Everything about this bakery is beautiful, colorful, and inviting! We tried the pistachio cannoli, turtle cheesecake, and Dubai chocolate to start! Everything was great! We also had the cardamom hot tea and it was hot and fresh, and perfect. The staff is always friendly and inviting. The items don't have prices listed so if you're on a budget, be sure to ask because the bill jumps up quickly, especially when you're tempted by how pretty everything is!

If you have a sweet tooth, this is the place to stop by. They had an amazing selection of sweets to purchase including the Dubai chocolate (which is what I came for). We got the matcha tiramisu (my favorite of what we ordered), pistachio baklava, birds nest (way too sweet for me), Dubai chocolate and Nutella hot chocolate. The Dubai chocolate was underwhelming as it didn't taste like chocolate to me, but it was worth a try. I would come back for the tiramisu, it was amazing.

My husband and I recently visited Baklovah Bakery, and we both enjoyed trying various desserts. First off, the Dubai chocolate bar was absolutely delicious -- rich, smooth, and indulgent without being overpowering. But the real standout for us was the warbat. It quickly became our new favorite dessert; it's the perfect balance of flavors, not too sweet, with a wonderfully light and flaky texture. The pistachio baklava, while good, was a bit too sweet for our taste, but the nutty richness was still enjoyable. We also tried the mini Nutella cheesecakes, and they were a delightful treat -- creamy, with just the right amount of Nutella flavor. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to try more of their desserts and perhaps a cup of coffee to go along with them. As much as I would love to give this place a five star rating, I have to knock off one star because of the service. The service was okay, as we felt a bit rushed to order. The lady serving us seemed annoyed (which I noticed how she interacted with customers before and after us), and not very friendly at all -- it seemed as if she was either having a bad day, or expected everyone to know their order as soon as she came to your service. Aside from the "meh" service, I still do highly recommend this place if you're in the mood for something unique and delicious!

hello, yes, and more please. The basbousa is as perfect as ever. I wish I had gotten more. I brought home the pistachio raisin nougat and am glad a got a pound of it. This is one of the reasons I regret not living in SA, TX.

Place is very clean and has a good amount of seating available to come with family. Seriously one of THE best bakeries I've had in a while! They have the viral Dubai chocolate and it's a must try!! They're other bakery items are SO VERY DELICIOUS and if you go early enough they have a good selection to choose from

What do you do when you keep under your target weight for 5 days, you celebrate. Well, at least, I do. Baklovah bakery was just the right fix for my sweet tooth tonight. It is located in a shopping square that is surrounded by Middle Eastern shops and restaurants. The vibe is definitely here and this bakery appears to be popular. There is such a wide variety of pastries that it was hard to decide which one to try. I went with the Russian Honey Cake and the Mini Turtle Cheesecake. The cheesecake was good but that Honey cake was something special. I picked it because it was the last one and I figured others were on to something here. There are some indoor and outdoor seatings in case you want to stay put and enjoy. There are plenty of workers helping you collect your choices and then ringing you up. You walk down the glass showcase and choose. Next time the blueberry mousse cake is coming home with me.

The desserts look beautiful and some taste ok, nothing special or unique. Very pricey, which I don't mind if the product was out of this world, it isn't. This is my second time going and the customer service is not it, they rush you with a blah attitude, not welcoming or friendly, just blah. The first time it was packed so it didn't bother me that much, but this second time there was no line and no one behind me, the older Hispanic lady was rushing and seemed annoyed that we weren't ordering fast enough. Then she proceeds to the cash register to charge me for the goodies, again just a blah attitude, hands me items and no thank you, come again, nothing! Moves over to the other register and speaks and smiles very friendly toward that customer. Definitely won't be going again, solely based on their customer service.

This place was amazing! I now dream of Dubai chocolate, which I highly recommend. First let me say they have an amazing selection of sweets and while the line is long it goes fast like chick fil a. I came in for the famous Dubai chocolate and while it looks small it was filling and amazing. Just know the parking lot always seems like a lot is going on. It's just that way.

This place always has the most delicious treats. The baklava is fresh and flakey. The cannolis are yummy ( I'd say go with the mini version because the ratio of shell to cream is perfect). They also have a variety of mousse cakes that are divine. They have quick and friendly service.

I've been meaning to visit Baklovah for a while since the Dubai chocolate bar sensation. Since I had already tried the Dubai chocolate I was looking to try other treats. Walking in on a Saturday I noticed they have a steady stream of customers. Parking is very limited so be patient. You will eventually get a spot. We walked in and got in line but I was frustrated because I didn't see a menu anywhere. With the line of people you can't see the treats until you reach the counter to order and even then you can't see what's at the end of the counter. They charge about $14 per pound and the person behind the counter fills a box as you go. I think it would be helpful if they adopted La Panaderías ordering system which provides paper menus at start of the line. But it's an ethnic bakery and I'm sure most shoppers already know what they want. I probably would have bought more if I knew all the choices. A lot of people were eating a strawberry chocolate concoction that looked good but I'm not sure what it was. As others have mentioned, service is attentive but not overly helpful. My suggestion for a first timer is go on a slow day/time like maybe midafternoon (not lunchtime) on a weekday. Everything I tried was delish except the tiramisu which was meh. We ate gelato there which was very flavorful and took the treats home. My favorite was the walnut baklava. I wish I knew about the Turkish coffee. It would have gone perfectly with the desserts. But I'll be back to explore again.
