Nice,clean good Guisada chicken fajitas tacos. Service was great. Pleasant waitress. The pork chops taco not so good it was little dry not much flavor. Overall I recommend this place.

5 star for food and price! It arrives quick, it is always fresh and piping hot! The tortillas are awesome! The staff is very friendly, the building is not so great but it is always very clean. I am a regular here on Wednesdays! Highly recommend by my hospice group.

Cafe Rosa is our favorite place to eat breakfast. It is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and the food tastes homemade. If you're picky about your tortillas like me, this is the place for you. I have only been here for lunch once and it was also very good.

Since moving to this area 3 years ago, Cafe Rosa has became our "go to" neighborhood hole in the wall Mexican restaurant. They are only open for breakfast and lunch. Food and service have always been top notch and consistent. You can usually just walk right in and grab a table and be greeted immediately. The owner is usually there and she always greets and interacts with the customers to make sure everything is good. Tortillas are homemade and some of the best around. On top of that, the prices are very inexpensive and portions substantial.

My wife and l recently moved to the area and we had been looking for an affordable mom and pop Tex-Mex restaurant. We tried several in the neighborhood and were left unimpressed. We went to Rosa's Cafe # 3 for lunch a few days ago. I was highly impressed. The food was served hot and flavorful. We both ordered the Mexican Combination Plate, which was two enchiladas, two crispy beef tacos, refried beans, rice, iced tea and two freshly handmade tortilla, for $5.99. The portions were very large. We were greeted by a waitress, Brenda, who made us feel at home and treated us like family. The service was great.This was exactly what we'd been looking for. The only regret I have is not finding it any sooner. My mouth is actually watering as I write this.

Excellent, fast Mexican food. Ordered a migas taco which was really good, the flour tortilla was fantastic. I also ordered huevos rancheros (breakfast served all day) and they were great as well. Give this place a shot. The prices are more than reasonable as well.

They will scam you. I ordered online, and its a total scam. They do not have a connection to the online system, so you pay, and they do not receive the order, and then pretend they can't do anything about it. Rude owner, who acts like it's your fault for their mistake. Never, ever, ever go there. Average tacos too. Sad.

They are always helpful and fast when I go. I've been living right next to them for a year but decided to try them just recently as I normally lean towards drive thru. I love it. I just call before I'm going to leave and then it's ready by the time I pick up. I even stopped by on Halloween and they were so kind to my son and gave him some candy (after asking my permission). I love their decor and collage of their kids right by the register it makes me happy to see when I walk in. And sometimes the kids are there too. I love the family business feel of it. They even help to make sure I don't drop anything (it's normally just my son and I and I order a couple tacos for him for later).
