Aldaco's Mexican Cuisine

We LOVE this place and Blanca's staff. The outdoor covered patio has such a beautiful view that it's the perfect place to hang out for a little while and relax.I only ever order the centerpiece because of how delicious it is and it's so simple but tastes amazing.The guacamole and queso is great as well!Family favorite 10/10.

Aldaco's Cuisine is a nice restaurant in the Stoneoak area that is great for getting together with friends. They have very good apps and their selection of margaritas is top shelf. The service is attentive and takes great care of their customers. Overall, the food is solid, with the best options being the enchiladas.

Definitely not run of the mill Tex-Mex. They offer a unique selection of Mexican food and drinks. Our server was very attentive throughout and had great knowledge of the menu. It has a very modern look with probably the best view in Stone Oak.

The food was outstanding, but the service left much to be desired. I swear I said "Thank you" to our server (Ever) a minimum of ten times. It actually became a game between my wife and I. And no matter how many times I said it, I never got a "You're welcome." There was no welcome greeting, no smile, he just did his job in silence and unpleasantness. Like I said though, the food was delicious. I've been coming to Aldaco's since 2000 when I worked at the one inside Sunset Station, also worked and patronized the "Paloma Blanca" in Alamo Heights, and visited the one on I10 multiple times. Never have I had an experience like this. The Stone Oak location is Beautiful but the staff needs updated customer service training.

Very well known for the outside seating and view. The food is good and authentic. I tried the enchiladas (green and red salsa). The green salsa was amazing and had a strong garlic flavor. The service was excellent, and the waiters were very attentive. Also a great place to have a birthday party.

Ambience is great with nice broad views of the sky! However the food quality has dropped. We had the enchiladas and beans and they were not fresh and they tasted awful. The chips were good. Lol. The service was so so. Just not the Aldacos we used to like!

We visited this restaurant for a late lunch on a Saturday. It is in a shopping center and had plenty of parking. It wasn't busy when we got there, but started to fill up as we were leaving. We were sat right away. The restaurant is very large and has an amazing view from the patio. We don't normally pay for chips and salsa, but they were cheap and really good. My wife got the flautas and I got the tacos al pastor. Both were delicious and the portions were large. I had so much al pastor that I had to ask for more tortillas. Our server was attentive and the food came out quickly.

Sooo good! We're staying close to the Alamo but in a recommendation, we drove 45 min in rush hour traffic to have dinner on a rainy Tuesday evening. The patio was under some maintenance but it looks gray for a party or a sunset dinner. The indoor is brightly decorated and the staff knowledgeable and courteous. Our server recommended Hibiscus jalapeño margaritas and it was a great starter. We skipped the appetizers and ordered Chile Relleno Enchiladas and Street Tacos San Miguel. Both were beautifully plated, served promptly and so flavorful. We'll make sure to come again and have recommended this to friends and family.

Queso is VERY bland and only tastes like melted velveta cheese. They only had Tabasco to spice it up which then curdled the queso. I didn't like the taste of the rice. Strange oily smell. It's a very noisy restaurant Food was fine, nothing exciting The waitress was never around, so we had to ask other waitresses for help Finally, you don't get an itemized check, just your credit card receipt

Excellent food and service from the hosts and our server. My wife and parents are pleased with everything.
