Cafe San Luis

My favorite bean and cheese in the neighborhood! Tortillas are always fresh and handmade. Service has always been fast and polite for me. It's a little small and quaint inside so it feels more comfortable, not cramped. I love being able to pop in, order my tacos and be off in about 5 minutes. The guy at the register always has a nice send off "be safe". It makes me happy and feels like I'm cared for. No other restaurant cares about you AFTER you have left.

I've came to this location a couple times and the service has not been good. The food is good though, but I prefer the other locations. The waitress saw me and decided to not clean my table until my food was out. The cashier also charged me twice for a to go cup, but claimed he didn't. Don't come here. I would leave 0 stars.

Potato & egg w/ cheese taco, Carne Guisada, Enchiladas! Are all so good! For a quick inepensive breakfast or lunch, its great.

Decided to give this place a try and overall it wasn't bad, until I found a piece of wire in my child's taco. Definitely will not be returning and I would hope the restaurant practices a bit more quality control.

This is my go to place for tacos. Probably get tacos from here once every few weeks. The staff is friendly, fast and helpful. You can get a bunch of tacos without breaking the bank and they always taste great. Stop by or take some to go, you'll enjoy their food.

Looking for a great "hole in the wall" restaurant? San Luis Cafe is it. Great great great food and very very reasonable prices. THE HOMEMADE CORN AND FLOUR TORTILLAS - delicious! French fries are made from peeled potatoes and not frozen. Service is on point with the staff at the Evers location. You will not be sorry.

I have been a customer of this place for years. Lately, the wait time is horrific and unapologetic. Today was the worst experience I've had at this place. We waited 30 minutes before I had to ask the waitress what was taking so long. She said just about to go check, she comes back yo say that they were out of tortillas and would another 10 minute wait and asked if we still wanted to wait or cancel the order with an indifferent attitude. We waited another 15 before the food came out and was the worst carne guisada I've ever been served. It was more gravy than beef! The waitress no longer returned to inquire if everything was ok. I'll never return to this place!

this place thinks it's acceptable and okay to have you wait 45+ minutes on your order, no matter if your order is big or small, then want to laugh at people everytime someone asks why it's taking 30+ minutes for three potato egg and cheese tacos , and almost an hour for an enchilada plate. The people here take no pride in customer service and satisfaction, and are only there to ride the clock for their oh so meager restitution. Do NOT come to Cafe San Luis, invest your time in a place where they will care about your well being in atleast the slightest.

Cashier's customer service is trash! Chalupas I was served trash! Instead of fixing my order cashier preferred to argue,then refused to give me my correct refund stating that I'm making her waste food. It's pretty amazing that this restaurant is still in business!

Delicious little spot near the Quarry but far enough away to be real.Food is fresh, great flavor, prepared correctly. The huevos rancheros was fabulous.
