Got there when it opened . Since we never been order to go take out. Chum is a nice lady in the front. Place is small cozy and very clean I got mixed vegetables , orange chicken and pupu platter . Pupu platter wasn't the best. Too much fried stuff, wish they had spare ribs instead of all the fried goodies, . Other than that. It was a 10 out of 10

Found a roach in my food!I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. China Moon's location is considered a dive in my opinion. I'm not a regular, but I stopped for a late night run before they closed. I had to drive 12 miles home to enjoy the meal with family. I had 3 different items mixed on my plate, I was shocked to find a dead roach in my food! This is absolutely unacceptable and speaks to the restaurant's lack of cleanliness and hygiene.The restaurant was closed by the time this happened and I felt disgusted. There is no way they can right this wrong in my book. I hope others don't have to go through the same disgusting experience I did. I did not take a pic because who wants to see a dead roach. Yuk!Do better, China Moon!

I had to try this place I never go based off of too many reviews or experiences I heard cause I honestly have to see it for myself.. so with that being said..I would definitely recommend this place. It's a good sort of hole in the wall. The waitress Hannah was very attentive and food was delicious everything was very warm.. the hot oil I put in my egg drop soup. Delicious. Inside could use a little cleaning and updating forsure but good experience. I definitely plan on going back.

Stopped in here while staying the night on Randolph. It seems most restaurants were closed or closing around 8pm so this was our choice. It's about a mile or so from the main gate. It's a small place with 10 tables, seen many to go orders though. Our son enjoyed the kids sweet and sour chicken, sauce was flavorful. Wife had the orange chicken but wasn't too impressed, said a little too soggy but flavored well. I had the broccoli beef dinner with fried rice, egg roll, fried pork and egg drop soup. The egg drop was delicious and not watery. The broccoli beef was skeptical due to not having the dark brown bean sauce to its color but it was still good with fresh broccoli and onions. Overall it was 3.5 on food, not bad.

This establishment allows you to seat yourself where you would like. The waitress welcomed me within a minute of me sitting. Restaurant was clean and tables were not sticky:)She was very kind and offered to help me with the menu! I placed my order within a few minutes and my soup and drink were brought to me! Food came out fast and was super hot and it was a lot of food! Food was average but you can always sauce it up a bit yourself! Overall great!

Not sure why they only have 2.5 stars. I assume because of problems from long ago. This is my favorite chicken fried rice! The other dishes were good also! Very quick service. Prices are good!

Went there a week ago since my dad was begging me to take him to Chinese near his home. It was our first time there and service was very prompt and nice, food was average but we were concerned when walking in the front door and the floors were very filthy. They should think about cleaning the floors before opening. Also, the restrooms were disgusting and dirty Not going back.

We've been searching for a good Chinese cuisine since leaving Hawaii in 2018. We were disappointed with every attempt. Until today, when we tried China Moon in Universal City, Texas.Everything from the egg drop soup to Rangoon and our entrees, was perfect.The preparation of cuisine and seasonings were perfect. No overload of mass manufactured sauces. It was fresh and delicious.

Food comes out fast and is really good! Cheese rangoon are so good! Staff is really friendly and nice every time I go. Over all place is really good.

The service is superb by friendly staff. Food is prepared fresh, quick and tastes good. Prices are reasonable.
