Bigz Burger Joint

We arrived 5:30pm on a Tuesday to wonder if they were even open. The lot was virtually empty. People finally arrived around 6:00.The place is huge! Lots of long picnic tables and many round table that can accommodate 8. The 'patio' area has a huge turf covered lawn that the kids love and run around on. This is definitely a good place for families to hang out. Now the food is excellent. The burger was very flavorful, the fries excellent and the chocolate shake was the perfect combination. The reason I cannot give it more than 3 stars is the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting. Every single stall had feces on, in or around the toilet. There is NO WAY they have been cleaned in a few days. If I had gone in before I ate I don't think I could have eaten my food. I am not exaggerating whatsoever. Absolutely NASTY!

They have decent sized burgers and lots of toppings that can be added but for an up charge. They also offer fries, homemade potato chips, adult beverages and shakes.They have a decent sized parking lot and when we got there at 11:30 am there was no line and the staff was very friendly. When you order your burger, you can tell them how to cook it, I ordered mine medium well, but unfortunately, it was cooked past well done and super dry. We got our food to go so I couldn't take it back to them to show them how it was cooked. I added mushrooms and avocado. The mushrooms were worth the upcharge. My burger was overflowing with them, and they were tasty. The avocado was a little lacking, in my opinion, for the price to add it. The fries were ok, but the homemade potato chips is were its at. They tasted fresh and had a nice crunch. I also got a shake. It was amazing! The shake tasted like they had a vanilla plant outside. It was so flavorful and creamy. Would I go again? Yes, but I would get my patty medium so it was more edible.

I had a Chicken Cobb salad and Brownie To-Go. The salad was very satisfying with fresh veggies, a juicy and seasoned chicken breast, crispy bacon chunks, half a boiled egg, avocado, and a nice amount of blue cheese. I was not expecting the salad to be so good. The Brownie? Well, it was amazing!

My friend recommended this place and this place is amazing. We will definitely be back again. I need to try some of the other burgers

Had a pretty good burger at this place.... Lots of seating, lots of space.. easy concept with easy menu and very clean.It was a very nice place... i had the double cheeseburger combo and the burger was HUGE!Tasted pretty good but not on my top three list of burgers in this town. Lol

This trip was pretty disappointing.... We arrived right before the lunch crowd so we walked right up and got our order in. Went for drinks and there was no ice tea or sweet tea just the tea bags sitting there and the bins empty. Sat down to wait for our food and the chairs just look defeated some rusty, some just barely hanging on...We were called for our food just a few minutes later which was nice, but when I went to the bar where they keep the onions there were (3) red onion slices and about (10) white onion slices that were dried out like being there from the day before. So I took the red onions. The plates looked nice especially the Chicago dog.I go to put my burger together and i have (1) skimpy slice of tomato and a few shreds of lettuce. The bun was really greasy on the outside, not sure if it was butter or what. The burger had no seasoning at all and the fries were limp. My wife really enjoyed the Chicago dog she said it was very tasty and fresh, she tore it up! We also got a cup of chili and it was very enjoyable.Overall a decent experience, but I probably wont go back if I'm in the mood for a burger.

Nice place for a quick lunch or hangout with the family. Clean location, and kept up as guests came and went. Pricing is good for the meal, and I like that I can order a beer with my food. My only complaint is that I paid for extra pickles and only got the 3 that it came with. Otherwise all was good.

If you like veggie burgers or want vegan options.... go.If you like most excellent and delicious french fires.... go.If you like refreshing adult and non-adult beverages.... go. If you like outdoor dining... go. The veggie burger with the caramelized onions is not something I normally would go for... Not a fan of onions... But boy am I glad I stepped out of my comfort zone! Everything was rich, flavorful, and filling with a fantastic balance of textures and flavors. *Chef's kiss*And the fries were so crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Plus, they do NOT skimp on the sizes of the fry orders...Fast service. Good prices. Will be back :)

Decided to give this place a try. We left there very disappointed. We walked in and ordered and received our food but the only problem was that almost every table in the place said reserved. We looked around everywhere for somewhere to sit and there was absolutely no seating. We had to all stand around a trash can and eat. We ended up just throwing our food away and left. What they should have done was had a sign at the front door letting everyone know that the seats were reserved. We would have left and gone somewhere else. I guess that's why they don't put a sign. We ended up spending close to $40 just to throw our food away. What a terrible experience!! I don't recommend trying this place. Very poor customer service

Burger was mid, I've had better.. everything is a la carte here they up charge for everything on the burger. Customer service could be better walked in to order , it took 5 mins just for somebody to take my order.
