I typically do not eat vegan, but I decided to give this place a try after seeing it on door dash! This month my husband and I are fasting all meat, cheese, etc. I am so glad I gave it a try! I was nervous at the first bite, but so happily surprised at how great it tasted. It looked delicious and tasted so also. I would highly recommend this to anyone vegan, or someone wanting to try something outside of their comfort zone.

Walking up to this place it feels like a little hole on the wall. The menus great you as you walk in and you go around the corner to order. I ordered the JBR and my friend ordered the homie. I ordered fries and he got the blissed fries, he also got a strawberry milkshake. I was pleased with the presentation. Everything came out hot and looked great. The bacon in my burger was extremely crispy to the point I felt like it was stabbing my mouth. The burger itself was nice. My friend enjoyed his food but the sauce on his fries was a little much. Overall it was okay but not something I would particularly crave. I didn't feel like the price matched the quality or quantity of product. It's a nice change of restaurants that focuses on burgers with a heathy twist. Staff did come check on us periodically and were friendly. The restaurant was clean but not much foot traffic so you're not overwhelmed with noise. I would give it a second chance and try something different. The fries were on point and I bet some of there other snacks are as well. I'd be back when in the area.

Had a great experience at blissful burger. The staff was kind. All the food was great and it was a cool 50s vibe. Highly recommend the OG -the chicken fried steak!

First time at the new location! I was nearby so I decided to grab a burger before I headed back downtown where I live. Use to order from here all the time when they were on the Southside. The burgers are always amazing. I sit here a half hour after they opened and there was one person in front of me. The OPEN sign is flashing but other than that, the place looks closed. The chairs are still on the table from the night before and the lights are so dim. It's not giving off very welcoming vibes at the moment. I'm not complaining by any means but I am also a repeat customer. If I was a first timer though, I might not give this place a try simply because it doesn't look inviting. The food is definitely worth trying but they do need to work on the ambience.

The food was really good. My daughter and I (both not vegan/vegetarian) really enjoyed the food. It's pretty pricy though. 2 burgers, 1 order of fries and 2 drinks was over $40. The fake bacon was surprisingly good, and the patties were tasty. The fries were great.

Some great vegan burgers that don't feel pretentious... the type of place that you can bring your carnivore friends and they won't scoff at the food. Not the "nicest" looking on the inside, seems like it's still getting built out, but good people and attentive service

Love the vegan options for some comfort food . Really good service, a little pricy if i don't control myself on all the great options they have.

Loved this place! Beyond Meat burgers in a dozen or more ways, all of which were good: we had the JBR (jalapeños) and the classic (the most popular menu item). We also shared a basket of fries with their house sauce -- like a vegan thousand island -- and what might have been the best fried mushrooms any of us had ever had! Super friendly staff, too. We will go back again and again! Only quibble: the music was odd. A classic hits station was playing a lot of deep cuts from the 50s and 60s ... some of which were outright odd. But we were there for the food and it 100% impressed.

I'm about to be admitted into the BBA (Blissful Burgers Anonymous) program as I'm completely addicted to this place. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant always clean. The food, insert drool emoji here, is ALWAYS on point. Always. I've tried nearly everything on the menu and, being someone who goes faithfully once a week, I can truly say that they are spot on all the time. I highly recommend the chili- cheese fries (just not on the day I go cuz I don't want them to run out!). Also try the burger. Which one? All of them. Not all at once though because they're a good size. They also run specials which I'm always impressed with (like the Aloha Burger and the Hamburger Steak Bowl). Now I don't usually leave reviews but when I do, it's for ligit places like this.

I liked the JBR Burger-- which has probably grass-fed beef, American cheese, ranch dressing, vegan bacon strips, tomato, and romaine lettuce. My only complaint is the cost. I paid $18.99 for a small burger and tea. That was without me ordering an extra patty for $4. Also, all the menu items are a la carte. For $18.99 you can have a feast at your favorite cafe. The burger was great. I can't say the same about the value. That may be why the dining room was nearly empty this evening and when I visited it one afternoon three summers ago. (I didn't order anything then, but just eyed the menu.)I'm single and I can see how ordering for a group--say, a family-- would be a problem for many people with money not stretching as far as it used to. Family money matters and stagnant wages may be why so many restaurants have been struggling. At least once a week I read of long-standing restaurants closing, and the restaurant business is notoriously risky even without inflation.I'll say this for Blissful Burger's menu value: At least they don't charge for tea refills, and they do have a loyalty program.I'd recommend Blissful Burger as a place for a great burger but not as a place for an inexpensive meal.
