Capparelli's Italian Food, Pizza, & Catering

Capparelli is one of our favorite places for Italian food. This cozy, family-friendly restaurant serves delicious, homemade dishes that we always enjoy.We love their deluxe pizza, which is topped with pepperoni, salami, Italian sausage, and fresh mushrooms. The crust is thick and filling, and the ingredients are always fresh and tasty.We also had their homemade bread, side salads, and toasted ravioli. The bread was warm and soft, the salads were fresh and crisp, and the toasted ravioli was perfectly crunchy with a great filling.The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and our waitress was friendly and attentive, making sure we got everything quickly and were well taken care of.If you're looking for good Italian food in a cozy setting, Capparelli is a great choice. We highly recommend it for a casual meal with family or friends.

After craving chicken parmesan for about a week, my parents and I decided to visit Capparelli's. The place is very "quaint," with a lot of character from its rough, older restaurant charm. The garlic bread for the table came out steaming and delicious, setting a perfect tone for the meal. The chicken parmesan I ordered was truly fantastic. It came with fresh-cut chips and pickles, and the bread it was served in was fresh. The sauce was excellent, and the chicken was perfectly cooked and cheesy.My parents ordered the pizza, which was good but a bit on the thick side.The service was great and incredibly friendly.

Everything went well, the food, service and ambience. Hope to be back again in the future.

Coming for a guy from New Jersey this is the best Italian food you'll ever get in Texas. Service is amazing only issue is it's not close to New Braunfels well 15 miles... worth a trip

First of all, let me preface everything by saying this is a local restaurant to for me and I like nothing more than supporting my local businesses. In all fairness, there was a "Help Wanted" sign posted very clearly at the storefront. So, with that out of the way, I'd say the service was absolutely fantastic! The moment we entered the door we were greeted and found our way to a cozy little table. The setting in this place is just how anyone would want it in a small Italian restaurant; definitely on point. The garlic bread was cooked to perfection and melted in the mouth. My Caesar salad was very good, but a few pieces of lettuce would have made my trash can before they made anyone's plate. I understand things move quickly in a kitchen, but this little thing separates good restaurants from great ones. My wife's salad was perfect.She ordered the Meatballs for her entree which is simply three very large meatballs with marinara. She had zero complaints; plenty of food for her, and she even ate the leftovers the next day. I had the Chicken Parmigiana and substituted rigatoni for spaghetti. The rigatoni tasted like it had been sitting in water since lunch (we were there at approximately 6:30 pm) and was no palatable. The chicken parmigiana breading was clearly burned on the majority of the breast and the chicken itself was definitely overcooked.Will I eat there again? Definitely. I've eaten there before and things were much better. Maybe I caught them on a bad day (I hope). Regardless, my wife loved her meal, and the service was great. I just want them tremendously to make small little steps to ensure quality across the board. When I return, I will update the post to reflect the most recent experience.

I forgot to photo my plate but my salad and appetizer were on point. Many leftovers from this lunch! Great food. Great service. Great little place.

It's been a while since I've been to Capperelli's and last night reminded me why. Calamari was so overcooked, it looked like little burnt rings. It might be time to change the oil the calamari was fried in since the few pieces that were edible had no taste. But I'm not a burnt calamari expert. I really couldn't believe they allowed something like that to go out. And no dipping sauce. Wish I had taken pictures but we just threw it out. That pretty much ruined the rest of the meal. Eggplant Parmesan was ok. The best part of the meal was the Italian dressing on the salad.

I truly wish that one or two establishments would stay ORIGINAL...with ORIGINAL recipes.This is pure trash food compared to how they originally were. MERELY GROSS.
