"Great truck! I do not know if it is still cash only, but they do not charge taxes, so I assume it is still cash only. Comes with alot of condiments. Mini tacos were good, great amount of grilled onions, and come with radishes as well. The tortilla is a bit thick, wish it was thinner or only given one. flavor wise super good, service is quick and fast. Only tack truck that i see serving birria everyday and for a great price of $10/3! What a steal. I believe all orders comes with beans as well."

"Great tacos, they were at my neighborhood pool so I went by instead of cooking for the fam. Loved their tacos. I had the pastor street tacos, very flavorful. The beef was very finely chopped which is a bit different but delicious! Also tried my kid's asada taco it was also delicious. The regular tacos are probably a better deal as far as amount of meat. My wife had the nachos which were surprisingly good too. I wasn't expecting much from food truck nachos but they were great. The chicken is dark meat which I love and they were just floating in cheese. The one misfire was the Mexican hotdog. I was expecting more from the bun and the dog. The beans and other toppings were good."

"Oh my goodness. Best tacos that I have had in a VERY long time! Small, quaint establishment with clean indoor and small table outdoor setting. Tacos are very reasonably priced per taco & made while you wait. The flavors of the meat, onions, cilantro, corn & pineapple all pop together in your mouth. The counter service was very helpful and will bring your food outdoors. I will definitely be visiting again. Next time I am in town I'm coming to get more!"

"I think this is the right place - it's a taco truck called Mi Taco on the side of Rittiman in a gas station. They seem to come out sometime after 5pm and has been open past midnight. I've driven by it so many times and finally gave it a try one night.There were a lot of people waiting, for me that's always a good sign. It made the wait a little ridiculous, 25 minutes for a burrito, but at least I know it will be piping hot and fresh. The red and green salsas were both great. I had the al pastor burrito and it was a generous size, but not like some ginormous ones I've had where it's straight up 2 meals. Some people got mini tacos which looked pretty good too, next time I would bring a friend and try the tacos and eat it there. Tacos to-go are a no no for me and it's a little too sketchy for a girl to eat there by the truck alone at night."

"After driving by this place too many times, decided to finally give them a shot. I'm now mad at myself for not going sooner. Got just two tacos, a carne guisada and a bean and cheese. I'm a mean critic of taco places and don't leave reviews of places that are meh, but trust me, this place has it going on. The carne guisada had a proper amount of red chile in it, few places do. Proper beans made with lard I could tell. Every bite of every taco was not just good but amazing. The fresh flour tortillas were outstanding. From just two tacos I guarantee I'm gonna be a regular now, cannot recommend this place enough."

Was super nice and checked on us several times and clearly is putting in the effort to create excellent fare.Three main dishes to choose from - tacos (pollo, asada, al pastor), mulitas (cheesy, meaty gold) and vampiritos (similar but on crisp tortilla). Hot, served a few seconds off the grill. Big selection of chilled, ultra-fresh salsas, chiles, radishes etc at the salsa bar. Trust me, you will want to try all of these...Also had a tasty unique dish called Chile Cabrone. Consists of chile, sliced open, stuffed with cheese, meat and a splash of soy sauce. "What a neat place! Came here for lunch and my party of 3 was seated right away. It was my very first time coming here and it definitely felt like home! I love all the funky decor. I ordered the ground beef puffy taco plate and crispy dogs as an appetizer. The crispy dog was the best one I've had. So delicious. This place is famous for their puffy tacos, though. I liked them, but I think the oil that the tortillas was fried in was not fresh and I could taste it. I also thought the rice was a bit dry. It had good flavor, but it was so subtle, it kinda just tasted like white rice. So I'd really like to see the flavor on the rice really amped up. The salsa that is served with the chips was not spicy at all and really disappointing. Also not a lot of flavor on that either. I'd come here again and bring folks from out of town! It's an experience for sure!"

I went for the Chilequiles plate- which is always a Tex-Mex favorite. It was covered in cheese, served up with tortillas, refried beans, and potatoes that are charred up nicely. The salsa verde was a bit on the hot side, and full of flavor. The prices were quite reasonable! I was happy to see the bill- I should be coming here more often. The portions are huge, and the food is good! The coffee was a bit on the weak side, but the service was good, and the singing cook in the kitchen had some good tunes. This place is Spurs proud! Go Spurs Go! They're huge fans and it seems like eating here is positive mojo for Los Spurs!"

"Out of all the taquerias and Mexican restaurants in the area, this place has been my go-to spot for breakfast tacos for a while now. And I've tried every Mexican restaurant's breakfast tacos around the Churchill HS area for comparison. I love the guero and TNS tacos the most. The quality is pretty consistent. Prices are a little more than average but the it's worth it. Once in a while the tacos might be a little smaller than I like, but for the amount of times I've eaten here, it's ok. I've had smaller tacos from so many other restaurants that it's almost the norm now. The salsa bar is a huge plus so you can change up your flavors but it's a small area so it can take a little bit to get your salsas. Their service is fast and has never been issue."

"I stopped into Plantaqueria while staying nearby for business. I enjoy trying vegan spots throughout my travels and seek them out. Upon entering the restaurant it was filled with something burnt. Like pretty perverse. Minus a star as it meant dining in would be unpleasant. Anyways, the employee was friendly and the menu was easy to navigate. I got the Birria, a side of charro beans and chips and guacamole. All to go. It took about 5 minutes to be prepared. During the wait I got some green and red salsa, which spoiler alert they both were quite unremarkable. I enjoy hot sauces and salsas but these were meh. No real flavor.The birria was quite good with fake meat and vegan cheese. It came with dipping sauce which I didn't find it elevated the dish. However I would get it again. The guacamole was good. The chips crisp but covered in oil. The charro beans were good. All in all I enjoyed the meal however I had higher hopes. I will try them again but likely order something else."

"I am always on the hunt for good Birria tacos. This truck recently opened on FM1560 near the snack bar food truck. There are flags and signs to help find your way to the truck. I got there around 4:45 pm. They open at 5 pm and there was already a line. They opened at 4:50 and it did not take long to order and get our food. This taco truck has a really good system of who is working so that the flow of customers keeps steady. I ordered 4 birria tacos. We have the option to add all the fixings (onion, cilantro and chile) to it or on the side. Each Birria taco is $2. Consume is not included so you need to add that to the side for an additional $2. You are given a good portion of consume and with Birria meat in it. I also ordered 4 quesabirra tacos for $3 each. They have an array of agua Fresca and you can mix them too. If you want watermelon pineapple that is doable. I went for a pineapple agua with the chile and all the goodness that goes on it. Fruit is fresh and generous serving. The flavor of the tacos were very good. I enjoyed the salsas that come with it. The consume was perfect with these tacos. These tacos had a lot of meat in each taco there was always meat in each bite. Everything had great flavor. I did enjoy the outdoor area to sit and eat.I suggest you get there early because they do sell out each night. Like I said before they have a good system going so the wait isn't that long."
