Boba Pho U

I've been to this hidden gem a good amount of times now and it's time I finally give credit where it is due! It's often difficult for me to find a near consistent Vietnamese food place around my area but when my friend introduced me to this lovely place I was thrilled. Now it is my favorite food stop I enjoy going to whenever I get the opportunity.Usually I come to Boba Pho U for the Bánh mì which they never disappoint when it comes to deliciousness. They are always considerate when I ask for my veggies on the side and for my food to be sliced in half. The service is very efficient and always makes sure to get exactly what I want.This time I decided to try something different than I usually do since they were out of Bánh mì which is rare but I didn't mind at all and decided to try the Pork Rice Place. As to be expected the food was top notch and tasted amazing and was perfect with the Nước mấm sauce that was provided! The veggies were also very fresh and tasted perfect.The only time I've had an issue was when I ordered my Bánh mì, I asked for my veggies on the side and did not receive my pickled carrots. This was a one time thing and i'm sure they forgot but it was something I just wanted to add! That one time mistake doesn't change the way I feel about this place it's still amazing.I highly recommend you come here to try out this underrated food truck at least once! You wouldn't want tomiss out on their delicious menu and variety of boba drinks!

Forgot to review this while I was in Texas, so here I am! I remember getting the Banh Mi and the quality was incredible and tasted authentic. I love supporting small food businesses because we gotta turn them into BIG businesses at the end of the day.Anyways, I asked for pickled veggies on side & they did just that, which I love. The drinks are also delicious and was the perfect consistency.The environment felt welcoming and passionate about their food and what they offer.

Great food and service. Ordered 4 drinks and 2 food items. We hope to try all the menu items eventually. Everything was delicious.

A friend of mine brought me a dozen egg rolls from this random food truck. They were AMAZING! They were so good, I ate ALL of them before snagging a picture. They are a little small so I don't feel too guilty. Give this place a try when you have the late night munchies!

Just moved into the neighborhood and was starving after a day of moving, stumbled across this food truck and I am IN LOVE. First the prices are phenomenal, everything was priced under $5. The tea was delicious, the boba had such a great texture, not overly chewy. The pork (in the banh mi and fried rice) was seasoned really well and the egg rolls were HOT and CRISPY and soooo good (and only $.90). The seeds in the fresh jalapeños were carefully removed so the spice level was very manageable. I highly recommend this little gem. Support small and delicious business!

LOVE this food truck. The boba menu is quite expansive, and every flavor I've tried has been delicious: Taro, Thai, Jasmine, and Coconut. The coconut at 50% sweetness is my favorite at the moment. The boba is well-made and complements the drinks nicely. The Banh Mi sandwiches are large and filling, and the egg rolls.. the egg rolls!! Perfectly crispy every time. Affordable and timely service. Overall, only good things to say here :)

We found this place on maps. Was pleased with how much pork was in the sandwich for its price, it's flavorful and tender albeit given to us kinda cold. But we found a hair in it. Gross.The drink is disappointing: shaved ice with very artificial tasting flavoring, for $4.50 I'd rather just go to my usual boba joint. Not coming back and advise others to save their time and money.

Tried this place for the first time and it reminded me of my own mother's cooking! Probably one of the most authentic-tasting Vietnamese food I've had. The prices are also very affordable! I loved every bite of my dish - I am definitely coming back for more in the near future!

Delicious I tried the dumplings and egg rolls delicious only regret is not ordering more. My favorite is the Vietnamese Coffee. The service is fast I usually go around 6pm perfect time to go. (: Thank you
