"It's always fun to try a new coffee spot I haven't been to yet, and I had the pleasure to celebrate my birthday here with my friends! Cute house with lots of outdoor front and back seating, but unfortunately since it was freezing cold, we had to sit inside. Seating was a little limited at that time, but we managed to find a large table for all of us!Super friendly service at the counter. And there was an array of yummy freshly made in house pastries behind the glass counter. I ordered a decaf latte with coconut milk & pump of hazelnut and an almond croissant. The coffee was STRONG, I had to ask for 4 more pumps of hazelnut lol I really enjoyed the toasted almond croissant- I'm a huge lover of almond paste. The rest of my friends ordered some breakfast croissants and they looked super deelish. The brunch menu offered on the weekends looked fabulous too. Afterwards we wandered outside, and in the back they have a chicken pen with the most beautiful rooster and hens. Met an employee who takes care of them and you can tell he enjoys his job and was happy to be there. : )"
"My husband has been here a few times already for lunch but this was my first trip in. We both had the signature Mexican mocha. It is very rich and very good. My husband opted for two brisket tacos and two bean and cheese tacos. They looked good but I didn't take pictures of those. The bean and cheese had the cheese completely melted in which looked more appetizing than other bean and cheese tacos I've come across. The brisket was at least five thin slices along with avocado for an extra dollar. I opted for the chicken salad sandwich. It was a very hefty portion and had I known it would be as thick as it was I would have ordered a half a sandwich and a cup of soup. All in all, I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the only caveat I can think of is it I wish this place was open on weekends. I will definitely be back when I take a mental health day during the week"

"I ordered coffee and their peanut butter pie covered in chocolate. Good for those with sweet tooth and loves peanut butter. But recommend to share with someone. Too sweet to finish all by yourself. Support local businesses. This is one of them. Charming little place that also sell some cute knick knacks."
"2025 Update: This place is going strong! Try the bubble waffle! The biscoff flavor is a new fav. Lots of dairy free options too!Update: try the afogato flight! You'll receive 3 hot drinks (espresso, hot chocolate, or matcha) and a gelato flavor for each! It's a tastebud delight...literally heaven in your mouth! So many choices you'll wanna visit every day!First time here and definitely not the last! Macaroon ice cream sandwiches and gelato truffles greet you when you first walk in. There are at least 30 gelato flavors with at least 8 dairy free flavors, and sugar free/fat free options available as well. Taro root was my absolute favorite! Although there was a line the staff advised us to choose as many samples to pick from! They were constantly smiling and offering flavor combos and cups, toppings, you name it. Honestly the best customer service I've had in a long time. I ordered the bubble waffle in a bowl (also available in a cone style wrap) with taro and pistachio gelatos. Perfect for an afternoon pick me up or dessert date. They offer multiple drink options including house made coffee, waters, sparkling sober beverages. Will be coming here soon...maybe even tomorrow!!"
"I've been dying to check this place out. Saw it on TikTok so it was added to my list. The location is hidden, passed it twice. It's behind a small restaurant. Loved the fall decor outside and it does have a handicap entrance on the other side. The inside is very tiny but cozy and there's two levels of seating. The menu is pretty simple. I ordered a latter with butter beer flavoring. It was delicious. There was a water jug set out for free, which is always great. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and great with suggestions of what to get on the menu. Would love to come back soon."
"This place was amazing! I now dream of Dubai chocolate, which I highly recommend. First let me say they have an amazing selection of sweets and while the line is long it goes fast like chick fil a. I came in for the famous Dubai chocolate and while it looks small it was filling and amazing. Just know the parking lot always seems like a lot is going on. It's just that way."
"Amazing prices and tasty coffee! The line might have a little bit of a wait but I promise it's worth it. The employees still do walk up to your car and take your order so it's ready the time you pull up to the little trailer to pay! Sign up for their rewards to receive points"
"While searching for the perfect cheesecake, we popped in for a visit. There are a wide variety of flavors to choose from and come in your choice of slices or mini jars. The cheesecakes were in the good category and worth the stop but probably won't travel too far to go back. The shop has some small sitting areas inside and outside which is perfect to enjoy your treats. Staff were friendly and helped in the selection process. Overall, I would rate this place 4 out of 5 slices. Good enough to stop in if in the neighborhood."
"Delicious and hit the spot on a Sunday afternoon. I wish they had a raspberry sauce to add to the chocolate, hint, hint."
"Easy no frills coffee truck with good cappucino. This truck is located at an old gas station repurposed into a food truck park - they have a mexican truck next to theory and a breakfast food truck across. I had a decaf cappuccino that was good, seems like their espresso are light roasted though so take it as you will. They use Mill king milk and have lactose free options, which I appreciate. It was busy on the weekend but they were quick about the orders. Lots of seating around the truck, overall pleasant place!"
"Stopped here on a Sunday morning before visiting my mom, who lives in the area. Love this place! The service and food are excellent. Love the Monkey bread and their Chai Tea Latte. It has become my go to on Sunday mornings because the food, atmosphere and friendly service."
"Somewhat busy on a Sunday at 9 am. I was promptly attended to, when I got there. I ordered a mocha and an oatmeal. My friend got some kind of black tea and avocado toast. It should be mentioned that their toast comes with an egg. The latte was very good and so was the oatmeal, the portion of the latter was pretty large (somewhat justified its price). Nice ambiance, not too noisy. Good spot for studying or working."

It's been a minute since I visited Commonwealth Coffeehouse and I was pleasantly surprised by their new look! If you haven't been to this location in a few yours (like myself) you will be surprised by their amazing patio and renovated indoor. The new look is definitely more inviting and I really appreciate the new check-in area they created. The flow of the space is so much better and it looks similar to their Hemisfair location. But enough about the place, let's talk food! For my first time in some years I decided to go with their avocado toast, and wow! The food was prepared super quickly and the egg was cooked to perfection. It was filling but not overwhelming. I truly enjoyed every bite of it and can't wait to come back for another one! Also, if you are a coffee drinker I would highly recommend their cappuccinos. They are made just right and taste amazing! My only note for the team is to please include a changing table for babies in their bathroom. Their hemisfair location has one, and I just wish they also had it here. I came with a friend and her newborn, and she had to go to the car to change her baby which is obviously not ideal.

My girlfriend really wanted to try this place, since she saw that the owner was on a television show she liked. We decided to try it out since we were in the area. The place is in downtown area and is easy to find with decent parking.Once inside you get a nice little cafe vibe with the sweet smell of various sweets in the air. The employees are cheerful and the rush of excitement hits you with all the options to choose from. There is so much to choose from and the employees are very helpful with the description of each sweet. There is also coffee and other drinks to choose from and the selections are vast. The only small downfall is that it is pricey, and the to go boxes are huge! So be prepared. Other than that we do come here often to try all the variety of sweets.

Very nice gelateria in Quarry Crossing.Plenty of space, great service, and plenty of options. Between gelato, spaghetti ice cream, cookies, etc. you couldn't go wrong with this place.I enjoyed a regular sized tarot root gelato. It's a good size, but they have a larger size available if you want more.Noah went back for a chocolate chio cookie after his mango sorbet cone.Plenty of tables and lounging furniture to hangout, and enjoy just being out of the sun. However, they have a couple of small tables outside if you wish to suffer in the Texas heat.Parking can get tight, but if you can cross the street to the rear of the Quarry parking then you can totally enjoy the gelato.

What a cool concept for a coffee shop! It's located inside a greenhouse and decorated with plants, punk rock music and has cool merch for sale. My dad loves this place, so he made sure to bring us to see. The coffee was good, and they had a good selection of cold drinks such as Jarritos and other non coffee drinks. The vibe here is so fun. They have a nice staff and great coffee. What more could you ask for?

The service is a walk in and they greet you. The ambiance is laid back. I had gotten a tripe chocolate cheesecake and a pina colada cheesecake. My daughter ate the triple chocolate and she liked it. Unfortunately she ate it before i could take a pic of it. Lol I did take a picture of mine before eating it. They are 7.00 per cheesecake. It's a little pricey for the size. I get it.. packaging and etc. It tasted very rich and creamy. Very delicious but pina colada ended up not being my favorite. I would try them again. For 2 small Jars was 14.00.

"Very delicious breakfast with such kind staff. One of the highlights of our trip to Boerne!"
"This is a cool, hip joint that was playing my favorite type of music: Siouxsie and the Banshees, Talking Heads, The The, Psychedelic Furs, etc. Sorry, I'm supposed to be talking about the coffee, lol. My selection was a 10oz latte flavored with a syrup called Smoky Kentucky. It was delicious! Along with that I had a banana nut bread that accompanied it well. This is coffee done right; great service and cool vibes. I made a special trip a bit out of my way on foot to try this place because I had a feeling it would be worth it. I was not wrong!"
"I LOVE COFFEE!! I've been wanting to try this place for a while & was in the area. I ordered the Cold Brew w/ brown cinnamon sugar (9/10) and my bf got the blackberry Lemonade (7/10) Service was nice and they were able to help me out with my "complicated" coffee lolI didn't try any treats but they looked great. Thanks and can't wait to be back"
"If you're looking for a breakfast deal that feels like a revolution in your mouth and your wallet, Revolución Coffee has the perfect uprising: their $5 breakfast and taco combo. It's a coup d'etat against overpriced meals, where your taste buds are the real winners. For just five bucks, you'll get a taco that's a flavor insurrection -- soft tortillas loaded with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, or chorizo, all crowned with cheese and salsa that could start a flavor uprising of their own.But that's not all. They back it up with a cup of their fearless coffee, whether you're sipping on a bold espresso or rallying with an ice-cold brew. The coffee isn't just a sidekick, it's the general leading the charge against dull, watery cups of Joe.The best part? The ambiance. Picture this: cozy, quirky seating with a splash of colorful murals and fun accents, making you feel like you're sipping your coffee in the middle of an artful revolution. Whether you're lounging with friends or plotting your next big move, it's the perfect place to fuel up and let your ideas brew. This $5 breakfast deal is the perfect way to seize the morning -- because why settle for a mediocre breakfast when you can have an entire revolution in every bite? Join the breakfast rebellion -- your stomach, your wallet, and your taste buds will love you! Brilliant Dining!"
"Great portions for the Acai bowls! The service is friendly and it's a quiet/calm place to take your laptop to get schoolwork or projects done."
"After having lunch at Thai Bird I ordered an iced latte with vanilla syrup from Mila Coffee that's right outside! It's great super nice and helpful! There's seating with umbrellas and just an all around great place to chill. The coffee is sooo good!! I will be coming back! I recommend coming here and trying it out!"
"Maple Street Biscuit Company delivers a delightful experience from the moment you pull into their well-maintained parking lot. With ample space, parking is stress-free and sets the tone for a hassle-free visit.Ambiance:The cozy, rustic atmosphere of Maple Street is inviting and warm. The decor combines modern touches with Southern charm, making it a comfortable spot for a casual meal or a quick breakfast. The open kitchen adds a lively vibe, and the communal seating fosters a sense of connection with other diners.Service:The service is impeccable. The staff are cheerful, attentive, and clearly enjoy what they do. From placing my order to receiving my food, everything was seamless. My server made sure I had everything I needed, checking in just enough to be helpful without being intrusive.Food:I ordered the Squawking Goat, Hash Bowl, Biscuit Gravy, and a side of Grits--and I can confidently say each dish was stellar. * Squawking Goat: A perfect marriage of flavors! The tender, flaky biscuit paired with juicy fried chicken and a sweet-savory goat cheese medallion was an unforgettable combination. The pepper jelly topping added just the right amount of heat and sweetness. * Hash Bowl: Packed with hearty potatoes, flavorful sausage, and fresh veggies, this bowl was filling and satisfying without feeling too heavy. * Biscuit Gravy: The sausage gravy was rich and creamy, with just enough spice to complement the buttery biscuit it was poured over. * Grits: Smooth, creamy, and well-seasoned, these grits were a comforting side that rounded out the meal beautifully.Overall:From parking to plating, Maple Street Biscuit Company excels in every aspect. It's not just a meal; it's an experience. I'd highly recommend it for anyone looking for Southern comfort food with a modern twist. I'll definitely be back!"
""We had the steak omelette, and it was absolutely delicious! The steak was cooked perfectly--tender and flavorful--and paired beautifully with the fluffy, well-seasoned steak so much flavor. Highly recommend this place & the atmosphere was amazing!"
"Butter my buns and call me a biscuit....I've found biscuit heaven babyyyy! That biscuit craving hit me hard this morning so I cruised on over to Maple Street. I had the hardest time deciding between the Squawking Goat, the Farmer and the Five and Dime but ended up settling on the Farmer for the win. This beauty came loaded with goodies (battered chicken, bacon, cheese and warm apple butter) *drool*This is one of those spots where you head to the counter to order and then choose your spot. They will call your name and you come get your food. The only thing I would change is giving the customer a number and then bringing the items to them for that added customer care touch. Although, they may not have the staff to do this. I guess I've gotten spoiled from places like La Madeleine that take that step.Still not a deterent for me, and the place feels very welcoming with lots of natural light and friendly service. This is the kind of comfort food you just can't beat."
"I recently stopped by Cracked Coffee Mug and tried their Old Town Turtle coffee drink along with a blueberry muffin. The coffee was absolutely delightful, with a rich, creamy flavor that perfectly blended notes of caramel and chocolate. It was smooth and indulgent, making it a real treat. The blueberry muffin complemented the coffee wonderfully, being fresh, moist, and packed with juicy blueberries. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend giving it a try!The inside was so cozy and warm had plenty of seating inside and out, and the girls were so sweet and very helpful ."
"Found this spot and since it's close to Gruene Hall, I incorrectly assumed it would be pricey. What a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed a chai latte and an avocado toast. I am so glad I didn't settle for that certain overrated chain You know the one Really pleased that anywhere you sit you have access to plugs and USB ports. It's such a nice coffee spot for working! Lots of local shops all around for taking a stroll and doing a little shopping. Great counter service! Will definitely be back!"
"Very interesting walking in to the coffee shop! The people who work here are amazing and easy to talk to. I love how they have all the small pop up shops to where you can buy locally. The kolaches are amazing!"
"The absolute cutest coffee shop with great handmade items to leave with! The ambiance is quaint and very clean. The staff is so friendly and I enjoyed talking to them about the different ways to make coffee. I got a pistachio latte and I remember that it didn't leave an after taste and it was not overly sweet. I bought the coffee mug I drank out of!"
"Great location, great coffee and nice staff! Easily found off of San Pedro by SAC, it allows some indoor and outdoor seating."
"Stopped by for a quick breakfast and coffee and my egg bacon and cheese sandwich. On a jalapeño bagel West Amazing. Coffee was also great. It was a perfect morning to eat outside and service was fast and very cordial The Art food truck. It's beautiful."
"Went for a drive for a smaller coffee shop found this little gem. The owner is very sweet and so is her employee we met. I got the Hot Butter Latte with Oat milk and my husband got an Americano. I really enjoyed the Hot Butter Latte. It was not too sweet, smooth, and very tasty. Even the American was very smooth. Plain and simple, no added anything. Both my husband and I enjoyed the flavor. We hung out for a bit chatting, so we decided on a 2nd cup. So I decided to try another Signature drink. I got the Aztec Mocha with Oat milk. As a personal preference...bit much on the cinnamon. But still a good drink."
"The food is amazing! The owners are friendly and active in the community. They have created a welcoming, community space."
"The flavors are perfectly balanced, the boba is cooked to perfection, and the quality is great. But what really sets them apart is the friendly service. The staff is always welcoming and eager to help. This spot has become my go-to for boba tea, and I couldn't recommend it more!If you're a boba tea lover like me, do yourself a favor and check out Boba tea. You won't regret it!"
"Pan Dulce Bakery and Cafe. 10-30-21. 07/100 Today was a fortunate one because I was finally able to experience this bakery that I've been curious about for years. This cafe is lovely. It is quaintly decorated with theme a la France and has comfortable chairs and tables inside as well as outdoor seating options. There is a coffee bar, a glass chess set and books available to read. The only thing missong to make this truly La Vie en Rose was some light background music. Today we had some breakfast tacos, hot cocoa and a chai to-go but I look forward to returning for one of my favorites...CREPES! They do not offer GF (gluten free) treats. they also do not have decaf coffee. I do wish they were open a little later because we have gone by several times at 3pm because we were nearby and been sad to see them closed. They were super busy but Mariana and Flor were hard at work making everything fresh to order. The hot cocoa was perfect, the chai was super sweet, which is great but if you are no sugar be sure to ask, because I forgot to do that. I am happy to support them so if you are missing the "other coffee shop that used to be here" do give Pan Dulce a try. Thanks Mariana and Flor. L."
"My first time here! Definitely gives you all the cute, earthy, chill vibes! It's SO cute inside! It was actually busy when I got there, most of the tables were full with people chitchatting which I actually enjoy seeing! I got the iced lavender iced coffee, I recommend but it's not for the weak because it's a bit strong lol! The baked goods are a must, they have a Nutella swirl bread and ughhhhhh you have to pair it with your coffee. Don't forget to toast it I'm coming more often for sure! OH and the playlist is fireeeeeeeeeee!"
"Stopped by for my first visit on a Saturday afternoon. Had heard great things about this place. It was very clean. The girl taking my order was very friendly and sweet. Was pleased to the variety of freshly made donuts and pastries. At Delightful Donut they have taken the kolache a step further by replacing the bun with a light and flakey croissant. If you ask me, that's a level up from the traditional kolache as we know it. Their beverages are top notch too. I appreciate the option to knock down the sugar content in the matcha I got. Highly recommend this hidden gem."
"Cuppo hot chai latte & pastry provided the perfect ADD STOP to my round trip walk to Brackenridge park. Love the menu that doubles as wall art. Service was great for a busy Sat morning, with plenty of seats for those of us using real cups and plates inside."
"Another spot where looks can be deceiving. Met a friend for lunch and found the place vastly different from the outside. It looks like a warehouse but when you walk inside you're transported to a little Havana town. The lighting is dim and the music playing in the background is subtle and relaxing Staff is courteous and attentive. The food was great. While it is pricey the portion sizes are huge and easily shared. My friend and I had the croquettes and split the Cuban sandwich which was accompanied by white rice and black beans. Ask for the strawberry lavender tea, it's delicious!"
