Had been searching for a good chilaquiles spot on the northside and this is it. Showed up on a Saturday morning and found the spot jumping full of all sorts of people. Families, groups of women, people with dogs. They have a covered patio so if you're trying to show up after the park, it's a good spot to be at.I will say the layout of their restaurant is a lil funky. They have a swinging door as the entrance and only have at out to the patio. It makes for an awkward encounter through the entrance as you're trying to dodge unsuspecting clientele, slow dancing with a cup full of coffee.Skip on the breakfast tacos. They are mediocre. They do make their pasties which I also recommend.

I stopped by Coffee + Culture Bakery a few times already, which is located near Phil Hardberger park on Blanco Rd. You walk up to the counter, order, then choose your seat. The staff will bring out your order wherever you're sitting. My first visit I ordered a cappuccino and pastry (maple pecan). Both were quite delicious and I enjoyed them on their cozy patio. They offer a slew of different coffee options and pastries, all look delicious. My second visit I decided to sit inside and order an entree for breakfast. I was very excited to try the chilaquiles when I saw that item on the menu. Unfortunately, the dish was a letdown for me and failed to deliver. The portion was decent and I added a sunnyside up egg, but the dish was submerged in sauce. By the time I was halfway done, the tortilla chips were soggy. Not sure if this is how the dish is served, but a reduction in sauce would improve the dish in my opinion. The atmosphere was great, the restaurant was very busy, and staff are very friendly. There's plenty of seating inside and outside, so finding a seat shouldn't be a problem. The line to order does get long during peak hours, so keep that in mind. The bean and cheese taco was disappointing, too. The cheese wasn't melted and still cold so biting into beans that were warm with cold cheese simultaneously felt awkward. Peace.

Visited Coffee and Culture Bakery on Mother's Day weekend with my partner, MIL, and SIL for an elevated brunch atmosphere. We were blown away by everything we ordered. We ordered soo much because everything sounded and looked so good. I am going to highlight a few menu items...Let me just say, they have the BEST chicken and waffles in town! The waffle batter is extraordinary and delicious--crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and paired perfectly with the savory chicken.Love their cranberry scones!!! Havent had a scone since my trip to LondonWe also had the Guava Quesito, a sweet, flaky pastry that was a delightful treat.I couldn't resist trying the Lavender Matcha Latte, which had a subtle floral note that paired perfectly with the rich coffee. This place has it all--great food, drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I usually enjoy Coffee & Culture Bakery's food, their coffee is usually a hit or miss, but the pastries are amazing! I would say it is not a good spot for working and studying, it gets very very loud inside. Most mom groups or work groups meet up there and it could get very hard to concentrate and have some space to sit.

Food was excellent as always. One of my favorite place to have breakfast! People are nice and the servers are nice and attentive as well as kept our drinks refilled. The place is not big but it's big enough for large parties.

I was in this shopping center as my wife uses the dentist in the office next to this place. I had seen the shop before but had never ventured in. As my wife's appointment was going to take a long time (she had a tooth that the root calcified, and the dentist was working to save it), I decided to go in here to beat the heat and get something cool to drink.Walking in, you enter into a pretty large area with seating and ordering to the left, and another large seating area to the right. A young lady behind the counter welcomed me in and asked how she could help me. I told her I was in here for the first time, and she went over everything and explained things very well.I ordered an iced latte and stepped out to answer a phone call. My drink was ready when I came back to the counter. I grabbed my drink and made my way to a nearby table. Looking around, this reminded me of a national chain from Seattle as so many people were working on their computers and drinking their drinks.I took my first drink and was impressed. It was very cold, strong like I like, and went down way to quickly:)Will I return? Definitely!

We were a party of four. We ordered three coffee drinks and a drip coffee, two omelets, a fruit bowl, and a sandwich. Total was over $100!!! Pastries are excellent. In general, the food and portions are above average. Service is attentive and the dude cashier was very friendly. Typical breakfast cafe atmosphere. Here's the kicker...prices are high for many menu items. For example, $15.75 for chilaquiles?!? I get this dish at multiple restaurants throughout the city and I've never seen it over $10. It's eggs, pico, cheese, and tortilla chips! We really liked this place, but due to prices, it'll be a treat location, not a regular stop. I may need to cash in a CD before I come back...

Everything here is excellent? The mushroom and spinach omelette with chipotle mayo is so good that I did not even have time to take a picture because I just inhaled it! Lol I also tried a sugar-free chocolate muffin made with Stevia, delicious! Really good coffee here as well!
