today I'm giving Buffalo Joe's a three star because they charged me three dollars extra for something and then disclosed what it was also another $.99 for something else that I did not receive I didn't look in my box which is my fault before I left, but yeah, I got charged trusting them and then tipping them five dollars, which would be a good tip for putting the order together. I tried calling five times. The phone did not pick up. I was very upset so my fault was not looking in the box before I left and asking what this extra charge was the only thing that I should've been charged for was extra chipotle sauce , not three dollars plus change add onto my Joe's steak sandwich very upset

The service was so wonderful! So welcoming and kind and made sure to check on us and take care of us. The fried pickles were SO GOOD!! Husbands Italian Mob sandwhich was pretty darn good. But my chicken Philly was ground up meat that wasn't cooked all the way, and it broke my heart to say the least. My girls enjoyed their hotdogs and fries though! Undercooked meat is dangerous so I feel the need to mention it, but not without mentioning how wonderful everything else was! I'm adding a picture of the Philly I received.

Never disappoints. Buffaloe joes is incredible everytime i eat there.Chicken salad sandwich is so good Cheeseburgers &Southwest club are the bomb!

Arrived at 1:00 o'clock and place wash not busy at all. People that showed up way after us got served almost immediately after we did. Took 45 minutes to get 2 average sandwich's. Although the food wasn't bad, it sure wasn't great. Add in that it was hot and that the young staff needs a lesson in costumer service and how to multitask. Unfortunately I can't recommend them ..... unless you want to be ignored for the most part and get crappy service. I'd understand if the place was busy but it wasn't. Horrible experience over just an average sandwich. Sorry for the crap review but if the shoe is yours, then you should wear it. Won't come back, ever!

Recommend Joe's original...ham, salami, Swiss cheese, pickles and mustard. Hold the mayo. Love their homemade chips! You will wait a lil bit for your food, but relax and have a drink with a friend on their outside patio; it'll be worth it.

The staff is very welcoming and all so happy all of the time! The food is spectacular, there isn't a bad thing on the menu is good. Lastly, I love the weirdness of the place, all the random things on the wall is just so cute! I will continue to eat here!

Delicious and handed to me with a smile every time! I love me some Joe's :) Yelp says I have to write more to post... but I think why I said says it all. Great friendly service, everyone is always happy to see you... regardless of how busy they are! Never had something I would not order again. Love their Hawaiian Burger :) this is making me hungry... lol, I think I'll have some Buffalo Joe's:) I hope I wrote enough now, lol. Enjoy!

Absolutely love Joes! Food is always fresh and there are so many delicious options to choose from. No matter if you want a sandwich or burger your gonna walk away happy. The staff is also super friendly! I love to support locally owned and operated businesses! Give Joes a shot!

I was passing through La Vernia around lunchtime and happened across Buffalo Joes, and I'm glad I'd did! I had Joes Philly cheesesteak and it was one of the best sandwiches I've had in years. The bread itself was fresh and great tasting but the meat and sautéed veggies were amazing. Everything was cooked perfectly and the seasoning was spot on, the flavors melded together into an incredibly good sandwich. I saw a couple guys eating hamburgers that looked really good also. If you're in town I'd say give this place a go, tons of options and you can tell everything is freshly made. Next time I'm in the area I'll come back for sure and try the burger. Wish they had a location in San Marcos.
