Pretty good place, quick service, reasonable prices. The place is a little run down looking but it's fine. The food was okay. I felt like there was some flavor missing, especially in the hummus. I would get the Greek salad again and ask them to not cover it in salad dressing but I would never get the hummus again.

Had a great Kafta wrap, $8 plus tax. Great deal and taste, fresh veggies, delicious sauce. Perfect!

It's quite a rare occurrence when you're able to find a restaurant that serves quick and delicious food on the fly, at a super low cost. Behold, Samad Mediterranean, my new stop for Mediterranean food in the Sandy Springs area. From what I understand, this restaurant is a family establishment that simply does things the right way. They offer tasty and authentic food while providing friendly service. They're popular in the area and bring life to an otherwise barren strip mall. The menu is designed to provide different handheld and plate options to get you in and out fairly quickly. Plates typically come with some meat, rice and a few sides. The Moe Meat Plate is a glamourous option for carnivores, as it contains kafta, chicken and gyro meat on top of a bed of rice with hummus. Samad really does a great job with their meats. They're all super tender and seasoned perfectly. You can see all of the meats spinning on the gyro broiler and it just makes your mouth water. When your dish comes in front of you, it smells and tastes fantastic. The hummus is also a fantastic consistency and fresh tasting. The bargain of the restaurant are the handhelds. You can get a full gyro with a side of fries or a salad for less than $10! The gyro is prepared well, the ratio of veggies to meat to sauce is great. All of the flavors combine well, and again, taste fresh! An underrated point, but their fries complement the meal well. They were hot, crispy and seasoned well. Nothing about this restaurant tastes or feels heavy or oily, which is a nice feeling once you've finished. There isn't much to the decor or the interior, but I feel like it really works with this restaurant, it doesn't ruin the aesthetic. Everything about this place gives you a "local family restaurant vibe" and I'm all for it. I will definitely be back to try the many other things I have yet to try. I also have noticed a small grocery in the back. Looks like I'll need to check it out on my next visit.

Everything went well! The food is amazing. That's actually an understatement. The staff was friendly and the service was very good.

Really nice Mediterranean hole in the wall spot. They have gyros and salads and different plates, perfect for lunch! Most items come with pita and hummus which was yummy! I got a Greek salad with grilled chicken, it was fresh, light, and delicious! It came with a bunch of different sauces. The garlic sauce is so strong and definitely packs a punch so beware. I didn't give it 5 stars because the logistics are a bit confusing. You order up at the counter/grill area but then you don't pay after you order at the counter? You eat and then walk up to pay as you leave which isn't super clear. And it's assumed you help yourself to a drink as well. Maybe I missed the signage, not sure.

The positives I can pick out here is that they are probably some of the nicest employees I've ever encountered and was super generous, kind, and helpful on my very first visit. The food is also very delicious and I'm certainly going to return. The good far outweigh the bad but I would have some feedback. I got a traditional gyro and salad. Salad was far overdressed and was sogging wet. I was however surprised that it was actually really delicious. Had I closed my eyes I might never have known it was overdressed. It has a simple lemon salad dressing and was arugula based. For only a $2 add-on I would consider it again. The gyro itself wasn't quite filled as large as some others I've had. It also didn't have fresh produce on it like diced tomatoes or shredded lettuce, but I love the simplicity of the gyro and sauce which both were excellent and I also really like that they grilled the pita. The inside or outside of the restaurant certainly isn't too beautiful, but it's definitely clean and for what a great price their food is, I will definitely return.

When I visited this place, it looked amazing and the food tasted good, but the service and the attitude of the workers need a little more work._________________________________________________________PARKING & LOCATION |[This location is located in a store outlet, so you will find plenty of parking in this area.]_________________________________________________________EXTERIOR & INTERIOR |[The store is a little tricky to find if you are viewing from the outside, but when you walk into the shop, it is literally right there in front of you. The interior of the store welcomes you with a very basic, cafeteria design which seems like it needs to be renovated.]_________________________________________________________IS IT CLEAN? |[It is a 50-50 sometimes. You will never know if it's clean or if it's not.]_________________________________________________________FOOD & DRINKS |[The Food here was awesome! The meat was fresh and the vegetables were fresh as well. And the falafel was okay. I do like how they prep the food and make it because it does taste really good and has outstanding flavor. The gyro is a must need from this place.]_________________________________________________________SERVICE ‍‍|[This is the area I really want to cover because the service was not that great when I went. I went to order and takeout the food so I had to wait a bit, but when I was doing the ordering process, the lady that helped order the food for me seemed to have a bit of an attitude which was very weird because I was being very nice and all smile. She continued to be a little sassy and had the look like "This is ridiculous" for some reason. Then as I was waiting, a customer went up to ask for napkins or something that they needed, and they were being extremely rude to the customer for some odd reason because he didn't do anything wrong. Then they got made a little boy too. So their service was not that great in my opinion. ]_________________________________________________________OVERALL |[ The food was good, but it wasn't great because of their service. If the service wasn't good on top of the food being good, then the food is bad to me. Service goes along with the food and how people enjoy it, so there is a lot of work that is needed to be put into this place to make their whole outcome to be spectacular.]

Best Mediterranean spot you could choose to go to!!! Delicious and authentic food, really cool grocery shop in the back, and perfect customer service... Love this place so much and you really can't beat it! Spacious and lots of seating :)
