Baba Shawarma

Delicious, flavorful and good quality food. The truck is tucked behind a Shell gas station so you might miss it if you're not looking for it. We tried the chicken shawarma plate and the chicken gyro plate and both were great. Everything was served fresh and hot and the portions are generous. The plates were served with salad, rice, pita, and either hummus or a tzatziki sauce. They also have a garlic sauce and a spicy sauce that we asked for which complemented the plates. The young man working the register is doing a great job and has good customer service skills!

This food truck had a ton of options and you can order ahead. The chicken shawarma was delicious and the fries were nice and crisp, with really good seasoning! The man working was super sweet and gave me ketchup and hot sauce on the side!! I will definitely be back to try more!

Friendly owner; recommended the lamb gyro. It came with French fries, mixed vegetables, and tzatziki sauce. It came out to a little over $13. Reasonable cost for a food truck Pros- Lamb gyro and French fries were well seasoned- Tzatziki sauce tasted refreshing- Friendly owner (came over to give me the takeout while I was in my car)- Pretty solid portionCons- Mixed vegetable weren't great. It was almost too seasoned; maybe a little too much salt. Tasted a little vinegaryI'd go back, but would look for something that either doesn't have vegetables, or ask to sub the veggies for something else

Delicious food and generous portions. I wasn't familiar with the types of sauce, so, I was offered a sample of each,and I was not disappointed. Wonderful service.

Love this place so much. The wraps are delicious and the beef shawarma is perfect. They never disappoint & always fill me up for a very reasonable price.

Bummed because I got home to find my order was not right. I ordered 2 chicken shawarma plates (#14) and the gentleman told me they only had enough rice for one. So I changed to 1 shawarma plate (sliced "doner" on rice) and 1 arabi plate with fries. I even mentioned to him that my daughter likes fries so that would be okay for her plate. Must have been a misunderstanding. I am gluten sensitive so couldn't eat it - there are tiny bits of chicken with sauce and pickles wrapped burrito style in a bread. Too much work to try to pull out the little chicken pieces (did try a little and it was on the dry side without the fixings). Gentleman had said after I placed the order that it was "easier" that way so I should have asked what he meant because two different orders doesn't seem easier.I did ask when handed the containers if there was yogurt. He said no but then followed up, do you mean a drink? I just wanted yogurt to go with my meat and turns out the yogurt sauce is really delicious and the spicier red sauce is good too. But showing up at 4:30pm on a Friday, it is surprising that they were nearly out of rice and apparently, also yogurt drinks! Lastly, the fries were limp and barely warm (took me another 30 minutes to drive home so maybe they were warm at first). I'd need to pop them into the air fryer and maybe they would be good then but seems they had been sitting around for a while.My daughter didn't care for the sandwich (was looking forward to it as she grew up eating Mediterranean food living in Turkey). We gave some to the grandkids and they didn't want it either.May give them another try. Hope springs eternal! Could have just been an off day and I'll double check my order next time. Today was a 1 star experience in terms of the food. I'll update this review if and when I do.

I discovered this place about a month ago and think about their food all the time. I've only gotten the chicken shawarma plate and it's absolutely delicious. The plate is very generous and flavorful, and the service is friendly and fast

Cute food truck, but a little over priced. The one behind the DQ up Fredericksburg gives sides with your order but wasn't bad. Filling and fresh.
