Food was great, however service was not doing well at all. We ordered a lunch meal, however our soup was cold. Additionally whenever the waitress came to give us our order, she would place them all onto one side of the table and walk away, leaving us to have to pass around our meals and drinks to who they belonged to ourselves.Cheese rolls were good and the Thai tea was great, however the service needed help.

I finally had the chance to visit Baan Thai restaurant. The basil fried rice with level 1 spice was a delightful choice, especially with the addition of extra eggs and cashews--it sounds like a tasty combination. My cousins, opting for the chicken basil fried and drunken noodles at higher spice levels (4 and 3) said the spice level was intense flavorful. I felt the portion sizes for the cost we paid was less. The boxes do not come filled up to the top. It's something they need to work on.We got some red chili paste and chili powder. They were good in taste and flavor. Will come and dine in again to try some other dishes.

Unassuming from the outside and typical strip mall set up, nice waitress but had no recommendations. I got my stand-by pad se ew- it noodles had a nice chew and it was tasty- I would get extra Chinese broccoli next time- if you like spice and not the white pepper kind, there is some red pepper siracha like paste on the table. However the real piece de resistance was the mango and sticky rice- I could leave off the sour cream type sauce they put on the top- but uh huh, I'm going back for this. Sticky rice seasoned to perfection, amazing sauce and the mangos were nicely rioe and sweet.g

This was a restaurant my wife found on Yelp. She suggested we try it as the reviews were good. It's in a strip center at the corner of Heibner road and Floyd curl. A favorite Thai dish for me is basil stir fry. When I saw it on the menu I decided to try it with shrimp. I was really glad I did. Fantastic dish! Pad Thai is great too. The restaurant is small and appears very clean. Service is good but not exceptional. For those looking for some great Thai food I'd recommend you give it a shot. Don't think you'd be disappointed.

Um, how have we lived in SA for this long without discovering this place!!! BEST Thai in this area!!! Level 3 is on the hot side of medium and is perfect in our opinion. Had favor deliver and it was still super fresh and flavorful! Not insane portions either which was PERFECT because I would have eaten myself into a Thai coma, happily. We will ABSOLUTELY be ordering from here from now on and will be telling everyone we know about it!!

I've been here a dozen times and honestly the food just gets better and better everytime. Right away we are greeted and while we wait to order they waitress brought over vegetable soup. Great flavor. If was full of different vegetables which paired nicely. We ordered our chicken pad Thai and pad cashew which was spicy. I love spicy food so I felt my food had just the right amount of spicy. Once again will definitely be going back to enjoy this meal again.

This is my favorite Thai restaurant in San Antonio. Every time I go there the food is excellent and the service is great. I've taken several people there and they all love it as well. I completely recommend this restaurant. It is a must if you like Thai food.

Easy parking, and a wide selection of dishes. This might be our favorite Thai place on the northwest side: fresh and fast and friendly. We were seated immediately and had a broad selection of dishes to pick from, and all of it was delicious. We had plenty left to have a second meal, too. The waitress was attentive and brought us samples of another dish to try as well! We will be back.

I had a lunch special: a mild chicken Pad See Ew with Tom Yum soup and a small salad. The soup and main meal were excellent, though the salad was fairly average. The mild spice level was fairly hot: I'd be cautious before trying medium. The service was phenomenal: the woman present was very responsive and helpful, and the meal arrived quite quickly. The room wasn't too crowded or noisy, and the music was pleasant. I'd definitely recommend it to others in the area looking for lunch.
