Let me start by saying the dress code may say "business casual," but ladies, don't hold back--bring out your best! Think fur coats, sparkly dresses, red-bottom heels, and a bold red lip--everything glamorous! You are going to feel like a Queen!BLÜ Prime made our 3rd anniversary unforgettable! From the intimate booth with rose petals to the surprise layered cake with fresh fruit, every detail was perfect.The food was incredible--lamb lollipops, a 16oz ribeye (shared for us in the back), creamy lobster mac and cheese, and flavorful Brussels sprouts.Ethan, our waiter, deserves special praise for elevating our experience. He was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in making the evening memorable. He suggested two red wines to pair with our meal, and after sampling both, I went with his top pick--the Belle Glos. It was phenomenal, so much so that I ordered a bottle to take home! My partner had the Black Panther cocktail, which was complex, smooth, and equally impressive.We ended our night with two Carajillos, which were a whole experience on their own. Hands down, they were the tastiest we've ever had and paired perfectly with the anniversary cake.The attention to detail at BLÜ Prime is unmatched. Every staff member contributed to the magic of the night. Their attentiveness was seamless--you feel cared for every second of your visit.BLÜ Prime is truly a place where fine dining meets extraordinary service. Service was great, although our server almost created a reaction out of my friend who's allergic to nightshades. I'll come back to that. Ambiance stunning. The food is where I take issue, the selection of options wonderful the sides huge table sharing portions. Warm toasted bread with butter and a seasoning comes out, ask the server what is the spices and if it would have anything that would have issues with a nightshade allergy. Was told should be fine, it's just Italian seasoning. I try it, definitely some red pepper flakes, immediately tell my friend so not eat. Ask the server to bring some bread without the seasoning. Highly confused, he asks why, it's just Italian seasoning. Explain to him, can not have it because of peppers in the seasoning. We get some fresh bread. I ordered the ribeye because it's my birthday and I wanted too. Medium rare. Other friends ordered filet. Help me understand when I order a steak, with no topping. Why does it come out slathered in butter. No i didn't want that, I want my steak buttery because it is. Honestly the butter couldn't even help it, it tasted flavorless. The Brussels were drench in the glazed. The lobster in the lobster Mac was amazing. Everything else; was really mid, overpriced Outback. So sad for a birthday, i was really hoping it would have been better.

Let me just 1st say that THIS restaurant is top tier. My friends & I gathered here for a milestone birthday celebration and it was amazing. Ambiance: set with beautiful decor throughout. Service: Impeccable from the time we arrived to departure. We had a large table therefore numerous wait staff but Steven deserves a raise. He was super friendly, gave great recommendations on food/cocktail options & we enjoyed every second of his courteousness. Food: Not one dish we all selected was bad. I personally enjoyed the jumbo lump crab cake (sorry no pic. I ate it too fast. Lots of crab which was great) & truffle pasta with a salmon addition. I wanted to lick the plate but, didn't think that would be appropriate. We also had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners as he came to our table to say Hi & wish us a happy birthday. We'll definitely be back for the food & great service. 10/10...Trust me.

Nice, fancy ambiance with a great live band when I went. Servers were attentive and friendly, but delay in taking our food order. American Wagyu was definitely melt in your mouth tender but lacked flavor. Bone marrow was pretty good but for the price would have been nice to include more bread with it. Crab cake was okay but wouldn't order again. Delicious cocktails! Overall, for a prime steakhouse I expected better Wagyu but maybe their other steaks are their specialty.

This was a Wednesday evening celebrating my Birthday; just my husband and I. We didn't have much of a wait (even with a reservation) and were seated soon after. We entered the main dining room to a live female pianist. Our table was towards the back of the dining room and was adorned with "happy birthday" confetti and a reserved note card wishing a happy birthday as well. Our server Jose was attentive, engaging and super customer service focused. We each ordered a glass of wine, (no apps as we are a meal oriented couple) and shared a wedge salad. It was delicious. I ordered the lamb and my husband the bone-in ribeye; each medium rare. Broccolini and potato fries were our sides. Each of our orders were cooked medium well and had to be returned. Jose was profusely apologetic as was management. Even the chef came out to express his apologies. We were gifted with an enormous slab of cake on a nicely adorned plate (the standard birthday slice birthday guests and anniversary guests receive). Also tasty. The drawback to the evening was not the overcooked meat but the ambiance. Why restaurants are leaning towards that "club vibe" is a conundrum to me. While the pianist was not obnoxious and delightfully sang pop and top 40 songs, it was loud. And when she broke, the house music was too much. Too loud and not romantic or soothing whatsoever. It was hard to converse with that music in the background. The ceilings are enormously high and the sound carries throughout. All other aspects of the restaurant? 5-Star. Ambiance? Not so much. Will return but perhaps during the day vs evening.

For dinner tonight, we decided impromptu to visit @bluprimesteakhouse. The seating style reminded me of Dean's Steak and Seafood. Low lights for some romantic ambiance but the music felt like more upbeat and loud.Bailey and Valeria were the duo that took care of us from start to finish, anticipating what we needed. The complimentary focaccia bread was yummy. Happy hour was ongoing and ended at 6:30pm. We enjoy some happy hour food and drinks. I had the Maya Spritz, which was mango-papaya infused aperol, soda, and rose. Hubby had the Rye and Regal, which was cinnamon apple infused bourbon, old overholt rye, citrus, honey, and amaro nonino. Dad had Lemonade. All of the drinks were very good. We started with the Crudo, Wagyu Carpaccio, Steak Tartare, and Ceviche and probably should have stopped there because it was so much food. We added the House Salad, Blu Burger, and the Truffle Pasta with Jumbo Prawns.The food was stellar but the service was impeccable. Just as we were finishing the bread, Bailey and Valeria were ready with more for us. We finished the yucca chips, they had more for the ceviche. We'll definitely be back for happy hour but will know how to pace ourselves next time. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I came here for a friend's graduation dinner, which was pretty good! The vibe is classy, and I loved the blue decor throughout the restaurant. It is one of those dim places where you can barely see the food, but apparently, that makes it taste better. I ordered the short-rib pasta, and it was tasty! It did need some salt and pepper, but once I added that, I had no regrets! I also ordered a TRIPLE lemon drop, which was both delicious and strong (and not too pricy considering the extra shots).

Definitely in my top 10 restaurants ever! Some negative reviews are pre-Carlos the GM. They have found thir footing and know how to knock it out of the park. The restaurant decor is absolutely gorgeous and the service is impeccable. You will feel like royalty here.Every bite of every course was perfection! But what differentiates Blu from other steakhouses is the manner in which the courses are presented. Each steak is verified for proper temperature by the customer when served. All of the staff work as a team and there is never a moment when you will feel neglected.
