Al Carbon Pollos Asados

I'm obsessed with Al carbon! I'd rate it 6 stars if I could! They serve the most authentic, mouth-watering Pollos Asados I've ever had.The star of the show is undoubtedly their famous red asado chicken - smoky, juicy, and full of flavor. But what really puts them over the top is their incredible green salsa!The service is great, the atmosphere is great, and the prices are super reasonable. But let's be real, I'm coming back for that salsa!If you're a fan of authentic Mexican cuisine, do yourself a favor and GET. HERE. NOW.Hands down, one of the best dining experiences I've had!

The food is really good here. The chicken was a little overcooked but had a good flavor. This place was super busy. I will be back.

We ordered off door dash. We chose it because even with the fees and tip, it was one of the more affordable places that day. They did not disappoint! Everything was absolutely delicious! The BEANS!!!! We are ordering again just for those! Everything seemed fresh with the exception of certain pieces of chicken. I don't known if it was a mixed batch with freshly cooked versus older. Nothing the sauce couldn't fix! The sauces were amazing! Everything was flavorful and delicious! The only negatives I can say besides the couple of dry pieces of chicken, was the fajita wasn't the traditional fajita we are used to. It's not bad, actually quite good. The amount of food we got for what we paid even through door dash made this a new favorite for us!

Finally came to eat here in person!! My family and I have been ordering food from here on door dash the past three times since April. We love the food.Everything is so fresh and flavorful. Staff is so friendly from the moment you walk in, especially our waitress! Such a chill spot. The interior is clean, the mural on the wall is nice, space is not too big, but it's a perfect spot to eat and go. Price is awesome especially for the two person meal. Paid about $37 including drinks. Glad we finally came in person.

I stopped in after reading several reviews. I decided I needed to see for myself whether this place was worth bringing friends or not. I ordered to go. From the moment I walked in everyone even the patrons were friendly. The establishment was very clean, you could smell the food and it made me hungry (yummm). I placed my order for half a roasted chicken with the trimmings- rice, beans, tortillas, various salsas, etcI got home and prepared my plate and I'll tell ya.... I was not disappointed at all. Everything was delicious! My only issue is the fact that the beans had pieces of pork in it and I don't eat pork or beef but other than that, the food was fantastic.

By far my favorite place to eat. For the three of us ( in our family) we do two half orders which is more than enough chicken. We order this way so that it can come with two rices (to share) then we add an extra beans on the side! The beans are so good! The total for our meal is normally about 32$ which is what we typically pay for the 3 of us! The half order comes with chicken ... rice ... toritallas... onions... one jalapeño and salsa! Def very worth it

Return visit! Chicken and beef fajitas were flavorful and hot. Beans were delicious. Guac and pico were good and picoso. Rice, salchicha, and tortillas were OK. The only negative thing were the flies buzzing around. Lots of food given in the parrillada familiar!

As I walked through the door I was greeted by beautiful Mexican decor and clean inviting tables with Mexican music to set the mood. We ordered the whole chicken that comes with rice, corn tortillas, jalapeño and grilled onions. We added a side of charro beans and Jamaica to drink. Our order was served fast and it was piping hot. The rice looked good but it was crunchy. The charro beans were so flavorful with chicarrón and we couldn't get enough especially when you dip your rolled up corn tortilla in it. The chicken smelled so good but it was a little dry so we added lime on top and then smothered it in the green sauce.

We got the meal that serves 2-3 people and it definitely serves 3-4! Great price, great food, great service!

We had delivery from one of these locations, on Jan. 9 th. Two of us got sick, I however was hit fiercely with explosive diarrhea in the middle of the night. This chorro lasted for over two weeks. I could not sleep much less go to work during this period. I reached out to this company and reported it to door dash. Door dash was responsive and kind. Al Carbon on the other hand has not bothered which is why I am now posting this yelp. Lost two weeks of wages and had to go to the doctor. Go figure, beware!Ferdinand
