Here'sEach time we're nearby, we always swing by this eatery for a meal. I typically order the Mexican stir-fry dish, but trust me, everything on the menu is scrumptious! Every guest I've introduced to this place has departed with a happy tummy and a big smile, thankful for the experience. It's definitely a must-try spot!

Came in for lunch because we were in D'Hanis already. Reviews pushed us to eat here and we are glad they did. Ambiance is great. Small town diner feel, friendly employees, awesome decor. If you're a stuck up city-slicker, this is not the place for you. Food came out quickly, drinks never ran dry, and the food...oh man. Wife had the chimichanga with chicken, smothered in queso. Beans were surprisingly delicious, rice was really good, and the queso was fantastic. Great flavors. Large size. Relatively cheap. I had the Mexican stir-fry with chicken. It's unique, and definitely something everyone should try. I wish it had more squash, but there was plenty of chicken, a small bed of rice and fresh avocado. Another great find in the San Antonio area. We will for sure be back.

Always good food! Wish they were open earlier for breakfast. My husband like the fried catfish basket.

Delicious food. Hot and cooked to order. Cowboy's Restaurant provides great service. We enjoy the atmosphere and decor as well. By far my husband's favorite location.

We pulled into an empty parking lot at 6:00, within 5 minutes the lot was full! Friendly service, great cheeseburgers and freshly cut fries. Definitely worth your time!! Can't wait to come back.

The food is amazing always smells good . I recommend getting the chicken fajita plate

We have always enjoyed the fish on Friday night. We had dinner there last month and it wasn't the same. The place didn't smell good, the tables were dirty. If you touched the table top your hand stuck!!! The coleslaw had no flavor. When my husband mentions our concerns to the owner, he just shrugged his shoulders as if to say "if you don't like it, don't come back". That's exactly what we'll do!

A great Friday night family outing to enjoy Delicious grilled catfish, fried catfish, burger, child's enchiladas and beef Chimichanga!! The frozen lime margarita was the absolute best! Always love coming to enjoy Cowboy's! We sat up top and the waitress was awesome and always made sure to keep checking on us. She was Great!!! The best food ever and there food is a variety of different foods from Mexican food to chicken fried steak and hamburgers.

My friend and I try a new restaurant every month that is not in San Antonio. Last week we tried Cowboy's. It did not disappoint!! I had the sour cream chicken enchiladas. These enchiladas were well stuffed and I could have done well to order the senior plate with just the one. The rice was also very good. My friend got the senior seafood plate that comes with 3 pieces of fish and fries. She had the grilled catfish and liked it very much.I took a pepper steak and baked potato home for my husband. The pepper steak was obviously homemade and he said it and the potato were excellent!The reason I mention the baked potato because I read a review that someone said the baked potatoes are boiled and the chicken fried steaks are from frozen. I asked about that and a gentleman at another table interrupted the waitress and told me that was not true. He was eating a chicken fried steak and baked potato. The meat is cut every morning and tenderized.This restaurant does not disappoint!!Great service and great food!!
