The Animal fries are the bomb! Fries covered in some sort of beer jalapeño cheese and, brisket. Can I say yummm! They were hot and fresh, and the brisket was great. It wasn't fatty, but super juicy still, and it had a great crust on it! I will def stop by this food truck again if I see it.
