Cosmic Cakery

Just updating my last review to say that I ordered my baby's smash cake from them this time and they STILL did a beautiful job and the cake was delicious. Much appreciated and I'm definitely locked-in as a return customer!

I ordered a cake back in October 2023 for my gf's bday (the T-Swift stabbing cake). It was equally as delicious as it was entertaining to watch get stabbed. This aside, I want to commend the woman running the cake shop because I couldn't get my butt over there before the closing time. She stayed after hours until I was able to pick it up and for that I am grateful. A+, 10/10. Thank you!

Not going to lie, I'm a little disappointed. I called in for a quote on a new birthday cake. I was told to send in a photo of what we were looking for (via text) and to hurry to send it in quickly so we can get our order in (because she was getting booked fast). I sent in everything that was asked of me and I never heard anything back. A simple response saying "hey I can't do it" would have been nice and I get that people get busy. Anyway, I don't doubt her ability to make cakes, as I said in my previous review, but customer service wasn't great this time around so I dropped my rating to 4 stars. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to get our cake elsewhere.

They made a fairly last minute cake for my wedding and it was delicious! We had tried 3 other bakeries within our price range and all 3 had fairly dry cupcakes. In a desperate attempt to find an edible cake 2 weeks before the wedding, we went to Cosmic Cakery and bought some cupcakes. They were divine! So moist and fluffy! We immediately went back inside and ordered the cake. It was a relatively simple design, but you could see the detail they put into even just selecting the fruit and lavender sprigs for the top. Price was also less than the other bakeries we talked to. I found that too many cake designers are artists and not enough are bakers. Cosmic Cakery delivered on both.

I could not have been happier with my twins' first birthday cake from Cosmic Cakery. They went above and beyond and created the exact cake I had envisioned. Not only was it gorgeous, but the cake itself was delicious and perfectly moist. Everyone loved it!! I'm pretty picky with cakes and this place knows what they're doing. Worth the cost! We had funfetti cake with Bavarian cream filling and buttercream icing. Delicious! 12/10 would recommend!!

Their cake was amazing! My husband ordered a cake from here. Showed them a picture and delivered it with a BANG! They communicate well with you and are very prompt. He ordered a week ahead. It was also delicious. Lemon cake with strawberry filling. They did a great job and I am going to ask them to make my future cakes.

Cosmic Cakery did such a great job on my daughters cake. The owner talked through with me how many servings I would need for size and I told her our theme and she brought the cake to life! Also the best tasting cake I've ever had. They had it ready and waiting the day I was supposed to pick up. The cake pictured cost $110 and it was worth every penny to see the smile on my baby girls face when she saw her cake we willDefinitely be coming back to Cosmic Cakery.

Delicious cakes and owner is top notch and very sweet and professional. No wonder why she is the best in San Antonio she deserves it

I had a Cake made for my sons baptism and it was absolutely beautiful. The flavors of the cake were delicious. If you are looking for a place to make the cake for your next event look no further, you will not be disappointed!
