I can't help but repeatedly order the Antipasto- adult charcuterie board for those not in the know ;) so many meats, cheeses, honey, fruits, olives and crostinis. I'm typically a fan or the chicken or eggplant parm. The special this week is scallops over fettuccine with a mushroom sauce. Can I get a chefs kiss? Seriously though, this place is the real deal. I've never had a bad meal. The menu is yours to conquer.Don't forget a nice tiramisu or crème brûlée for dessert"

And the food was GOOD. We are all stuffed and went home with enough left overs for a full second meal.It is a unique setup: you get your own drinks. We were able to get a table right away on a Friday night. I wouldn't call service enthusiastic but I have no complaints. I wasn't expecting my kids to like deep dish and I was very wrong - they devoured it. I am a native Chicagoan and it's no Lou's but it is definitely as close as you are going to get in SATX. It was solid - even more so with a dollop of the goat cheese on top. Who knew goat cheese and marinara went so well together?One of my kids said the NY style pizza was "better than ice cream." The prices were low enough to genuinely befuddle us. And they are even cheaper during happy hour. We will definitely be back."

"Came to San Antonio for the weekend and both of my sisters have previously come to Dough when they visited. It's all they still talk about if you mention San Antonio at all.We came for lunch and were immediately seated. The entire staff was super sweet and our waitress, Lily went above and beyond with everything. The inside was super cute and smelled amazing. We shared the cupped pepperoni pizza and got two small salads to start. The salads were delicious and the pizza was soft, gooey and had so many toppings! "This review will really be a sh*t sandwich. Good bad good. My bartender was really great. He was super busy, but he kept clearly making time for me. Never let me sit with an empty glass for more than a few moments, kept my water cup full, and remembered my order every time. I'm not convinced the pizza here ever comes out hot. It kind of has a look of pizza that's just always cold. I ordered the BBQ chicken and added banana peppers. Nowhere near enough sauce on this pizza. Not a ton of toppings. Overall, for the pizza alone, I give it a 4/10. A big party came in behind me, got their pizza and it was somehow already cold?The atmosphere was great! Plenty of TVs to watch games or shows or whatever you're in the mood for. I love the open bar area into the patio. And to top it all off, I had some really good beers here. Would absolute recommend the 401k Pilsner. And the crust of the pizza was also good. Just needs longer in the oven. Will I come back? Yes. Will I eat again? Maybe. Will it be the pizza if I do? "Love this place & need to come back! I met up with some friends here on a weekday and we had a fantastic time. The pizza is great- classic thin crust and made fresh. They have plenty of beer and wine to choose from as well as canned beverages that are mostly Texas brews. It can be a difficult area to park, and I'd imagine it would be especially bad on a weekend. The seating is great for large groups because there's a lot of bench style seating. The outdoor patio was also really nice and kept us comfortable."

Next, my husband had breakfast carbonara pasta (w/the over-medium egg on the side) and I had Breakfast Rosa pizza (w/the over-medium egg on the side). Both were flavorful and unique. "My husband had had lunch in this tiny little restaurant with coworkers a few weeks back. So on our Friday night date night that's where we headed. We didn't have reservations ( they do recommend) but we happen to get there at just the right time when there were only two tables occupied. We were sat down rather quickly and put our order in. We ordered the garlic cheese bread for the appetizer and it was just enough for two people. I tried their chicken francese and my husband ordered the salmon Florentino. Both plates came wonderfully presented. I was pleased that there wasn't so much food as to take home although I know Italians love to feed people! My husband and I will definitely be back and we'll make sure that we have reservations; the restaurant got full rather quickly which isn't hard because I believe there are only about 10-12 tables total."

Also, they close early (8:00 pm).We drove up and were able to get a great parking spot. They have tables outside for you to eat at, or you can take it home with you. They are waiting on a liquor license so you can bring your own wine now, and they will not charge you.There was a man and lady working, and they were the owners. He definitely had a New York accent. Both of them were so friendly. They know how to give great service, and I know they are going to do great business.We ordered garlic cheese bread for an appetizer, and they got it to us really quickly. It was awesome, and I loved the marinara sauce that came with it.We wanted to give this place a fair test, so we just ordered a pepperoni pizza. We can splurge on our next trip. Also, in the near future, they are going to let you order whatever type of pizza you like, and they will try to recreate it for you. "Ever since my bf and I discovered Albis we've gone about once a month since. It's always super consistent, but today we were supper impressed! As we were walking in, a party of 10 asked if there was room for them due to it being a Friday and them being busy. The workers put some tables together and were able to get them situated. Not long after we came in, there was a handful of people coming in after us to eat as well. Once the gentleman that was in front of us was seated we got our table not long after. While we were waiting to get seated we over heard that there were 2 separate parties for the night apart from the group of 10 eating tonight as well. We were a little hesitant on staying because we didn't know how long it would take for our food to get to us, but because we like them so much we decided to stay after all. Our waiter came to get our drink order and luckily we already knew what were going to order app / & entree wise so we put it in. We got the free bread about 5 minutes after getting seated, and then I was surprised that we got our appetizer 10 minutes after just barely sitting down. Once we hit the 20 minute mark at being at our table our food came out. Again we were pretty shocked with the rush, but we were super happy. Unfortunately my boyfriend ordered Fettuccine Alfredo without the chicken, but he didn't realize it until after we got our food. We flagged someone down luckily and said we were sorry and asked for chicken on the side. It took about 20 minutes for the chicken to come out, which again was our fault, but our server checked on us throughout the whole night. Gio was so attentive and great and he was apologetic (which he had no reason to be) even though we were the ones that messed up. In total were in and out within 45 minutes from getting there, to paying and leaving. So happy with the service and attentiveness tonight regardless of the crazy rush. Tonight just gave us another reason to keep going back."

"This is the second time we were near enough to Mia Marco's. They were opening a small sit down restaurant the last time we were here but alas it still wasn't open. We ordered a mushroom pizza which we took home for friends. Their service was friendly as it was last time and they offer a 10% military discount. Simply put their pizza is excellent! The crust is superb. The sauce is tangy. The cheese is fresh as well as the other ingredients and spices. We live in Canyon Lake so we don't get to this area as often as we would like! Not that we miss all the horrendous construction and traffic on every highway and byway! SA sure has changed for this NY YANKEE who has lived here now for 41 years. I also have to chuckle out loud when people try to say that this is NOT a FOOD TRUCK! What do you think it is? It is a red truck that has a real Italian pizza oven. You order from a sliding glass window. They have one size pizza! Be glad because if it's your first time you probably wish you bought 2 pies. The prices are reasonable given the quality of the food and the uselessness of the "fiat" cash dollar. A good suggestion was made from another Yelper that if it's a nice day like under 90 degrees eat your pie fresh from their oven al fresco on a few picnic tables! Close your eyes and you will feel like you are in Naples, Italy. The taste. The smell! The aroma! Manje!"

She did have an AirPod AirPod in her ear which I thought that was a bit unprofessional and she came out from kitchen area wearing black gloves. She touched the registered took my cash money and went back into the back. That is a huge concern however I normally just pray over my food and hope for the best. I ordered the lunch special for about $11 got two large slices of pizza one with spinach and mushrooms the other with pepperoni and sausage! The pizza was delicious! Definitely NY style and I do recommend this place overall. To management I would recommend additional training in cross contamination, professionalism and find something for the workers to do besides on their phone. I also like the tea selection.
