After a whirlwind of joy celebrating my little one's birthday, we yearned to extend the festivities outdoors while treating ourselves to some exceptional cuisine. Our exploration led us to serendipitously discover Bob & Timmy on Wheels, nestled within a bustling food truck hub. As we meandered through the diverse culinary offerings, we were warmly welcomed by the exuberant staff, whose genuine enthusiasm guided us through their tantalizing menu.Among the plethora of mouthwatering choices, the pesto calzone emerged as the undisputed star. Bursting with flavors, it boasted a harmonious blend of melted mozzarella, luscious homemade pesto sauce, tender chicken, and perfectly roasted vegetables. Each bite was a culinary revelation, with its soft, savory interior juxtaposed against the irresistible crunch of the golden, salty crust, igniting a symphony of sensations on our palates.Families with children will find delight in the cozy playground and selection of table games available, ensuring that every member of the family is catered to. Bob & Timmy on Wheels undeniably delivered the pinnacle of calzone perfection, a sentiment echoed by every member of our party. However, I would recommend allowing ample time for any potential wait and perhaps expanding the drink selection to further enhance the overall dining experience.

Food and customer service were great! We got a variety of things from pizza & pasta to a dessert pizza and their yummy pizza rolls! Keep it up!

OMG! This place is wow! I love when I find hidden gems. This smoked Gouda pasta was ginormous and so delicious! I see a brick and mortar in your future if you keep this up! WOW- I mean just WOW! Perfection!

This my favorite place for pizza. The couple that runs it are super friendly and the block is a really cool place to hang out.

This unassuming brick oven wood fired pizza and more food truck can he found at Street Fare San Antonio the food truck Park on Austin highway most weekends including some weekdaysWhat I didn't know were that these people are famous. They own the number one pizza place in Providence Rhode island, the highest concentration of Italians in American. They have two pizza places which they now have sold called Bob and Timmy's famous grilled pizza. their Pizza has been rated number one on the east coast for this unique style Pizza by man versus food, Good morning America, and most importantly the citizens of Providence Rhode island.They can produce amazing food out of this little food truck including their award-winning cracker thin crust grilled pizza with unique toppings like arugula, Pastor pork, and just about any other fresh vegetable you can think of; think of this as a california-style pizza like California kitchen, or Wolfgang puck's Spago kitchen.They also make the best pizza rolls I've ever tasted in my life. They are huge with house-made dough and cheese 4 in tall. They also make calzones, lobster ravioli, large prawn shrimp scampi, dessert pizzas, and many other pasta dishes with seafood.For some reason they love to put chili flakes in everything, so their food can be a bit spicy unless you tell them to back off. For the pizza rolls they make an amazing like pesto, but it's really like a salsa verde made out of pureed jalapenos. It's not at all hot and it pairs well with those pizza rolls.The owner is super nice including the lady who runs the little window. I'm not sure who Bob is, and I'm not sure who Timmy is if these are even these people's names. You have got to see this little grilled pizza truck at Street Fare San Antonio; try Friday or Saturday nights. My cheese pizza rolls which were amazing were only $6. Of course the pizzas and pasta dishes are more in the $11-$15 range.

I finally was able to taste this food truck. Omg... their pastas are FIRE!!!! Best Alfredo I've had hands down. I was disappointed in the pepperoni pizza in Im being honest. Still recommend their pastas!!!!

Love the fact that Agave has food trucks almost every Thursday. This week it was Bob & Timmy's on Wheels. They had a variety of pizza and pasta offerings. We had their pepperoni pizza (thin crust) and their spaghetti and meatballs special.The food was very reasonably priced. Just $24 for a medium pizza and the pasta including tip. There was plenty for dinner and leftovers for lunch the next day. The spaghetti had lots of meat...had a little bit of spice to it to give it great flavor but not over the top. Great value and great food. The pizza was thin crust and the sauce had a little kick to it as well (I'm guessing similar seasoning that was in the sauce on the spaghetti?). Flavor was great and the portions were very reasonable for the price.Definitely would try it out again.

This place is the absolute bomb. I will die for their gyro pizza and many more. It's nice to have as many different options as they provide, and I don't think anyone who eats from this truck will regret trying something they have to offer. This truck will always be close to my heart seeing as i have been going to them for food for over 3 years now. Lovely people, who make their food with even more of that love.
