Bobcat Bites

Classic food truck eats! Oily American fare with some unique twists. This is a food truck so it moved around the city, but most weekends, it's parked at StreetFareSA and that's where I find it. I know they also visit some of the bigger condo developments like The Flats in Southtown.The two women who run it are great at what they do! Friendly and attentive. Last weekend, I ordered a chili dog, but they were missing Fritos (boo!), she told me and asked if I wanted a substition. I declined, and she said the next meal was on her. Sure enough, last weekend I visited them again with the intentions of buying my food, but she had remembered and gave me my order on the house without me asking at all.Now the food. I've got to say, the poutine fries and curds are awesome. The fries themselves are a little limp and not my favorite, but the cheese curds are spicy and to die for. Works well with the poutine. I wish you could order just the cheese curds with poutine and leave off the fries. They have a good variety of burgers and hot dogs including Bacon Mac 'n' Cheese, Guacamole, Mushroom Swiss, chili, Poblano, queso jalapeño burgers. I can't speak for those, but I have had the Frito and chili dog and the Cream Cheese Sriracha dogs, and both were pretty good as far as hot dogs go! Nothing to write home about, but decent!It's worth a shot at least.

They serve the best food here at the food truck park. I had the green Chile burger which was absolutely outstanding and much bigger than I had expected... but those budine fries are incredible! They come gravy and fried cheese curds. I will be returning.

First time at StreetFare SA and I discovered this amazing foodtruck! We just got home and I immediately had to write a review. The food was delicious and did not disappoint. We purchased the Bacon Mac Cheeseburger and the Tostada Burger and they were worth every penny. Will definitely be back soon! Thank you for being so sincere and making such great food.

I don't usually put reviews but this place is awesome. Owners were amazing. Had the bacon cheese burger and poutine.

I had the best burger I've ever eaten to date last night at Bobcat Bites.... I ordered the Bacon Mac Cheeseburger with avocado and it was about the size of my face. I bit into it and said to my fiancé "I think I might marry this burger". Best burger, hands down. They will not disappoint.

Ordered the Cali Dog and poutine fries. The dogs they use are absolutely delicious. The cheese on the poutine were deep fried which was different than I'm used to and was pleasantly surprised. The owner/operator was super friendly and even checked on us. We will definitely be coming back! Forgot to take pics cause we were so hungry and dug right in.

this is a all scratch kitchen . i enjoy making the food as much you like eating it. come and have the best burgers ,dogs,fries in san antonio.. at the bobcat bite anything is possible if i have access to it.. check out streetfare sa for schedule.. cuz my foods outta this world.thank you san antonio
