Victoria C. "Growing up and subsequently going to college in different parts of northern California, I grew up with the assumption that hole in the wall Chinese restaurants were usually the most authentic and best tasting. Thinking this and missing California this weekend, I decided to give Full House a try, but I'm not sure it really met my expectations.I will say, their portion sizes are generous and their food comes out quickly, for a very fair price given the amount of food that you get. The dishes themselves will also do in a pinch, but I don't feel like it was white I was looking for.The beef lo mein, to start with, was by far the highlight of the meal. It was well prepared, with the noodles not overcooked or undercooked, and a generous amount of meat. The sesame balls were a little more cooked than I'm used to but not overcooked (the sesame seeds were toasted pretty dark), but had a good outside to filling ratio. Also, hot and freshly made, which was something I deeply missed. The sweet and sour pork was sort of a miss. The pieces of pork were very tiny, sort of fingertip sized, and there was only pineapples - not bell peppers or onions or anything like I'm accustomed to. The sweet and sour sauce was kind of bland, had more of a vinegar kick to it than anything else, but not bad. The cream cheese wontons/rangoons were cooked a little unevenly so they were really chewy in the middle but really thoroughly cooked at the tips, and they tasted sort of fishy, like they'd been fried in oil just used to fry fish in. Overall, it wasn't quite what I was expecting, but it was a decent and fairly priced restaurant that will do when you're in need of a quick lunch."

Nakita C. "Did someone say Chinese?! La Fondita China is so worth popping in to visit. I had the spicy Mongolian chicken, orange chicken, hot & sour soup, egg drop soup, crab rangoon, and fried dumplings. The orange chicken and Mongolia chicken came with the choice of fried rice or white rice and egg roll, spring roll, or crab rangoon, I upgraded mine to have combination lo mein. These dishes were so flavorful and fresh, then the spice level came through so nice on the Mongolia chicken! Now the soups were both delicious, that hot & sour soup though is AMAZING!! The crab Rangoon and dumplings were yummy as well. My server was Jaime and he was wonderful and so attentive. This is a family owed restaurant with about 5 tables, the perfect hole in the wall in my opinion! I can't wait to come back and try some more plates."

Wendy J. "I love this neighborhood establishment. We usually pop by for lunch but decided to get take out this evening on this chilly evening. The restaurant is always super clean and staff are so kind & helpful. When you walk in the door, go straight back to the counter in the back to make your order. They have large menu screens above the register, hand held laminated menus or a we code if you prefer to use that for the menu. My go to dishes are usually the pho and the hubby loves their combo fried rice. Service is quick. Food is consistently good and the atmosphere is family friendly. It's a great place to meet friends for a meal. Easy to have a conversation and not feel rushed, Tip of the day is to sign up for the rewards program, it's amazing how fast they add up."

Faasala A. "Food was great Minute we stepped in the place smelled old and musky. We were seated by hostess Jada. Because the booth smelled so bad and enclosed we asked for table near window. Jada said the tables were set. We didn't know what she meant we asked her for at least the table across but she repeated herself looking at us like sarcastically. I asked her if it was reserved and she said no it's set by waitress. Asked her to please if our table can be wiped because it was wet and stickyShe came back and talked to our waitress Jalyn (forgot spelling) and the. Came wiped half of our table unprofessionally like she was upset. Very disrespectful so she need more customer training because of her immaturity behavior Our waitress was very good and she deserve my 5 stars. The food was delicious and my steak was perfect The hostess and smell got my 2stars. Not goin back there"

Evelynn M. "I don't know how I haven't reviewed this restaurant before. It is a staple in my eating-out rotation mainly because it is so consistently delicious and nearby. This is my favorite restaurant to enjoy a plate of pad woodsen with tofu. A simple dish but done exceptionally well and the entire staff makes me feel welcomed and appreciated whenever I order. Overall I cannot recommend it enough. Only drawbacks are small size and small parking lot that seems to always just only have one last parking spot open. Don't judge the shady location too hard, there is an excellent interior and it's BYOB (optional)!"

Oscar R. "I'm going to go ahead & give this place the 5 stars that it deserves! Even though upon dining here for the first time, there was an issue with us getting our food in a timely manner. We live fairly close to & every time we have driven by, the parking lot is usually packed. We were intrigued. So, we decided to give it a shot on a Monday night, around 6 PM. We figured it shouldn't be too bad. Wrong! We got there & the parking lot was packed! Upon entering, the waiting area was packed & it's not really much of a waiting area. Just for reference, it is a former IHOP, so you get the idea. Anyway, you stroll up to the host station & there is a QR code that you have to scan for the waitlist & there is also one for the menu right next to it. We were 9th on the list & it seemed to move at a decent pace & we waited 36 minutes to be seated. We were greeted by our server Isaiah, who asked if this was our first time; to which we replied yes. He then took us on a little tour on the way to our table, which included a trip past the Thai/Milk tea/Boba station & then on past the show kitchen, where there were a little Auntie & Uncle making dumpling & hand stretching noodles. It was really cool & I appreciated that touch. I was even more excited to try the food after that!We were seated in a booth, which I prefer. Unfortunately, they were only able to provide one menu at the time, so I had to look on my phone, but I had perused the menu earlier in the day & pretty much had an idea of what I wanted to order already. During our tour, Isaiah made mention that the dumplings took about 15 minutes to prepare, which is also stated in their menu, so they are setting the expectation. So, we knew that we wanted to try the Colorful Combo Dumplings first, which we ordered pan fried. So, Isaiah went to put that in first. Upon his return, we ordered Beef Broccoli, Fried Noods w/Chicken, Fried Rice w/Chicken & Xiao Long Bao (Soup Dumpling), which came in an oder of 6 - 3 Chicken & 3 Pork.Sadly, this is where it took a turn. 15 minutes came & went & no dumplings. We watched the near empty area that we had been seated, fill up with people that had obviously been seated after us & delicious looking plates come out to those other parties. But where was our food? Where, Isaiah? We had been there about an hour before he came back to let us know that he wasn't sure what happened with our order & he assured us that they were now working on it & apologized & would see what he could do for the inconvenience & stepped away & suddenly returned to let us know that he would be taking 20% off the check. We said that would be fine. Finally the food came out, one dish after the next & I almost didn't let my camera eat first, I was so hungry! However, I managed to compose myself long enough to get photos, with the exception of the Chicken Fried Rice. I mean, we all know what Chicken Fried Rice looks like, right? As I was saying; the food. Let me tell you. As inconvenient as the wait was, it was worth it. The quality & the flavor of the dumplings were tip-top! At that moment, I had wished that I was blessed with the stomach of a cow, because I promise that my Rumen, Reticulum, Omasum & Abomasum would have been overflowing with ALL the dumplings! Also, the Noods were AMAZING! They certainly live up to their name. Sadly, the Beef Broccoli didn't really have great flavor. However, it was filled with decent quality meat & really fresh & plentiful pieces of broccoli. Oh, did I mention the Chicken Fried Rice? No need.Well, that is my story. I am so glad that I live so close, because in the future, I may just do online orders, rather than dining in. Because, I will be coming back for more!! One last note. Isaiah was awesome & the staff there is super friendly!"

My husband is half Puerto Rican and when we saw Puerto Rican dishes on the menu we knew it was a must try. Threw me off that it was inside of a gas station but it's definitely a hidden gem. Everything was so tasty and the portions are hefty. We bought 2 orders of tostones thinking one wouldn't be enough but one order is definitely enough they are Huge. I make mine crispier but they were still good. The chicken and teriyaki with fried rice was so fulfilling. Again bigger than expected. The plantains were delightful and those Latin wontons...amazing. I had Korean Kim chi noodles with beef, two of my children had the miso noodles (one beef and one shrimp), and two others had the Thai coconut curry chicken. We all enjoyed our food. The 2 beef noodle diners would probably prefer chicken or vegetable next time instead of beef because it's a fatty cut to us. The shrimp diner was very happy with their selection. Portions are huge. The noodles were enough for dinner as well and the curry eaters were stuffed past dinner. I can't wait to go back and try more."

Yes Sir they got Pho here and trust me it is GOOD.Ordered 2 Beef combination Phos1 seafood Pho1 child's steak Pho When kids say it's good they don't lie.I've/We've had many Phos and this hit the spot good. Broth has a nice delicate rich flavor, I can taste the star anise and cinnamon coming through the rich bold flavors. A lot of places make them with a light settle flavor in the broth. I found that the release of fat from the contents of the meat elevates the flavor in the broth omg. My daughter loved her seafood Pho as that choice I'll be picking for myself sometime in the near future again. Kids pho was excellent and filling, more than enough for anyone under 10yrs of age. Owner took a little time to talk to us, I'm very excited to come back as I will BE sooner than later. I want to try other things in their menu. Place is kept clean and cozy.Gender restrooms available.S&R's I will be coming back, plenty in the menu to try and go for. Keep up the good work!"

And the food was, ok. I just ate the meatballs with some of the garlic bread. Meatballs tasted frozen and heated. But there was a good amount of them. The garlic bread was fine but others who had to said the garlic on theirs was overpowering. The table had some cazuelas, marscapone crab dip, shrimp scampi, and pepperoni dip. I think only the scampi was finished completely. A couple of people had the duck confit and said it had no flavor. Could not taste the duck at all. It's shredded in there. They compared it to a tuna casserole. The best dish looked like the fried chicken. The servers were excellent. Very attentive and kept checking on us. It was early so it was pretty empty. We were able to have conversation at the table. The music they were playing was nice also. But honestly if I'm back at the rock I'll just eat the bao with chicken at the snack stand. It's fantastic."
