Almost Perfect BBQ

Ordered a brisket sandwich and it was totally inedible. Well the bun was fine. Mostly fat and toughest meat I've ever had. Could not even bite Into. Shame since our sandwich was the first of the day! You have to know that what you're serving is bad.
