Bushs Chicken

The food was really good the gravy was ok I had hoped for better but still good. You can tell the location has been there for a while but they maintain it clean. The people were very friendly and respectful. I would come here again.

We went here at 9:11 pm and I walked in and ordered a 8 piece livers and gizzard and a tender roll, but when I said can you make it fresh he said "certainly you're the customer."He was very nice and told the cook to make it fresh so he did.I was waiting for 8 minutes and I said I wanted a small cup of ice and he said "are you sure I can give you a drink since your order is taking long." I said "ok that's great thank you" he gave me a sweet tea so I took it to the car and I came back and he said "you're order is almost ready would you like another tea." I said "ok thank you" so he gave me another one. 5 more minutes later he said "did you get your order?" I said "not yet I don't mind I see your busy." Which I saw how the drive thru was packed and raining. So he was super very nice too give me this much of livers and gizzards tenders, fresh rolls, gravy, serendipity packets, and a gallon of there sweet tea plus the best part it was super hot and he said he was sorry I hope you come back and I said "thank you so much and I really appreciate this you made my day, but what's your name?" He said "my name is Josh." I will come back to this establishment and everyone was super friendly and working very hard especially when it was raining Thank you!

I'm giving four stars because the staff who help outside are superior in personality & care, compared to the assistant manager who waited in me today when I went inside for the first time ever. She was just not friendly. Complete opposite from her entire staff. Sad. If this is how you lead by example, you are failing. Thankfully, your staff is superior. It's Bush's Chicken. They don't do food wrong. I've never received a wrong order. Not once. Their chicken is always freshly fried, & they always have fresh warm rolls. They do have good tea, but I cannot drink the sweet. Its is too sweet. But, they brew their tea properly. I always get me a cup of unsweetened tea. Never disappointed. I do not like white meat. Thankfully, I can always order a three piece thighs without any issue. I did just discover they have baked chicken. Although I do not know anyone that has ever got an order. So, if you have, let me know what you think. I'll try it mext some.Opened my to go box & was surprised how old the chicken looks. It is not hot, actually, kinda cool. I came straight home after ordering. This is disappointing. I actually liked this location. But, after going here about once every 30-45 days, not a bad percentage. Which is why I stuck to the four stars.

Short staffed and out of cole slaw at lunch time. Took a long time to order. Staff was friendly and apologetic

New manager Gino made my first experience with Bush's Chicken memorable! His excellent customer service, the delicious chicken and yummy bread all assure a return visit on my next chicken day!

Visited here today. First the team member who came to the door was very rude and told me to go thru drive thru. She said can't you read the sign. Went to drive thru, the big woman at the drive thru was a great person and team member. She order and brought it to my truck. She was all smiles and helpful. She should be the manager. This is the reason it gets 4 not 5 stars.

I love fast the girls are running to take your order. I would recommend this place to anyone, I love their gizzards when they are fresh! They also have really good sweet tea.

Value for your money. Great chicken and the service is bomb.Try the okra, the coleslaw is not my fave but the mashed potatoes and gravy are yummy.Great service with a smile!

We waited 45 minutes for the wrong order. We were told that we would have to wait for thighs to cook. Meanwhile an employee is our front having a personal conversation with someone in a car. As time goes by cars begin to stack. After 45 minutes we a given someone else's order. Our last trip to this place.

Establishment smells like a can of bounce that ass, and it makes you not want to eat inside but the food is great ‼‼
