While checking out at the Walmart self checkout I spy a Charley's Cheesesteaks which I had never heard of before. Not quite hungry but wanting a snack my husband and I decide to head over and get a simple Philly cheesesteak to share. We got the 6" (small). Right off the cashier was attentive and polite. Placed my order quickly and waited about 3 mins. (There were 2 customers in front of me) I could see items being cooked fresh which only added to my excitement. When my number was called another polite employee gave me my order and noted that there were napkins etc over there if I needed them. Over the top helpfulness! Wanting to love the idea of Philly cheesecake but never really finding a business that makes it how I like it I wasn't expecting too much. After all I am in a Walmart grocery store. However with my first bite I was sold!! SO delicious!! I found myself wanting more than half the sandwich. Surely my husband can't know where the half line is right?! Just another nibble to even it up...Ugh! I had the sandwich to my husband and jump on my phone to see if this company is in Utah. THEY ARE! I was pleasantly surprised with this sandwich. Not being able to say more than that since it's all we ordered but know we will be back!! I only hope the employees at the Utah locations are as courteous as the employees were at this one. The lemon pepper wings are good.The cajun wings are bland.The buffalo sauce is bland.The fries are okay a bit too salty.Not a fan of ranch but they didnt have buttermilk. Lemonade is good. Wouldn't come back it is too expensive for what its worth, the taste and quality needs improvement.

I guess you need to know people here to get your food out faster. The place was dirty and not as busy as it normally is on Saturday's. I shop at Walmart every Saturday with my husband. This place is normally busy. The manager would always great us and ask us how we are doing. After a third visit she was no longer there. My husband and I always share our food together. He couldn't finish his portion because the flavor was horrible and our steak was over cooked. We won't be returning. We are saddened to even leave a review

The hours of operation are till 11pm daily. I tried to place an order today at 10pm and they informed me that they were closed? The owners need to keep an eye out for employees closing their store early. If you close at 10, please update your hours.

This was our first time eating here. I ordered a Chicken Philly and a Philly cheesesteak combo. When my wife opened her sandwich it was a Philly cheesesteak. We went back and my wife went inside to tell them they gave us a Philly cheesesteak instead of a chicken philly. The lady looked up the order and said no you ordered 2 philly's. So because she put the order in wrong in order for my wife to eat we had to buy another sandwich. This place is money driven and not service driven. Very horrible customer service in my mind so for that reason I will not be back. Make sure you speak slowly when you order and then double check your receipt if you are hungry and only want to pay for one order.

I have always loved Charleys, but this location has to be by far the worst location I have ever went to in my life Christine sotella or how ever u spell her name "the boss" was very much so disrespectful and had no communication skills when it came to customers. Restaurants/ fast food locations need to really be looking into the management they are hiring because having someone managing their spot like that is ridicules. She came up to me with a firm voice as if she was wanting to argue when all I did was ask for a new sandwich bc mine was limited, literally a corner of products. I've been to Charley's several times so viewing that sandwich was like what is that bc I've never seen one like it. Which is why I respectfully asked for a new one and that's when she came talking to me as if I'm someone she wants to fight. I asked her to lower her tone bc it was embarrassing, I've worked in retail before so her doing that in public is ridicules.

Not sure why they only have a 3-star review. I've ordered from Charley's Cheesesteaks thru Uber Eats three times, and all three times I've enjoyed the food. Sandwiches are piled with lean meat and plenty of veggies on fresh bread. They also have awesome shakes! Good food at a great price.

The chicken was so dry it was hard to swallow. No seasoning and the boneless wings were just red no flavor. Not to mention the fries were not cooked and tasted like they had been sitting there. They didn't even taste cooked. I did not eat them. I would not recommend this place at all. The staff didn't even look like they new what they were doing. They don't even deserve 1star so bad!

Came to Walmart to buy some items and realized there was a Charley's in the store. I looked up the time of opening at it was at 10am I figured great I'll have an early lunch. There were two ladies opening up but didn't open the gate until about 10:20. I love they're fresh fruit lemonade, so I did order a strawberry one and a sm. chicken Philly. They took another 20 minutes with the sandwich not having much chicken inside and worked with no sense of urgency. Hopefully next time they'll be workers who work with great customer service and smile!
