"Growing up and subsequently going to college in different parts of northern California, I grew up with the assumption that hole in the wall Chinese restaurants were usually the most authentic and best tasting. Thinking this and missing California this weekend, I decided to give Full House a try, but I'm not sure it really met my expectations.I will say, their portion sizes are generous and their food comes out quickly, for a very fair price given the amount of food that you get. The dishes themselves will also do in a pinch, but I don't feel like it was white I was looking for.The beef lo mein, to start with, was by far the highlight of the meal. It was well prepared, with the noodles not overcooked or undercooked, and a generous amount of meat.The sesame balls were a little more cooked than I'm used to but not overcooked (the sesame seeds were toasted pretty dark), but had a good outside to filling ratio. Also, hot and freshly made, which was something I deeply missed.The sweet and sour pork was sort of a miss. The pieces of pork were very tiny, sort of fingertip sized, and there was only pineapples - not bell peppers or onions or anything like I'm accustomed to. The sweet and sour sauce was kind of bland, had more of a vinegar kick to it than anything else, but not bad. The cream cheese wontons/rangoons were cooked a little unevenly so they were really chewy in the middle but really thoroughly cooked at the tips, and they tasted sort of fishy, like they'd been fried in oil just used to fry fish in. Overall, it wasn't quite what I was expecting, but it was a decent and fairly priced restaurant that will do when you're in need of a quick lunch."

"This was my very first time to EVER dine at a Taco Palenque and it was definitely an experience for me & I felt the restaurant was a good blend of dine-in and take-out/drive-thru.Since this was my first time I was a little overwhelmed by the order yourself kiosks, the fresh salsa bar, seeing directly into the kitchen, the fresh drinks and soda fountain, and the wall art. There was a lot going on lol.Service was so so quick & both the register lady and the gentleman attending to tables in the dining room were so friendly.If you come here you MUST check out the salsa bar & try out everything they have to offer, the plus side is they have free chips to go with it :) another MUST TRY is the Jamaica juice that they make fresh. So good!The reasons I am giving 4 and not 5 stars is because: - the 'Queso' is pretty much a cheese dip, and did not taste fresh made at all. There really was not much too it which was a bummer. If I wanted nachos maybe it would've been fine as it's the same consistency as it.- the Guacamole was OK but definitely not the best, for some reason I thought it had an off taste. I couldn't figure out why.- the Rice really was not great either. Don't bother doing a combo. I was a little sad about that honestly because I do love some good Mexican rice.All in all, they are a decent fast food restaurant but my faves are the salsa bar & the fresh Jamaica/Horchata drinks. If I'm craving tacos or something similar I will probably go to one of the other fast Mexican restaurants close by."

The Hot Cocoa was made with a rich and decadent chocolate and was topped with a thicker whipped cream and chocolate drizzle, and the Matcha was just as rich in flavor with a beautiful foam layer on top. Both looked absolutely beautiful.For our main course, we had the Schnezel and Chicken Florentine Crepe, both delicious in their own right. My fiancé's Schnezel was a super hearty chicken sandwich that came with yummy steak fries that tasted best with their dipping sauce. Both entrees had an abundance of tender chicken, but my Chicken Florentine Crepe was lighter than the sandwich. The chicken and sautéed mushrooms also paired exquisitely, and all of the flavors came together for a fantastic dish. I am typically not a fan of salad, but I even enjoyed the side salad with its flavorful vinaigrette.It was an absolutely delicious meal, and we're looking forward to trying more from the menu!"

My wife told me she looked on Facebook and also saw similar reviews. I was told by the lady that is on the counter that they bring these cake from Monterey, NL Mexico. Everything was soo tender, juicy and just so good! For sides we got the potato salad, mac and cheese and cream corn. The sides went perfectly with the meat. I also love how you can grab your own onions, pickles and bread because I'm an onion girlie and need a whole lot haha. The workers were very welcoming and friendly and it's a big place with a nice and chill vibe. I know there's many barbecue places here in Texas but I think Black's Barbeque is definitely worth a try!"

Convenient, healthful food is hard to come by most days, but Fruteria la Mission takes care of me in that regard. I usually order their large fruit cup--the term "large" being an understatement by the way. This thing is massive--a two-story home of a fruit cup. It's dressed with chile and lime, giving you sweetness, heat, and acid with each bite. The quality of the fruit is excellent too. There's a good variety of fruits and textures going on in each cup, ranging from watermelon to mango, cucumber to coconut, and so on. It's soooo good! I crave this place all the time, but especially during the warmer months. The drive-thru is efficient. This place is usually bumping when we go, and we never have to wait in line for a crazy amount of time. The staff is friendly, making this happy experience all the better.If you're out visiting the missions one of these days, remember to swing by Fruteria la Mission afterward. You'll love it."

Justin the barista is kind and helpful and even asked our preference to how we like our lattes made (sweet or not too sweet) and made them so well. The first time I went I got their signature honeycomb banana latte and my friend got the cherry sweet off their valentines menu and they were both amazing! The second time I went I got the blueberry kiss latte (valentines menu) and my husband got the cherry blossom latte (secret menu, Justin had just made the syrup) and they were both so good also!Just go to this coffee truck and you'll see what I'm talking about.
