We were staying at one of the connected hotels and had a credit to use at the on site restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised with the rooftop views and drinks and appetizer. It was a bit chilly, I wish they had more warmers but overall it was a vibe and fun to be up there on a Friday night. Eventhough it was cold, we chose to sit outside because the DJ was spinning inside and it was a bit loud for us old folk.We ordered the queso and added brisket. It was so good, had to get 2!

I'm an absolute sucker for a rooftop restaurant, so 1Watson was the easy choice for our first dinner in San Antonio. We had reservations and were seated immediately in a cozy little corner. Started out with drinks and an appetizer. The homemade salsa is sweet and acidic. It pairs perfectly with their queso. Our waitress, Michelle, was amazing and kept bringing us more chips too. Then our entrees came. I'm not even being dramatic when I say those were the BEST enchiladas I have ever had! I added chicken (they come vegetarian if you don't) and I haven't stopped thinking about them. And of course we had to end with their S'mores Board for dessert, it was so cute. They brought out a board of supplies and a little flame to roast your marshmallows. Literally the cutest.What a perfect start to our long weekend in San Antonio!

If you're looking for a rooftop restaurant with an incredible view of the city, a great atmosphere, and decent drinks, 1Watson is the place to be. However, if you care about quality food and service, I'd recommend going elsewhere.I've been here before for the ambiance and drinks, but during my last visit, I decided to try the food for the first time. I ordered the Half Grilled Chicken Cilantro. The presentation was impressive, and the taste wasn't bad--until I cut into the chicken and saw blood. I immediately flagged down an employee and sent it back. It took 35 minutes for them to bring a new plate, and to my surprise, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the issue. No compensation, nothing--just a complete disregard for the situation.For a place that markets itself as upscale, serving undercooked chicken is unacceptable. If I were rating just the atmosphere, it's a solid 5 stars. Drinks? About 3.5. But service? 1 star. Food? 0. I won't be ordering from their kitchen again.

The view is amazing, but stay for the cocktails with friends. This rooftop bar has a perfect view of the courthouse and the plaza in front of the historical San Fernando Cathedral. To access, there is a separate entrance with a dedicated elevator that takes you straight up to the bar. Apparently, you can reserve a space through their website. We opted for hanging out in front of the glass bar and watched the cathedral light up for the evening. The bartenders were fast and friendly. Yes, the bathrooms are accessible and towards the back corner. We hope to reserve the space in the future, or at keast stop by with friends. I have no idea about parking since we took a rideshare.

First time going for brunch with my friends. It took awhile before our server came to take our order. We had to ask the host if we can order but he said he was looking for our server. Busy day. My friend and I ordered the brisket burger and my other friend ordered the club sandwich which I had half of and I gave her half of my burger. I thought both were pretty good! The place has a nice vibe and very pretty!

Can't believe I haven't reviewed 1Watson before now! I've been a couple of times prior and have always loved the food. The interior is just beautiful and if you make our way outside the views of the SA skyline can't be beat. During my most recent visit I enjoyed a delicious clubhouse sandwich that had a crab salad in it (YUM) and a muddled berry cocktail. The service was slow at the beginning but as soon as we got their attention she was very kind and attentive. Highly recommend this place if you have out of town guests or if you just want some good food and cocktails with a fantastic view.

First time here. They were extremely busy. We waited 20-25 minutes before our server came over to take our order. The balcony area was extremely busy. The music was good. We ordered off the brunch menu. We all enjoyed what we ordered. We loved the ambience.The brisket burger tasted good, but the egg slightly overcooked & a few pieces of meat were tough. The others had the sandwich & enjoyed it. They also enjoyed their cocktails. I would definitely recommend .

This is a really fancy restaurant but the menu is limited and I'm positive our servers hated their jobs, and people in general. We sat a long time waiting to get service. Waited even longer to order food and then longer again to check out. I would have ordered more if the waiter bothered to ask

This was my first rooftop restaurant/bar in satx and it was such a fun experience. You do need reservations and it's always full lol but it's worth it. THEIR GOLDEN HOUR SANGRIA *chefs kiss* & their strawberry mojitos too!!! Their potato wedges were delicious ! but too thick for my liking. And their dessert so yummy! A little pricey but honestly nothing super crazy for the rooftop experience. Everything is super clean and nightly aesthetic. Honestly would go back because the environment was so nice and the food was good! Great first time experience over all !!

This was a cool San Antonio rooftop that overlooks, the famous Riverwalk. I got a marshmallow old fashioned off their holiday menu that was sweeter than your average but delicious nonetheless. The bartender Sebastian was very attentibe and friendly. Great service, great drinks, great views!
