What a great local bar. We went with about 11 people from out of town on a recommendation from a local. They have darts, bags and pool tables. The bar staff was was so friendly and told us how to use each one. Our party had age groups from 35-65 and everyone had a good time. It was karaoke night and the 4 that we watched were very good. Mostly country but some R&B got the crowd jumping with cheers. I wish we could have stayed longer, if you are in San Antonio and like a good time it is worth an Uber ride. Why not 5 stars- have to go to the bar for service and they are great but should have someone do table service as well.

This place was absolutely a FUN time. My sister was visiting from NJ and we wanted to go out gif drinks, music, and fun! It was my first time there and will definitely go back. The band was great. Bartenders were attentive and atmosphere was good ole country fun! Put on your boots snd scoot on over for a great night out. Hope to see you there. Enjoy!

I've been going to this place for years. It's one of the few places in San Antonio that just keeps getting better and better. Always such a fun, wholesome and vivacious experience. From management to waitresses to bartenders, always amazing. Ambiance is inviting and full of great energy. And the music is the best! Great job y'all! Keep on being amazing *high five*

I have been coming here for years- mainly with coworkers due to the location and lack of other options. I went this Saturday with a group of 4 and we won't be back. They charged a $5 cover per person and we had to sit outside due to the lack of options. The band was nobody we have ever heard of. Honestly, we preferred it when the band was on a break because at least then we had music from a station playing through the patio speakers. We could hear the noise of the live music but that's it. They sometimes have the window between the bar and patio open but not last Saturday. It was in the low 50's. A male employee was nice enough try to turn on a heater for us but it was out of propane. We went to buy our first round where they had plenty of bartenders. Most leaning around with their arms crossed looking unapproachable and unhappy to even be there. We were then told we could ONLY order drinks from the bartender we started a tab with. WHAT? That is ridiculous. Why should we have to wait for 1 bartender when someone else may have been available if our 1 bartender wasn't available to help us??? We had a few rounds since we were already there but won't be back. So disappointed.

The good ole local bar. Drinks are decently priced, live music is always a plenty. Come before 8pm to avoid cover charge of $5. Dance floor is hopping late on weekend nights and the taco lady inside is serving bomb street tacos to quench that drink belly before heading home. If you get sloppy you will get kicked out LOL

This is an awesome honkytonk to hang out in. They've got a decent sized dancefloor, a TouchTunes jukebox, and live music on weekend evenings. The bands are usually local cover bands, but they cover the Texas regional Red Dirt style music, so I really dig that.They have a full bar with $2.50 wells and domestic beers until 8pm. The only downside is, they don't have any beer on tap. Bottles and cans only. The beer selection isn't huge, but they do carry a few Texas brewed regional beers.Plenty of seating on the inside, and PLENTY of more seating on the outside deck and patio. Sometimes they have food trucks outside, but other times, they only have someone inside the front door selling tacos, and quesadillas, etc.The soap dispenser in the bathroom doesn't work, so you have to scoop your hand into it to get soap - um, no thanks. But that's really the only issue I had - I'm adding this place to my "keepers" list. It was fun hanging out here!

Restroom has roaches and is not clean. Stall doors usually broken. The bartenders are half nude which I believe is unsanitary. I would go to another venue if I wanted that type of show. Bartenders don't do a great job of tracking who sat down at the bar first to take orders in a first come first serve fashion. They expect you to go to them it seems like. If bar wants my $, they should come take my order not me walking up to them. Lastly, the prices fluctuate wildly. Every bartender somehow has a different price. I pay cash and don't get a receipt so I have no way of proving it, it's a bar so no itemized receipt is the norm. But yeah, I often can't make it to the liquor store before closing time so I am stuck coming to this bar when I need a drink because it is close to home. They give you a splash and not a full shot (1.5 oz) in your drink. Annoying.

Great night with JR Herrera Band and got a bonus when Nick Zamora sang a couple of songs with them.Awesome place.....reasonably priced drinks and cover.....Clean and good service every time we have gone !!!

Very nice place with quality bands. The drinks and the drink staff are always on point and the food that is there is normally well priced and worth every penny. Get there early because this place place gets packed. Lots of room lots of seating and a nice sized dance floor. Ive been there many times and never been disappointed.
