forget about the main dish, the rice and cake tasted better than the q!service-wise, even though when you get food, you don't interact with the server too much obviously, the few moments i had them were cheerful and helpful, offering assistance with ordering from the menu as well as payment method (: hopefully they accept military star credit card in the future :)atmosphere: i mean it's right outside wilford hall so the convenience factor for the workers there is the ambiance [:

Great customer service. Great food. Mac and cheese is awesome. BBQ sauce is great. Backed potato with pulled pork and sausage was great. Really good.

Mom was visiting from Massachusetts and wanted to try some BBQ. Saw the food trailer in Lackland and decided to give it a try. I ordered the Q sandwich with brisket and she got the Mac n cheese bowl with pulled pork. Both were absolutely delicious and worth every $$. For the price of some crappy fast food combo meal, come and get yourself some real quality food instead! Will for sure be coming back again!

Amazing BBQ. The Que panini with brisket and smoked Gouda cheese was delicious! Very filling and packed with flavor and brisket! The banana pudding is so delicious and the right amount of sweet!

Overall quality of food was not good. Taste was not good, temperature was not good, and items were missing that were ordered. Pros:The baked potato salad is actually decent. I can taste the different flavors, and it actually tastes like a baked potato. No complaints thereCons:People behind me in line who had a bigger order received their food before me. Stood in line 1.5 hrs to receive my food after people behind me. Ordered the two meat plate with sausage, pulled pork, green beans, and baked potato salad. Only received the pulled pork, green beans, and baked potato salad on the plate, no sausage to be found. When I was walking away they made an announcement they were about to run out of sausage so I should of received mine. In all fairness I did not check my food until I got back to my desk. The walk back to my desk was pretty far, which is why I did not go back.Pulled pork was cold. Tasted like it was pulled out of a cooler and thrown on my plate. The barbeque sauce tasted like something out of a bottle and did not have a real good flavor. Green beans were mediocre at best. They were overly salty, and tasted like they mixed in a bacon seasoning. Not what I expect of a barbeque place.They Ran out of brisket and baked beans. A barbeque place should never run out of either.

Great bbq! This is the second year they served us for nurses week at our hospital and very friendly and I love their bbq sauce! Thank you for coming and serving healthcare workers!

The brisket sandwich was exceptional; the meat was remarkably tender and not at all dry. Customer service was outstanding. The accompanying sausage was also quite good.

This BBQ is on point! The brisket was tender. Mac n cheese looked like it was going to be bland but was so flavorful. The banana pudding was delicious! I wish they had a brick and mortar.

Ive had 'The Que' brisket sandwhich two days in a row , best sandwich ive ever had. Also their homemade desserts are special, i loved my slice of pumpkin walnut cake.

Amazing customer service! The owners were helpful in answering questions and providing recommendations! We tried the brisket and ribs and everything was tasty! The sauce was their own recipe which added to the already great flavor of the meat! Couldn't leave without trying the dessert, and the banana pudding was great!
