Salsa Franklin Taco

The staff was really helpful and friendly, and the tacos were very good. I had one each of the beef, chicken, and carnitas. The carnitas taco was the best in terms of flavor, but they were all very good.All the tacos are gluten-free with corn tortillas. Some of the other items on the menu are not gluten-free, but it was good to have an option for those who can't have gluten.The food truck is really clean, and they clearly have things organized well.Overall a great experience with really good tacos! Next time I'm hoping they have their barria tacos on the menu so I can try those too.

Salsa Franklin Taco... I have nothing but good things to say about them!! I had a food truck have to cancel last minute and I called Ricky and Olga and they were able to come the very next day for a 1200 person conference, even though they had a huge weekend event to prep for. Food: DELICIOUS Service: TOP NOTCHEverything about them: AMAZING!Book them!! You won't regret it!

Salsa Taco Truck brings authentic Mexican tacos to the area. The food is delicious and they have the friendliest service. Highly recommend!

We confirmed the visit of Salsa Franklin Taco food truck for our school for Teacher Appreciation Week twice. After being assured Salsa Franklin Taco could serve our 35 teachers less than 2 days before our event, they were a no show. How disappointing for our hard- working and dedicated teachers to be stood up on a week they should be celebrated! What is even more upsetting is that we tried to contact them through 2 different provided phone numbers and the email that we originally communicated from. We received no communication. It is 3 days later and still not even a phone call or email apologizing for the oversight. We were lucky enough to find another local eatery that assisted us in making sure our teachers received what they expected. Bottom line- for us, this establishment proved to be unreliable, unprofessional, and absolutely disappointing. Not recommended to my highest regard.
