Cowboy Capital Pizza

As per usual.... Wings are large and juicy, and the pizza absolutely does not disappoint.

Not good...at all!! We went today and tried the meat lovers...no idea what they did but please don't do it again!!!!!!

I love Cowboy Capital pizza! They're always freshly made and delicious. The restaurant has minimal seating, but you can see right back to where the pizzas are made which is neat. Service is always quick and friendly.

Very tasty pizza. Love the crust, thin and crispy. Canadian Bacon, sausage and mushroom!! Pineapple and Canadian Bacon is a wonderful combination for my fiance!!

I chose this place mainly because it already had a lot of very positive reviews. I am eating alone tonight, so something simple a relatively quick is what I had in mind. It's I tucked away down what looks like an alley. Met a nice couple eating out of the front porch and they raved about how great the pizza was. Ordered a 8" with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms and olives. It's really as good as the reviews and the what the folks I spoke to said. Really nice folks who own and run it, so I am pleased with this dinner choice. I will be back!

This place doesn't look like much from the outside. The pizza was delicious and the sweet lady running the place was very friendly. There is hardly any room to sit so plan on taking it to-go.

2 hours for pizza delivery. Cold pizza. I realize it was Friday night and they were busy but it was still no excuse to get cold pizza after waiting that long. And the pizza didn't taste very good either.

Cowboy capital is consistently good pizza in bandera with friendly service. I'd say I'm a bit of a pizza snob and this pizza is pretty much average, but of the choices out in bandera, it's a business worth supporting! Their prices are fair and they are NOT stingy with toppings so you can't go wrong! They have some good calzones too!

For a small town pizza place, it's really impressive. They make a very thin crust pizza with homemade marinara sauce. The toppings are fresh and yummy and the ranch dressing is also homemade for you ranch officianados. I've had their side Caesar salads and their calzones. I have to say, I do prefer just the pizza as the Caesar usually has too much cheese and the calzone puffs up and tends to be too thin and greasy to eat properly. It still tastes good, mind you. There is limited indoor seating and an outdoor patio. There's a legendary rooster that hangs about outdoors doing his roosting and cockle doodling. All makes for a quaint little feel for a small town pizza place one block off main street next to city hall. Two little knits for me are: too many high schoolers looking stoned working there who don't get the pizza orders right and can be downright slow. And the other is the owner is possibly to be a vocal anti-masker and has multiple times advocated for me to take my mask off. To each his own, and it hasn't stopped me from ordering there but I'd love it if everyone can respect the other side of the coin more and not be so overtly political.
