I had the pleasure of trying these delicious hot dogs today at the START Center where this food truck was parked! WOW!!!!!! I tasted the phenomenal San Antonio Hot Dog and Chili Cheese Hot Dog! Both of them were served on fresh Hawaiian rolls with all Beef Vienna Hot Dogs. I can't even begin to tell you how amazing they were! They have a very busy schedule and they currently do a lot of corporate events so they can't really put out a schedule. The best way to find out where they will be parked at is to private message them on Twitter and find out where they will be that day. If you love hot dogs, you're going to this place! They also have vegetarian options as well as seafood options for those who aren't fans of hot dogs.

So I finally tried the Kimchi dog and it wasn't really anything to rant and rave about. The hotdog was really large and meaty, kind of reminded me of a Costco hotdog. It was so thick that you couldn't really taste the Kimchi (which is usually real potent and strong). I didn't really get the effect of a Kimchi dog, it was like adding a LITTLE bit of sauerkraut. I can see this being successful if the hotdog was smaller or more Kimchi added. At 7.50 for a hotdog, I think they can take it up a notch on the bun.

They San Antonio dog was very good. I wasn't impressed with their speed. The hot dog itself was large and very tasty. Their fries were decent.

We stopped here when a local brought my friend Chris and I here to the food truck lot. The lot was just opening when we got here and we decided this was the one to visit. Admittedly, I don't eat hot dogs so often, but I loved that they used Hebrew National dogs (all beef, no fillers).I had a dog with beer braised onions and cheese. oh-em-gee We also split a side of yucca fries which were so much better than any I'd tried before and a side of kimchi tots. The food was solid and the guys who run this truck are super nice. Since we were early customers, we got to chat with them. They are still pretty new, so if you haven't found them, do go check them out. Nice guys, great food!

When I first saw the word "Gourmet" paired with the lowly hot dog, I was skeptical. But after one bite, I "got it!" and became an instant convert. The truck is super clean and the dogs are simply delicious! I'm now a lifelong fan. These likable and friendly guys have spoiled me for ever eating an ordinary hot dog again. Pro Foodie tip ... DEFINITELY add a side of the yucca fries!

I had the BBQ Dog that was not on the menu, but was offered as a special. It was a delicious mix of sweet cole slaw, tangy BBQ sauce and juicy hot dog on a Hawaiian Bun. My wife had the Chili Cheese Dog and and loved it. We split an order of Flauta Dogs and we loved the corn tortilla- wrapped hot dogs, but we especially liked the guacamole and queso garnishments that accompanied the order. These put the order over the top and made the meal. Add to these dogs Mangonadas, and it was an all around delicious meal. The staff were helpful, polite and informative and passionate about their products. The only thing keeping this review from a five-star review- was the price. It was a touch too expensive for hot dogs, gourmet or not. I would happily go back in a second and plan to to try out the Fried Green Tomato dog, while keeping true to the new standby- BBQ dog!

I'm a sucker for hot dogs, so I stopped by for dinner. Tried a regular chili dog with jalepenos. Hot dog wasn't bad but I tend to compare dogs to Nathan's (NYC)and Lucky Dog (NOLA). Chili was a little bland and hot dog bun was sweet (which I didn't like). Again this is just me... Definitely give it a shot and tell us fellow Yelpers what you think! :)

These guys can seriously rock a dog. I came upon their truck towards the end of my Siclovia trek and while I wasn't enthused that of all the food trucks out there this one just HAD to be a hotdog truck, Changos changed my life. Now I'm not going to tell you that I haven't enjoyed a hot dog food truck before but I definitely hadn't been to one where I didn't leave feeling like I could have easily made the hot dog myself using pantry staples at home. Changos is a completely different beast altogether. The San Antonio dog was, in one word, ahhhhmazing. If you want gourmet foodie dogs this is your place. Changos has made me a believer. I believe in Changos.
