"I love kimura! I always get the tonkastu ramen, it's a creamy broth, absolutely delicious. The low light is so relaxing, i always get a hot jasmine green tea when I come. I love a good hot tea with my ramen, especially on a cold night. Kimura brings all the vibes and flavor!"
"Suck It has such great quality ramen. I remember thinking this place was mostly just a hangout boba shop, but it's actually sneakily good with their flavors and quality. The Hakkasan ramen is a tonkatsu ramen with all the depth in flavor you expect. Super tender pork belly, marinated egg and a delicious broth. What's not to like?My cousin got the Alamo Ramen which is a more chicken base. Not my preferred flavor but good for someone that doesn't like pork.I ordered the takoyaki on the side and it was great too. My cousin isn't a fan of how mushy it is in the center, so I don't recommend it if you have texture issues. I however love the crisp outsides and the bits of chewy octopus inside.I'd definitely come back for another bowl of ramen. I feel like our service was somewhat slow, even though it's a small restaurant. It took a while to get our check. So I recommend coming when you're more free on time."

"I'm not sure how this restaurant isn't a 5 star or even close to it! We wanted to check out a new sushi place and stumbled upon this gem! The decor is quite amazing, elaborate, intricate and simply jaw dropping in my opinion. Their attention to detail on the design of this place and decor is astonishing. Modern Japanese aesthetic meets the Japanese empire. It always keeps you looking. Every time I come, I see something I hadn't seen before. The lady at the front always greets you and the servers are fantastic! They were quick, informative and precise. Our food came out so fast even though they were packed! Definitely a lunch spot if you are crunched for time! They provide you with complimentary salad with their house made ginger dressing and miso soup. The ginger dressing can be purchased if you really like it like we did!! The miso soup was great too and flavorful. We ordered the following:- Karai Ramen: yowza!! This soup is perfect on a cold, rainy day. Heck this soup is perfect for even the Texas summer heat! The broth is so flavorful, with just the right amount of spice that makes your throat burn but in a good spicy kind of way! You want to keep going back for more! It has ground pork, a hard boiled egg, ramen and bean sprouts. The ramen noodles were perfectly cooked, not mushy but just the right texture. If your sick or if you just want a good spicy ramen soup, get this. You can't beat the price for the amount you get!! $10 and you can share between two people or keep it to yourself and take it home for left overs! With these high food prices, this definitely works on someone's budget! - Las Vegas Roll (deep fried): perfectly tempura'd, perfectly rolled, just the right amount of ingredients! You can get any sushi roll fried in tempura mix for $1.00! Again the price for the amount you get is right in point. - San Antonio Roll: of course you could get some at H-E-B, but these masters don't disappoint! They were rolled to perfection and the roll was quite hefty in terms of size! I get this every time I come here! Beautifully executed and plated with the right amount of sauces! - Texan roll (deep fried) : this was another hit! The wasabi tobiko cavier was very interesting but fun to eat! I've never had it before but it does have the wasabi flavor! Another dish we'd recommend! Again, I think the prices are reasonable with the amount you get! Definitely check this place out and their soups!!! Keep this one alive SA!!"
"I always get a sushi burrito and it is amazing! Portions are great and food is fresh and delicious."
"Brand new location, attended soft opening this past weekend. The place looks phenomenal. Classy with some amazing art work on the brick wall. Small enough to be cozy but large enough to get noise.Plenty of staff working together to keep the tables cleared, drinks filled and add on items ordered or drinks. Crafted cocktails were so good! Food... first time Ramen eater, top Ramen no longer counts after trying this. List of add ins was extensive, appetizers & small plates for both ocean & land eaters. We tried the edamame, spicy tuna mini tacos & Jinya Bim, spicy chicken, wonton chicken, crunchy shrimp dish, kids meal (was huge) and another Ramen that I forgot. Everyone was happy, full and left with a doggie bowl of Ramen. The cost for 4 adults and 2 kids was absolutely reasonable and I was so blown away. Can't wait to go again, without the kiddos and try more cocktails and table full of me to me items. Great job!"
"Cold days call for hot soup and that's exactly what lead me to seek out a bowl of Ramen at Ginza. I ordered a bowl of tonkatsu with pork belly chasu. There is the option to add veggies, bamboo shoots, etc., but I kept my order basic. Ya'll this Ramen was soooo yummy. The broth was amazing and the pork belly was fire I highly recommend this restaurant!!"
"Service slows when their automated system malfunctions. Seems they haven't figured out the manual processes when computer systems go down. It's slower when dining in because they appear to prioritize takeout orders over dine-in customers. The ramen is excellent. Just don't expect speedy service if you're dining in when there automated systems malfunction. After about 25 minutes, they came around checking if I got my order... 2 minutes later my meal arrived with a check-the-block apology.3 stars for this experience. Hopefully they'll figure out a solution and prioritize dine-in customers over takeout orders. If they don't the I'll have to recommend not dining in next time."
"If you like Ramen, if you like poke, this might be a place for you. It's delicious. It's got variety. It's got style. It's got a little bit of new. It's got original. It's got every mix that you could possibly think of with an absolute great taste of deliciousness. Now I must say that when it comes to service or customer service, probably not on the list of places to go. They use a kiosk to put your order in and unless it's down, you don't actually see the cashier the only time you see a servers when they bring the food out or if they're in the back cleaning the table. The atmosphere of ambience well what can I say simplistic it's not a lot of sounds or things going on not even background music but you hear a fan in the background. So I'd say it's good but definitely not somewhere. You wanna go like on a date but somewhere you could probably hang out with some friends or just get a good meal for yourself."

Yakisoba, drained with no broth. Still infinitely better than a certain shop near TO/281. When bonito flakes are promised, they are delivered. The savoury flakes and semi sweet noodles dance well. Fried egg lightly seasoned.... mmhmm. The lovely crisped chicken on a layer of rough minced vegetables (tiny onions/chives?) and a drizzle of a light spice sauce deserves a nice dry beer. (chimaek level-really). I'm going back.

Service was I little slow. Other then that, food was great. Hakkasan Ramen was great, added extra noodles and broth. Also got a boba mango passion fruit mix with lychee popping boba. It was a great compliment to the ramen. It was a great meal. Would definitely recommend trying it.

I'll start with the ambiance, very colorful and inviting, they start you off with a miso soup and salad, the salad is just romaine but the salad dressing is what makes it, miso dressing...the food was on point with great flavors and the staff is super friendly, great date night place

I was craving poke so I thought I would this place. The staff were super friendly when I asked about adding masago to my bowl. Which they just call fish eggs. So it was nice to know which wording they use. The portions were good size and the fish was fresh. I don't add to much to my poke. I really like the ingredients to stand out. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and warming. Everyone inside looked like they were enjoying thei

When people ask me where my favorite place to get ramen is, it's always going to be Hero's!From their Tonkatsu to their spicy miso ramen, my tastebuds are happiest here! They have a great selection of food to choose from and even Japanese snacks and drinks in the front that you can purchase! The ambience is warm and cozy, as the staff is always friendly and quick! It makes a difference not only when the food is delicious but the service is just as good as well!No matter if I'm in Austin, Dallas, or anywhere in Texas, this place is the one I gush about to everyone !

"It's been a while since I have been here but since this Valentines I had a 'date' with my daughters High School soccer game and we were all a bit cold from sitting on the sidelines - a warm bowl of ramen sounded just perfect. This place is just so great ! It was busy with both inside and outside full but service was still fast, friendly and did not miss a beat - this accompanied by a fantastic playlist of largely 90s rap made for a great night!Began with a cocktail that they had curated for Valentines called Love Potion which was a combination of Empress Gin, rose lemonade and rose petals - which were fabulous and had the Poke Tacos as an appetizer which were also great!I has the Vegetarian Ramen bowl, my husband had the Umami Miso ramen my daughter had the Udon Chicken Ramen - they were all fantastic though so big, we could not get through it all - but it was so, so good! This is a great spot - great drinks, food and service! Got to go back more often!!"
"So yummy! Delicious warm bowl for the chilly week of San Antonio. The dining experience was unique and just fun. You order and then they push your order through these doors and the decor is very anime style, pops of color. My boyfriend got the yakisoba and he devoured it and I got the ramen. I'm not keen on some veggie ramens because I don't like some of the vegetables so places add but this was great and adding the fried tofu was that perfect bit of protein."
"So good on a very cold day! I was in San Antonio on a business trip and was wanting a hot bowl of ramen. I found this restaurant close to my house. The broth was savory and all the ingredients were delicious. The only thing I took 1 star off for was the ramen itself. It didn't taste very fresh. Overall I'd definitely go there again! They also offer more than just ramen."
"This is the 3rd sushi place that I try in San Marcos and it's hands down the best one so far. Incredible value for the quality of food. FOOD: Pretty much everything I ate was awesome. The sushi platter (5/5) was a great deal at $26 and the nigiri was delicious and fresh. The cucumber rolls were incredible. My only complain with this dish would be that the California roll was a bit skimpy on the crab meat. Also ordered the Brooklyn roll (5/5) which was also amazing. The white tuna on top was seared and inside there was crawfish meat... the whole roll was just so tasty. Also tried the Arctic roll (4/5) which was interesting. Like a Philly but with sweet chili sauce on top. Also tried the Cowboy roll (5/5) which was also a great choice. Even their egg drop soup (4/5) was good!SERVICE: Waiter was great and had many recommendations for the sushi rolls. LOCATION: In a bit of an isolated area but great parking all around. NOTEWORTHY: Definitely a place that I intend to go back to. Sushi seemed authentic, many creative rolls, and everyone in my party was happy with their food (ramen and udon). Better than Hokkaido across the street in my opinion!"
"Itachi Teppanyaki ExpressFinally got the chance to try them out today. Lemme say I'm glad we did! We ordered the Hibachi steak and shrimp, Gyoza and spring rolls.Super nice guys upon walking up, they gave my pup a nice jerky treat while we were in line ordering. The main dish was super flavorful and very filling. Loved the gyoza and spring rolls too. Everything tasted fresh and cooked to the right temperature. If you stop by today give them a little something extra they are stuck in a hot trailer with no AC so go show them some lovin and skip that new chipotle line. Located @ 100 N MAIN ST, CIBOLO ,TX 78108"
"I had no expectations but was pleasantly surprised at how good this place was! I got the curry bowl with chicken and it was a large portion with so much flavor! The spam fried rice was just ok, but steak fried rice was much better and the steak ramen noodles was great too! The service was friendly and quick too. If we're in the area, this will definitely be on the list to come back to."
"Super cute, self order eatery. You literally don't have to talk to anyone to order your food here because you order thru a kiosk. There aren't too many tables inside but I feel like timing is key for a small place. The food was brought out super quick and it was all so amazing. Truly authentic food here and there's so many options. Come try them out when you take yourself on a date. It's totally worth it."
"The food was hearty and flavorful. The miso hot was solid. The katsu was excellent but the sauce tasted like a regular Texas barbecue sauce. The ambiance is cozy and casual. We were constantly checked on and never needed to call over anyone for anything."
"There's something magical about stepping into a ramen joint and being hit with the rich, savory aroma of simmering broth. This place, though, takes it to a whole new level. The ramen here is an absolute masterpiece--each bowl is brimming with layers of flavor that feel almost too good to be true. The broth is bold, luscious, and so perfectly balanced that it feels like the result of hours of painstaking care. Whether you're into creamy tonkotsu, spicy miso, or a lighter shoyu, every spoonful is a savory explosion of umami that coats your taste buds in the best possible way. And the noodles? Absolute perfection. Chewy, springy, and perfectly soaking up every ounce of that liquid gold. But let's talk about the buns--oh, those buns! Fluffy and soft, like biting into a savory cloud, these little bites of heaven are stuffed with tender pork belly or crispy chicken that's been glazed in a sauce so addictive you'll find yourself ordering seconds (and maybe thirds). The textures and flavors are a symphony--sweet, savory, smoky, and just the right amount of richness. Paired with the fresh pickles and a hint of spice, these buns feel like a warm hug for your soul. They're not just appetizers--they're an experience in their own right.I can say with absolute certainty that I'll be coming back again and again. The food is so good it borders on life-changing, and the atmosphere only adds to the charm--cozy, welcoming, and buzzing with the energy of happy diners slurping their ramen with unashamed gusto. This ramen joint isn't just a restaurant; it's a destination, a place where you'll dream about the food long after you've left. If you're looking for a meal that's equal parts comfort and culinary adventure, this is where you need to be. I'll see you there--probably in line for another bowl!"
"Used to come here before new management and menu. Ordered the shrimp fried rice requested it spicy. the drive-through lady was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed, she attended to me as soon as I pulled up and spoke with me as she rang me up. The food came out in about five minutes and when I arrived at home, it was still hot and fresh and was indeed spicy. This is my second time coming here and is now my go to for a quick dinner option."
"I had heard about this place and wanted to give it a try. When we pulled up to the parking lot it felt like Deja vu. Like I had been here before. And the truth is I had about 3 years ago but it was a completely different set up and vibe.I was pleasantly surprised to walk through the doors and see a complete refresh and new layout minus the bar. It was still in the same spot ;) The grand reopening was spot on.Super clean and fun inviting atmosphere and the first thing that caught my eye (along with my kiddos) was the space or subway cars delivering food on the tracks. We were quickly sat and our server was amazing. Constantly stopping by to check on us and the kids. Asking about any extra sauces or drink refills. The plates on the conveyor belt are color coded $2.95 for yellow $3.45 for pink and $4.25 for purple. My kids had a blast pulling rolls, fruit and desserts. To my surprise they tried a few new things out of the ordinary like the Mango stuffed Inari because it looked appetizing. The sushi chefs in the back are grinding because that belt always have new rolls and they were all fresh. We also ordered off the menu because my husband loves eel and the Eel Love roll was fantastic. After the meal depending on the number of plates you can receive a token to obtain a prize for every 10 plates. My kids got a free purple plate at our next visit and a cute golden wrapped sushi figurine. We'll be back again. The kids already asked if they can come back tomorrow"
"I have a love/hate relationship with sushi joints. I love sushi - but I often hate feeling like I pay way too much for too little food. I can honestly say I've now been here twice, and although I felt the first time was mediocre, the second time was better. My wife and I ended up here just after your typical lunch hour and met with a pleasant surprise: a buy two rolls get one free "happy hour" deal. So, that helped with that "too much $ for too little" feeling. I know I got the Phoenix roll, my wife got her own, and we shared one. All of the food was fantastic and came out pretty quickly, but there were not very many people there, so that helped. Our waitress was prompt and polite. The interior is nice; it has the feeling of slightly nicer sushi joint. You would never think you were in the middle of a strip center. Overall: I'll be back, but especially for the "buy two get one free" happy hour. I hope that's a regular thing!"
