"It is very quiet in the dinning area but the drive through is busy. The staff is an add very friendly.i had the bacon burger with onion rings. The burger tasted delicious and the onion rings as well. They didn't have all the breading which we loved. My husband had the mushroom burger and commented that he likes his favorite burger place but really liked that this mushroom burger didn't drip all over."
"Restaurant looks very nice inside. Much nicer than fast food, relaxed but nice enough to take a chill date. The server was immediately ready to help and the friendliness didn't decrease when I was just picking up instead of eating in. It wasn't packed so late at night, but the food was hot and delicious. I had the crispy chicken, both unsauced and with smoky mayo, ddukboki, and all three of the fried dough balls. My favorites were the smoky mayo and the cheesy ball. The regular chicken was still nicely spiced with a little heat but not much.. The ddukboki was delicious, but definitely spicy. I could only eat a little and my friend who is a huge fan of spicy Asian fare was sweating while he ate it. So the dough balls were good. But the real star was the smoky mayo chicken. I know, terrible name, but the smoky spicy hit from the peppers was fantastic and the touch of creaminess added by the "Mayo" was exactly what sent this into possibly the best chicken I've ever had. You don't taste actual mayo, it's just like they substituted mayo for butter in a buffalo wing sauce with better peppers and less vinegar. I do truly appreciate them being open late.. There will be many more trips in my future. Thank you from all the night shift workers. Excellent all over."
"For the price I wouldn't recommend. The chicken strips were bland and over cooked. Only thing I enjoyed were the fries."

Wow! Krazy Katsu is a true local gem and more people should know about this amazing restaurant. They are located at the edge of Olmos Park on the back side of a little plaza which is not very visible if you are driving through McCullough Ave. Their space is super cool and they are inside an old train container which gives it a very unique vibe. The specialize in asian inspired chicken sandwiches but also have other amazing items like burgers, fries and some healthier options like grilled chicken over rice. My absolute two favorites were the Pandam Smash Burger and the Grilled Samurai Bowl. They were both packed with flavor and tasted delicious. One last thing, they do have an amazing patio with screens which is perfect to watch an evening basketball game or any kind of sport. Definitely give this small business a chance. I promise you won't regret it!

I was contacted by someone from Pelicana to give them an opportunity to make up for the issues I had with my last order. I'm not one to turn down a free meal and I'm all about second chances. To start with, they get an extra star spending the time and making the effort to reach out and show concern for the reputation of their. business, food and staff. Kudos on that point .The food. I opted for Onion rings instead of the fries this time and they were probably some of the best I've had in a long time. The batter is good and they were perfectly fried and nice and hot (fresh).I ordered another bowl of steamed rice again as that was a major pain point with me the last time. While it still isn't the bealst I've ever had, it was at least hot and fluffy and fresh which I appreciated. Another star added back.I ordered the same chicken and it was fresh and hot like the last time, but I added another spicier flavor as well to try it out ( which I offered to pay for, but they refused and gave it to me with my replacement order. (Classy). The chicken was moist and delicious. I didn't have much of a complaint about the chicken in the last review other than I thought it could have been a little cruncher and spicier. This batch was great all around and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.I have to hand it to the staff, they were very polite and extremely professional. (Thanks Cheng and Mickey).I've include pics of this round of food. You can call it "buying back my loyalty" or "catering to me to change my review" ...So what? It worked. They asked for an opportunity tonshow they're better than what Inwrote the first time and they were right.

THE BEST HALAL FRIED CHICKEN OPTION IN SAN ANTONIO This place opened its doors earlier this year and San Antonio is loving it! Located at the Pearl's Bottling Department, it's the only known eatery there serving a HALAL bone-in chicken option for guests! Chef Nicola Blaque, the creator of the concept & James Beard nominated chef, has done it again! Staff even mentioned that the fried chicken concept was also recently nominated for a James Beard Award Like all the other spots in the bottling department, the eatery is walk-up style, so you order at the window and wait for your food. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating at the bottling department, and all of it is constantly being cleaned so it's a pretty great place to be!Chef Nicola made her newest concept as inclusive as possible. The bone-in chicken options are HALAL & all of the chicken offered (both bone-in & boneless) is gluten-friendly too! They even serve up a vegetarian tofu "chicken" option! It's all so good and so many people are calling it the best fried chicken in town! Of course, the menu isn't complete without sides! Grab some mac 'n' cheese, seasoned fries, potato salad (ask for without bacon bits if you eat halal) & more! For historical context, Freight Chicken was inspired by black women who sold fried chicken in post Civil War America to rail passengers traveling through Gordonsville, VA. These women, dubbed "Waiter Carriers", had chicken recipes so famous that travelers would go out of their way just to try it! The fried chicken sales helped formerly enslaved women in terms of financial independence & racial progression! **ONLY bone-in chicken is halal, boneless chicken is not halal. Menu has clearly labeled it's halal & vegetarian options for your convenience **

I'm not really a chicken girl....I like steak, burgers, gyros. But occasionally I crave some chicken fingers. Now if you know Potranco rd it is full of chicken places ...lots to choose from. I just really like and enjoy the box from Raising Canes...the piece of bread, coleslaw, fries and the chicken fingers with that sauce! Hits the spot for me. Easy in the drive thru...they usually have someone standing there to take your order and it never seems to take long. Smiling faces taking orders. I've never been inside at all.

It's finally time to write a review since I've been here more times than the fingers on my hands. First off, Ritchie's is HALAL. I'd compare it to Dave's Hot Chicken...but SO MUCH BETTER. If you like Dave's, try Ritchie's...you'll forget Dave's. I find the chicken at Richie's is not only larger but the tenderness is off the charts. We have had a few of the menu items but Rich's Special on the buns is what keeps us coming back. The slaw is crafted so that it's crunchy and flavorful and the chicken is hubba hubba. The seasoned fries are also * chef's kiss * There is adequate seating throughout the restaurant. A few of the booths have a beautiful view because of the elevation. At the very beginning, they had an issue with air conditioning but that has been resolved. The service has always been impeccable, and there have been plenty times that our food has actually been served to us at our table.

Holy. Hell. Get the Cheesling. It's so amazingly good. I also ordered the rose ddeok-bokki. It's fantastic! It's a great balance of savory, spicy, and sweet. It was so clean inside and there were awesome music videos being played on a massive screen. Our waitress was so sweet and helpful.I'll be going back and dragging my friends with me.

"Sometimes when you are out and about, you get that hangry feeling and need something quick. When that happens to us, we look to see if one of these stores is nearby. If you come here during regular mealtime, parking can be a problem. Non-mealtimes it is not a problem. When you enter, they are quick to greet you. They are nearly always very friendly and have a smile on their faces. It makes you feel like they enjoy what they are doing. They are very efficient in taking your order and are very quick in getting it made. In fact, sometimes you hardly have enough time to get your drink, napkins, and condiments before they are calling you to get your order. This is fast food, but it doesn't seem to be. The food is always served right out of the cooker and is very tasty. Orders that I've placed have always been correct and prepared to our requests. Will I return? Yes, next time the hangry feeling hits:)"
"This was my first time here and it was actually pretty busy for a Thursday night! We ordered to-go and waited maybe 15-20 minutes for our food, but it was well worth it. The Richie special was delicious and so were the fries! I actually didn't love the Richie fries because I felt like there was too much stuff on it and the fries got soggy really fast, but their normal fries which come with every meal were delicious. Medium spice level was perfect for me."
"First, our server was fantastic. She did a great job describing the menu and different flavors. Awesome 10/10 service. However, the reason we didn't give them 5 stars was because there was soooooo little meat on the wings. Scrawniest wings ever. The boneless chicken is definitely the way to go. The secret sauce was our favorite flavor, followed by the soy garlic. The Gangnam style tasted a little burnt. If/when we go back, which I want to for different flavors and to try the whole chicken pieces, we won't get bone in wings again.Environment wise, it was just LOUD in there. The music was too loud for the space. It was impossible to carry on a conversation with someone sitting across the table.I was disappointed they were out of both the potstickers and the kimchi fried rice. Maybe next time."
"Mi experiencia en este lugar fue súper buena los precios se me hacen accesibles y el sabor muy rico el sabor del pollo es con mucho sabor y muy suave, el pollo es adoro al instante en el lugar, el arroz tiene un sabor especial y diferente es un poco picoso como al estilo de la comida India"
"Cane's always has 5 stars in my book. It's close by to campus and always has great service. I love the AC indoors and the fresh food. I always get the lemonade and 3 finger combo, with extra sauce of course. Gotta love Cane's!"
