worker. I love this store and the staff--they're always nice, except for one blonde girl who was mopping the floor around 9:35 PM on December 7th 2024. When I walked in and smiled, she didn't smile back and looked visibly mad or annoyed that I had entered. While I was waiting for my cookies, a group of people were about to walk in and she loudly said, "Oh my God, bro," in an irritated tone. I'm assuming she was upset that they walked in because she was mopping. I found it very rude that she didn't seem to care that a customer was present and could hear what she was saying. On a positive note, the other girl packing up my cookies was very nice. I always have a good experience with her

The food was very good I love it , but the service I hate it I had asked for 4 cookies with different cookies then they gave me THE SAME COOKIE , so I had asked politely can you change it then she said we can't touch nothing that's already in packaging WTF!!! The vibeThere is terrible but the cookies are majestic.

Do not come here if you are expecting good service! One of the employees is as super rude, he threw the cookies on the counter and walked off very rudely, we asked for a note on our box and he scribbled it all over not being considerate what so ever!

These are the cookies from last week and I don't know if it's because I'm getting the smaller cookies??? But they're just not good.. I tried to get my boyfriend to like Crumbl- he already complains about the price of the cookies (which I don't mind personally).. but after last week he is pretty hesitant to try anything else. The pumpkin cookie was so dry and tasteless, the brownie cookie was pretty good, but the frosting is terrible. Last week wasn't THAT bad, but it wasn't good either.
