Jennifer C. "We stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel and walked across the parking lot and I'm so glad we did! I had the Bourbon Glazed Salmon and it was amazing! The sides were fresh and delicious. My son had a kid's pizza and he was happy as well. Great experience!"

Jacqueline J. "Hanging Out at Southerleigh Haute South for Happy HourLast month, the ladies and I craved a light treat, so we headed over to Southerleigh Haute South at the Rim for Happy Hour. I arrived around 4:30 PM to beat the 6 PM rush, especially with San Antonio participating in Culinaria, also known as Restaurant Week. Parking was easy, and the foot traffic at the RIM was light, allowing me to find a spot close to the entrance.I arrived first and was greeted by the hostess, who seated me while I waited for the rest of my group. The waitress came over, and I browsed the menu, debating whether to opt for the Culinaria selections. Culinaria is a bi-annual event that offers diners a preselected menu at a fixed price, usually around $35 to $45. I decided to stick to the Happy Hour menu instead. To get a head start for the ladies, I ordered a dozen oysters and chicken wings ($1 each) along with some fried pickles. The oysters were fresh, with just the right amount of salt. When the ladies arrived, we added deviled eggs ($24 for eight) and honey biscuits to our order. While I love deviled eggs, I was shocked at the price. Though tasty, they didn't seem worth the cost. Our waitress refilled our drinks, and we added mac and cheese ($9) and two orders of meat pies. Unfortunately, the mac and cheese, covered in a queso sauce, lacked flavor, and the meat pies, which resembled greasy empanadas, were disappointing. Even the wings, though affordable, were too salty.I've never been let down by the downtown location, which feels more upscale, but this visit left me a bit disappointed. It was a fun outing with the ladies, but with so many other restaurants at the RIM, it may be a while before I return to this spot.-- Da Islandgal29412"

Jeffrey H. "Great happy hour prices! Service was very attentive. It was nice to be followed up by two managers about our experience, but not overwhelming. We have been here before and the sandwiches are excellent and easily shareable! Get the meatball or Italian sandwich. You won't be disappointed. Lots of TVs. Good place to watch a game."

Nakita C. "Wraptitude at first glance has enough space for everyone and some! There is plenty of seating well spaced out as well, most seating is outside. There is a decent amount of parking too, ohh and a drive thru! When you walk in you're able to grab a menu and a table or you can jump straight into line. We were greeted by a bubbly woman at our table who let us know we can come up to the counter to order when ready, her personality shined through the whole visit and she wasn't the only one either. The bartender was just as kind! The menu gives you so many options, I went with the Burger Wrap with a Sangria my husband got the Big Kahuna Burger with a glass of Save the World and we shared an order of fries. Everything was so yummy, perfectly cooked and seasoned! The fries are exactly how I expect my fries to be cooked and seasoned. Overall this place is a win, I will forsure be back and you should give it a try. You will feel right at home!"

So date night or family night can be done here. The parking was great plenty of room for your vroom vroom. The service was amazing, constantly being checked on and making sure we had everything we needed and never leaving our drinks empty. The food was amazing!! Every single bite was popping with flavors. Fresh, hot and big portions.Definitely recommend"

Candice L. "Restaurant looks very nice inside. Much nicer than fast food, relaxed but nice enough to take a chill date. The server was immediately ready to help and the friendliness didn't decrease when I was just picking up instead of eating in. It wasn't packed so late at night, but the food was hot and delicious. I had the crispy chicken, both unsauced and with smoky mayo, ddukboki, and all three of the fried dough balls. My favorites were the smoky mayo and the cheesy ball. The regular chicken was still nicely spiced with a little heat but not much.. The ddukboki was delicious, but definitely spicy. I could only eat a little and my friend who is a huge fan of spicy Asian fare was sweating while he ate it. So the dough balls were good. But the real star was the smoky mayo chicken. I know, terrible name, but the smoky spicy hit from the peppers was fantastic and the touch of creaminess added by the "Mayo" was exactly what sent this into possibly the best chicken I've ever had. You don't taste actual mayo, it's just like they substituted mayo for butter in a buffalo wing sauce with better peppers and less vinegar. I do truly appreciate them being open late.. There will be many more trips in my future. Thank you from all the night shift workers. Excellent all over."

Jasmyne G. "First time at Parry's Pizzeria and we're super exited to indulge in pizza heaven. When we arrived we were greeted by Anthony and his customer service was AMAZING. He greeted us with a warm smile and went over the menu with us, keeping that genuine warm smile. He was patient as we decided on what we were going to order. He wasn't pressuring at all and answered all of our 5,000 questions lol. He was very polite and respectful, you can tell that he loves his job and engaging with customers. It was a very pleasant experience. We order a 18' Lil Avery Cheese Pizza and the Uptown Mozzarella Sticks and we enjoyed the pizza but LOVED the mozzarella sticks. We would definitely return and dine in. The vibes here are super chill and a great spot for family dining or to hang out with friends. They also have Happy Hour all day on Sundays so if you love a good happy hour save the date! For my crafted beer lovers, they have a huge variety of your favs all on tap. This pizzeria is great and the menu is loaded with a lot of variety so bring your appetite when your craving pizza and swing by Parry's"

I LOVE SAMS!!!! Not my favorite pizza in the city but it was still good! This place deserves a try especially during happy hour. Servers were awesome. Claudette S. "I admit I am very picky about y QUE. I decided to give Ballhoggs a try after seeing the owner on the local news. First problem, GPS could not locate it. 2nd problem, the inside is dusty. Lots of stuff in the front of house that could use a good dusting and straightening up. But, the food was the reason I drove across town and it was good. I took my 2 meat plate to go so I could enjoy while binging a program. The brisket was falling apart tender and moist or just the way I like it, crusty with a little fat. Ribs were tender. The baked beans were just a little sweet and the potato salad was seasoned just right. I would post a photo but I ate first. All in all a good value and taste for my dollar."
