Chicago's Pizza

I love this place for a Chicago deep dish pizza. Their service is fast and reliable and friendly. They also recommend a special priced item if you're not aware of it while ordering. The atmosphere is very quiet and pleasant while you wait for your order to be made. I always order their small deep dish Chicago style pizza and it is enough for myself, my husband and our teenage son. You will definitely enjoy this place for your next deep dish pizza!

When we first walked in, we were told to find our own seats, which we did. However, no one attended to us for at least 15 minutes. After two hours, we still hadn't received the pizzas we ordered. They brought out the wrong pizzas after waiting for an hour. The waitress's communication was poor and she was rude; when I asked about our pizzas, she would simply say that they were "in the oven." I understand they were busy, but they got our orders wrong. The family next to us waited even longer and ended up leaving without their pizzas. . I also left without ever receiving my pizza.While they actually have really good pizza, the service we received was incredibly disappointing.

Good pizza, but the service is way too slow. My order was ready 40 minutes later than the expected time, which is frustrating--especially since they're always slow. To make matters worse, the staff wasn't friendly or helpful about the delay. Great food, but the experience leaves a lot to be desired.

I love Chicago style deep dish pizza, so I hoped to find a good place here in San Antonio. I order a large and a medium with various toppings. When I picked them up, the staff were very friendly. I thought it might have been too much for just me and my boyfriend. It actually took us 4 days to eat all of it. Both pizzas were amazing! Full of flavor and cooked perfectly.

A small hole in the wall of a place but yet very flavorful. The place is definitely great for cravings that are less healthy. We ordered the medium deep dish pizza and found it quite much for two people. Highly recommend to go smaller unless not opposed to having left overs. The pie was very well cooked and not raw like most deep dish pizzas we have had. The customer service was very friendly and could tell that the waitress has years of customer service experience. Very helpful and friendly. There's nothing like a waitress that will inform you when you're headed the more expensive route and instead recommends the daily specials for something you're already ordering. I highly recommend you call and place your order in advance if you are an impatient person as the pie did take a total of 48 minutes to arrive to the table. Not recommended for those in search of a quick bite.

After waking from a three hour nap, I was starving and decided I needed something greasy in my tummy. We passed this place and I asked my husband if he wanted pizza or birria. He said if he's going to get heartburn later from both, he'd rather go pizza. So we went back to check it out. Man, am I glad we did!!This was honestly the best pizza pie I've ever had in my life!! That golden crust that held all that gooey deliciousness and the sauce were both perfect! We got the medium family package that came with the pie, a huge serving of lasagna, garlic bread, a large salad and a gallon of ice tea for $32. It was all worth every single penny. After we demolished the lasagna first, we had a hard time finishing two slices. I was glad that my toddler ate all his food, too. The service was great even though there was only one server and we will definitely be back to this little gem. Oh, btw... I had a slice for lunch and found the best way to heat these monster slices up, is to use a skillet cuz it keeps the crust crunchy.

Good food, nice people. Reminded me of Chicago! Deep Dish Pizza was genuine. Call ahead to order a Deep Dish pie, even if you are dining in. They take a while.

Living in OKC and our pizza is pretty legit... This location was near our hotel within 8 miles.. so we gave it a try.Greeted with a smile from a nice gentleman who took good care of us!Chicago Pizza did a great job for dinner.. Drinks were kept on full. Our order came out accurate/hot/fresh and tasty!!!Small salad we ordered was huge.Kids pizza and kids calzone. Cheese sticks on the appetizer... All super delicious.Decently fast prepping of the food and the rest of the staff was super friendly! When we got here, I was super excited about having Chicago pizza for the first time, but they got our order wrong. My dad asked for a full refund on the pizza, cheese bread, and sweet tea we ordered. They only refunded us for the pizza which was dumb, cause the only reason we ordered the cheese bread was because the pizza was taking a while. We started complaining to the waiters but they said they wouldn't refund us. We asked for a full refund again and they said no. We kept complaing and the other table literally offered to cover it. They said no yet again and as they said the other table had no reason to be concerned with this. We kept asking and they said if we didn't leave they would call the cops. THEY did, but the cops didn't do anything. They cops said since we ate the food, we were responsible for paying for it. We left and drove to a MUCH better pizza resaurant Pizza Classics. Like seriously? the cops? FOR DAMN FOOD? The worst part is I'm eleven and writing this review. Never eating here again. ZERO STARS.My dad's review:------------------------HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!Wish I could leave ZERO STARS.I and my 10 year old son came here with the excitement and buzz for being here for the 1st time.They got our Chicago pizza completely WRONG. Do they know how to read? Apparently not.I wrote down:*1 large pizza Chicago style with half of it just pepperoni and the other half supreme. We waited 50 mins for the pizza to be made as it's Chicago style. When it arrived.. Me and my son had to search search looking all over the entire large pizza to find his just pepperoni pizza slices and it was 100% completely supreme to my son's complete disappointment.I asked for a full refund, they REFUSED. Believe it or not. They only gave us partial refund because of the breadsticks and ice tea we had while we were waiting 50 mins for our pizza to be made.They threatened to call the police and they DID. Isn't the customer satisfaction thier highest priority? Apparently not here at Chicago's Pizza. Police came and me with my very terrified 10 year old son explained what happened to the police and wanted a full refund. Of course the police sided with the crooks of Chicago's Pizza.Worst, I left $4 tip too as I ordered it online and they kept the tip too. Can you say scammed?Wasted time, wasted energy, wasted excitement, wasted time, wasted gas, wasted money for this VERY HORRIBLE experience.Hearing OPPRESSION at its finest. Never going back to Chicago's Pizza ever again.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE and HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!ZERO STARS.

First time trying this style of pizza and it's amazing!! Definitely gonna be my go-to pizza place now
