Benny's Tacos

This place is nothing fancy (the restaurant is a repurposed old Wendy's building) but it's just plain, good food with friendly and quick service. Usually I just go through the drive through, but I had time today to dine in.I've tried the Barbacoa, bacon and egg taco, picadillo, carne guisada, chorizo and egg, sweet tea, and horchata.There wasn't a single thing that was not delicious. The Barbacoa is a little greasy so if you're not into slightly greasy barbacoa then go somewhere else but it doesn't bother me at all. Next time I get the chance, I'd love to try their menudo.

Woke up Sunday morning and found this small gem just down the street from where we were staying at. Small places like this are the ones that usually surprise you and this place sure did. Ordered some breakfast tacos and a plate and the food was brought out in a timely manner. Food was good and so was the service. If I'm ever in the area I will not hesitate to eat here again.

I threw up this morning eating my bean and cheese taco I ordered i don't know what the hell this is I want an answer? I bought 3 and I threw the other 2 away I was so sick to my stomach

Benny's Tacos has great tasty food . This is the only place that I will eat Chicken Mole at besides home . Their chicken is always tender & the Mole sweet just the way I like it . If your in the Walzem Rd area go check them out .

A little breakfast gem...breakfast tacos hot and delicious. I sat in and had 2 tacos. Plentiful for a big guy like me.

I pass this place on my way to work almost every morning. They always have a line in their drive thru, so I decided to try it out the other day. I had 2 bacon, egg, and cheese tacos. They were really good and fresh too. I haven't been to Benny's Tacos for lunch, so I'm not sure how it is. I do recommend their breakfast tacos though.

Amazing food and service. Love this place. I go out of my way just to have breakfast tacos here. The best in San Antonio!

Been going for years and it's been great all those years! The tacos are always hot and the people arw great and friendly.

My husband and I go to bennys every Saturday for breakfast tacos and we love it! the staff is always pleasant and the tacos are always good! Ellie is the best and she always makes us feel like we are important, by taking the time to talk to us. Best breakfast tacos ever!!
