This food trailer is at Garrison Brothers Distillery. All their food was great, but the cheeseburger was amazing! 5 stars (out of 5), and I'm a cheeseburger connoisseur. Yes, it tasted as good as it looks. Yes, it wasn't easy to eat, but well worth the effort. The burger is comprised of two succulent burger patties, melted gooey American cheese and a big 'ol pile of crispy onion rings, all sandwiched between a crispy buttered bun. The crispy fries were coated with a flavorful seasoning. The chef and owner is the nicest guy, and even delivered our food to us where we were sitting.

We couldn't have any of the actual dishes because the electricity was down but the gentleman working the truck was still nice and courteous and gave us all free fries. The fries were pretty AMAZING though. Excellent service and thoughtful of him! Can't wait to come back and try it when the electricity is working!!

Came to San Antonio for vacation. We live in San Diego so we know a good food truck when we come across one. Definitely top notch food and the owner Matt was a true hustler. If we're ever back in SAN it will be our first stop!

This truck parked at Garrison Brothers Bourbon Distillery is amazing. Everything I've tried there is great. The Cheeseburger with the onion rings was phenomenal.

the philly was on point! hard to believe this food truck was run by only one person! saw a bunch of dishes come out and everything was healthy proportions and consistent. looking forward to running into american heirloom kitchen again.

We hired Matt to cater our wedding on April 6, 2019 and he was as absolutely PHENOMENAL. Everyone could not stop talking about how amazing the food was! Matt was professional, punctual, and just a complete pleasure to work with! I can't extend enough praise for American Heirloom and the food! Not only was our wedding catering amazing, we met up with Matt initially while he was posted up during his regular business hours and the food then was fantastic also! (See photos)

Hand down BEST FOOD TRUCK! Matt is the hardest working owner you'll come across, his passion surely comes out in his food and customer service. We ordered the bourbon burger and the Cajon grilled cheese and we were not disappointed. Can't wait to have it again!

Had the hamburger and chicken tacos from the truck at Alamo Beer last night. The Heirloom food was terrific. The onion rings on the burger give it a crunch that distinguishes from all others. The owner was a one man band and he did a great job. Perfect food to go with good beer.
